上環高質隱世西餐 Resbyne生日月,朋友訂咗呢間西餐慶祝生日!餐廳細細地但坐得幾舒服套餐每人三百幾有3 Courses好抵食前菜Beef Meat Balls3 pes Meat Balls, Tomato Sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano頭盤肉丸賣相正常,肉質彈牙,配埋蕃茄汁及巴馬臣芝士,整體味道不錯Chili Garlic ClamsFresh Clams Cooked with White Wine辣蒜蓉白酒炒蜆,新鮮蜆肉配埋個醬汁好好味配埋烤過嘅香脆蒜蓉包沾這個醬汁,鮮味濃郁,好好食主菜Pan Seared Norwegian SalmonCannellini Beans Sauce煎至表面金黃酥脆嘅三文魚鮮嫩多汁,配埋白腰豆汁,美味可口Black Angus Striploin Steak (+ $48)Roasted Potatoes, Beef Jus黑安格斯牛西冷牛扒叫咗Medium五分熟,上桌牛扒呈粉紅色,肉味香濃,口感似七分熟。甜品Chocolate Pana Cotta朱古力意式奶凍,超級香滑,奶味濃郁Tiramisu好香好滑整體幾好味,靜靜地傾偈幾舒服😌Resbyne 上環磅巷4號地舖 繼續閱讀

見到呢間評分唔錯又有做restaurant week就約埋一班舊同事去食lunch。我最怕食西餐啲嘢的的骰骰食唔飽,今次我揀咗食三文魚,配菜有黃豆,食埋飽曬。頭盤meat ball正正常常。整體味道唔錯,上環嚟講性價比ok,但鋪仔細細,有啲窄,位置亦較偏遠。想去記得要訂枱。 繼續閱讀

A quiet French Dining SpotBREAD SELECTION 🧄Garlic Toast: Lovely garlic taste and the toast was crispyAPPETISERS🥗Mix Green Salad • Seasonal Green Mix, House Dressing, Parmigiano Reggiano: The greens were fresh and the tangy salad dressing was very appetising 🧀Burrata: Just Burrata on top of the mix green salad as they ran out of the beef meat balls MAIN COURSE🐟Crispy Skin Salmon • Cannellini Beans Sauce: The salmon skin had the perfect crisp. The salmon flesh was flakey and not fishy🐔Roasted Spring Chicken • Half Chicken with Medley of Veggies: Chicken was very tender. I went to this simple little place in Sheung Wan with a friend today for their set dinner.  We were both impressed by the tasty, well-presented, well-seasoned and excellent value dishes. In a city where Western food is premium price, often for mediocre food, this little gem hit the spot. The restaurant, although  no frills, is modern and very clean with a nice ambience and good music. Our server was pleasant and cheerful. The chef seemed to be running the kitchen alone and clearly has the talent to do so. The dinner set, priced at around $320 a head, consisted on 3 solid courses. I had a very creamy and generously portioned burrata (10/10) and my friend had the meatballs. We were also served  crispy and delicious garlic bread as our bread basket (9/10). For mains, I had the pork loin (8.5/10) and my  friend, the salmon. The food although looking "homely" rather than "high end" was tasty and satisfying.  My friend had tiramisu for dessert and I had the cappuccino cake (10/10). The latter was delicate and elegant and would not been out of place at a restaurant of much higher price point . We were very satisfied and delighted by the price point. I absolutely recommend this little gem and I will be back.  繼續閱讀

- 呢間餐廳吃左幾次,每次的食物都好吃,加一後一個lunch set ~200,有appetizer, main course 同野飲,性價比非常高。-環境清淨,方便傾計-服務態度好好-推薦meat ball, 燒春雞 繼續閱讀
