跟朋友4人於星期六約6點左右坐到夜晚十點,氣氛舒服,雖然係一間酒吧,但係唔係好嘈嘅個種,好適合幾個朋友坐低傾心事。飲品一啲都唔貴,食物價錢亦好合理,食得出老闆好用心處理所有食物,一啲都唔hea,叫左所有野食都好好味,唔係一般連鎖店工場預早處理再加熱嘅食物。好多小食可以選擇,好啱夜晚唔想食太多野嘅朋友都。唔怪之得一路坐都不斷有好多客人,仲見到好多熟客仔,開左唔好耐都有咁多熟客仔,証明呢間小酒吧有實力👍

Tasted the difference with the meatThen beef Tartare with a generous portion of the beef! Had some chicken karage which really went down well with the beer! Seems can fit a surprising number of people as there's another room at the back

之前見足球男神安永佳(Matt Orr) 在社交平台貼咗張以少爺啤做背景的壁畫相,四圍打聽,知道地點是西營盤第二街呢間餐廳的外牆,特登去打卡。間餐廳專賣香港及各地手工精釀啤酒。少爺啤壁畫似乎未完成但已經係呢度的亮點。順便試吓間酒吧餐廳的水準。我未飲過精釀啤酒,問老細,佢話larger啤的發源地是捷克,呢度有隻叫Budvar 的桶裝啤,遠到去東歐愛沙尼亞的黑larger啤都有。黑larger比一般黑啤濃厚,麥芽香更重但又有少少蜜香,值得試。點炸魚薯條,有魚味,薄脆皮,份量十足,薯條和醬料都出色。試埋費城和牛芝士三文治 (Philly Cheesesteak) ,義大利白麵包做,即場烤製 (不是微波爐叮熱!) ,够熱,皮脆,和牛級肉特別香軟,配雙層流心芝士 (cheddar and mozzarella) ,正! 呢度仲有按季節限量的喜馬拉雅山氂牛芝士拼盤及餡餅,愛試芝士的人或可以試試高原芝士有咩唔同。

本身好鍾意飲手工啤,今日喺社交平台度見到間新既酒吧有手工啤,同埋佢星期三做緊$10一個mini burger, 就去試一試,估唔到佢個Mini Burger 咁好食,面包皮有煎過,芝士都有煎過,肉仲要係一食就知道係自家製的,最尾我自己食咗兩個,見佢 $10 個mini burger 咁有誠意 ,所以我哋就試吓牛肉他他,味道超好同特別,佢用鹹蛋黃碎代替平時嘅蛋黃,估唔到效果咁好,最估唔到廚師係外國人,聽講佢之前係Marriot度做廚 ,兩個人食飯加兩杯手工啤酒都係$314 ,吾收service charge ,勁底同勁滿足🥰

星期三經過見去做$10 mini burger入去試下. 好好食好抵跟住叫埋其他小食: water Buffalo momos . chicken Karagge .薯條和Marinated olives. 可能間舖新開張. 暫時冇乜人. 同 Bartender (外籍人士)傾一陣。原來之前佢喺西貢做主廚. 而家自己出嚟開店. 怪不得食物咁有質素賣十蚊嘅mini burger牛塊肉係自己整. 好juicy. 好好味. 有bacon. 賣十蚊❤️冇hea 做. 好有誠意真係must try .
