餐廳:Qué Pasa Tapas Y Vino地點:大坑銅鑼灣道菜式:西班牙菜餐牌:Bites, Tapas, Rice Paella, Mibrasa Charcoal Oven, Cured/Cheese, Desserts, Sangria & Some, 0% Alcohol-Free兩杯mocktail都用高身大杯裝。Sangria 0%, cranberry, orange, extracts, soda $58 另加一呢杯色水呈橙紅色,飲落係好香甜橙味,面頭加上檸檬角同青檸角,甜度適中,好解渴。Agua Fresca De Pina, pineapple, passionfruit, soda $58 另加一呢杯色水就呈橙黃色,飲落係香甜菠蘿汁味加熱情果味,面頭加上好多香橙角,香橙味濃。Tomato Bread, evoo傳統蕃茄多士 $28 另加一傳統蕃茄多士一客兩片,多士上面放滿冰凍蕃茄碎,加上豐富橄欖油,清新夠味又消暑。Rusa Salad, potatoes, tuna-mayo傳統薯仔沙律配吞拿魚蛋黃醬 $58 另加一傳統薯仔沙律配吞拿魚蛋黃醬用長碟上枱,脆口薯仔粒撈好紅蘿蔔粒,雞蛋粒等,灑上紅色調味粉同蔥花,個吞拿魚蛋黃醬汁味道唔錯,唔會太濃或者膩,食落味道微微辣,配有兩片法包比你餸沙律食。Truffle Bikini, cheese黑松露比堅尼三文治 $48 另加一黑松露比堅尼三文治一客四件三角形size,烤得燶面超脆口薄身多士夾住熱熔芝士同黑松露醬,口感外脆內滑,口感味道都一流。聞都聞到好香黑松露味。Patatas Aioli, smoked paprika西班牙脆炸薯仔粒 紅椒粉 $58 另加一西班牙脆炸薯仔粒熱辣辣上枱,炸得外脆內軟薯仔粒,簡單加上紅椒粉同香滑沙律醬已經好好味。Gambas Al Ajillo, garlic, chilli 橄欖油蒜片虎蝦 $158 另加一橄欖油蒜片虎蝦用鐵板上,一客六隻去殼虎蝦,加上大量橄欖油同蒜片,仲有香草同辣椒,味道少少辣,好惹味,口感爽脆。伴有兩片法包。Octopus, potatoes, paprika 八爪魚,馬鈴薯,紅椒 $168 另加一好多新鮮八爪魚切片,食落又鮮又有咬口,煙煙韌韌,下底有大量淋身薯仔,加上紅椒粉同香草味道好好。Quarter Chicken, mojo sauce烤雞件,西班牙紅醬 $138 另加一烤雞件有一大件雞上髀,雞下脾配雞翼棷,熱辣辣上枱,雞皮脆口,雞脾肉嫩滑。個西班牙紅醬味道惹味,唔辣,加上香草,有咖哩汁感覺,伴有一件檸檬。Seafood, mussels, clams, shrimps 西班牙海鮮飯 $188 另加一西班牙飯有三款揀,我地當然揀配海鮮!預備時間30-40分鐘,真係要預留時間。成盤熱辣辣上枱,一大底飯上面有連殼鮮蜆6隻、連殼大蝦三隻同連殼青口三隻,蔬菜有紅椒段。蝦頭有汁,蝦肉鮮甜,蝦殼非常吸汁。蜆肉都好嫩。飯粒粒粒分明,好al dente,海鮮醬汁濃郁,加有大量香草,每粒飯粒都好夠味。份量適中,兩個人食剛好。Expresso Flan咖啡布丁 $68 另加一滑溜帶啖啖咖啡味布丁加上糖漿,口感滑溜,味道甜絲絲。Churros, chocolate sauce 西班牙炸油條,自家製朱古力醬 $48 另加一西班牙炸油條一客兩條,長長又凹凹凸凸,加上滿滿糖霜,口感一流。個自家製朱古力醬係稀稀哋,有朱古力奶感覺,唔係一般朱古力醬,唔會太甜或膩,帶微微酒味。呢度菜式好似細細碟,其實碟碟都好多野食,都有carbs,覺得食到地道西班牙菜式。餐廳高樓底,裝修好西方,音樂輕快,好有外國feel。外籍服務員態度友善。呢餐飯食得好開心。

放假偷半日帶媽媽去隱世的大坑區食好野,餐廳環境充滿異地色彩,好有瞬間出遊西班牙的感覺。下晝到來食客不多,飲杯野食件cake傾下計,可以坐足半日真係幾寫意,而且不設最低消費,都幾值得推薦朋友來chill下。美食提供傳統西班牙菜式,味道唔錯,價錢合埋。Tapas: White Aspapagus $108白露荀、蒜香蛋黃醬、風乾火腿肉白露荀熟透軟嫩,味道清甜,搭配鹹香的風乾火腿和creamy的蒜香蛋黃醬,口感極佳。Tapas: Gambas Al Ajillo $158橄欖油蒜片虎蝦虎蝦爽口彈牙,淡淡的蒜香,配法包沾上橄欖油,味道唔錯。Tapas: Chistorra Sausage $78西班牙紅椒小香腸小香腸口感煙韌,鹹中帶甜,味道較濃,配法包食可中和一下鹹味。Octopus ptoatoes paprika $168八爪魚、薯仔、紅椒八爪魚口感軟彈,薯仔軟綿,做得相當出色。Tapas: Seafood Rice Paella $188西班牙海鮮飯 海鮮飯口感煙韌,充分吸收海鮮精華,味道濃郁,還有香脆的飯焦。配料有青口、白蜆和大蝦都幾足料。Spanish Cheesecaje $78西班牙巴斯克芝士蛋糕芝士蛋糕軟滑口感,芝味濃郁,大大件令人滿足。Espresso Flan $68咖啡布丁布丁軟滑,咖啡香氣撲鼻,完美的甜品結尾。Sangria 0% $58飲落幾清香的橙味,微微酸莓味,口感清爽。Agua Fresca De Pina $58菠蘿汁加百香果,味道清甜爽口。

Hola amigos! 👋 Just had the most delicioso meal at Qué pasa. TAPAS y VINO in Tai Hang and I'm bursting to tell you all about it! 🤩First up, the Jamón Ibérico Ham 🐷. Whether you go for the 30 or 42 month cured, the rich, nutty flavour is simply divine. Thinly sliced and melting in your mouth, it's the perfect start to any Spanish feast. 💯Next, we sampled the White Asparagus with garlic aioli and jamón ham. The tender asparagus spears, creamy aioli, and salty ham created a beautiful harmony of flavours. 😋 The Octopus with potatoes and paprika 🐙 was equally impressive, with perfectly cooked octopus and a smoky paprika kick. 🔥For something heartier, the Braised Tripe Stew with chorizo was a real winner. Rich, flavourful, and incredibly comforting. 🍲 And of course, no Spanish meal is complete without Paella! 🥘 The Seafood Paella was bursting with fresh mussels, clams, and shrimp, and the rice was cooked to perfection. 👌The Quarter Chicken with mojo sauce 🍗 was another highlight. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the mojo sauce added a vibrant citrusy flavour. To finish, we indulged in the Spanish Cheesecake and Espresso Flan. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a perfectly caramelized crust, while the flan was smooth and decadent. 🍮🍰 Both were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.And let's not forget the drinks! 🍹 The Traditional Sangria was fruity and refreshing, and the Cava y Guava was a unique and delicious combination. Overall, Qué pasa. TAPAS y VINO is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Spanish cuisine in Hong Kong. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

餐廳由天后站步往會較銅鑼灣站近,位置就在蓮花宮對開。前菜點了手切伊比利亞黑毛豬後腿嚴選西班牙頂級伊比利亞黑毛豬後腿,經30至42個月自然風乾熟成,肉質呈現深紅大理石紋,油脂豐潤。手切薄片後,散發濃郁榛果香氣,鹹香細膩,餘韻悠長。 白露荀配蒜香蛋黃醬、風乾火腿肉鮮嫩白蘆筍輕焯保留清甜,佐以蒜香蛋黃醬,濃郁順滑,頂層鋪上風乾火腿薄片。脆嫩、奶香與鹹鮮層次交疊,平衡而優雅。 橄欖油蒜片虎蝦 新鮮虎蝦以初榨橄欖油香煎,配以金黃酥脆蒜片。蝦肉彈嫩飽滿,浸潤蒜油香氣,簡單烹調突顯海鮮鮮甜,佐以微辣紅椒粉提味,地中海風味十足。 烤雞件配西班牙紅醬,雞件嫩滑。炭爐食物選了八爪魚,混合馬鈴薯和紅椒,薯仔軟糯帶天然的甜味。Rice Paella選了海鮮,餡料有大蝦、青口、蜆等,非常欣賞這鍋西班牙海鮮燉飯的鮮甜味道,看來上湯沒有添加味精,吃後完全沒有口乾感。 甜品點了西班牙巴斯克芝土蛋糕。巴斯克蛋糕的味道較淡,適合不嗜甜的。無酒精飲品點了VERDE DOBLE,由茉莉茶、番石榴和lime混成,味道清新。另一杯modernista sangria white,由blanco、gin、橙汁和水果混成。室內環境滿滿西班牙風情,悠閒雅致。

今日中午同朋友呢間西班牙菜試試, 食物出品非常有特色, 吃了生海鱸魚同蝦, 還有牛扒, 肉汁豐富, 生熟煎得剛剛好, 另外頭盤叫了西瓜湯,非常特別, 環境舒適, 約埋三五知己食飯一流。
