大份量頂㚫牛扒拼盤 駐場咖啡師特調漸變飲品

佐敦Pom's Kitchen & Deli 的店主夫婦帶同廚師團隊,原班人馬重新開業,改名為Potluck Eatery,喻意希望人與人之間能多相聚,好好吃一頓飯,活在當下。新餐廳帶來更清新純樸的咖啡室感覺,半露天門口髹上綠色,開揚空間充滿文青氣氛;店內走簡約木系x工業風,寬敞空間有大壁畫、小木凳打卡位,予香港人有個唞氣放鬆地方。

餐廳主打多國菜,招牌菜「手搖秘製醬汁海鮮拼盤」繼續登場,有波士頓龍蝦、鮮鮑魚同紐西蘭青口等;法國油封鴨、西班牙烤乳豬及中西合壁的酸菜魚都值得一試。大份量菜式還有「Potluck Fever」,有齊18oz頂級牛扒、醬烤豬仔骨、燒扒大蝦等,三五知己Share都得。並有駐場咖啡師設計多款特調飲品,以天然材料調製多杯Colorful飲品,有清爽「薑茅冰搖」、果香十足「蘋木由子」、漸變靚色「柚香紅顏」。咖啡亦有多款口味,並由本地咖啡烘焙師揀豆,在舒適環境中感受咖啡香。

黎到尖沙咀(近佐敦地鐵站)呢間餐廳,餐廳外觀已經好吸引,有兩張餐桌在室外好似置身於外國一樣。兩點半左右入到餐廳,空間感十足,感覺好cozy。 🥣Soup (𝔩𝔲𝔫𝔠𝔥 𝔰𝔢𝔱 𝔦𝔫𝔠𝔩𝔲𝔡𝔢𝔡)是日餐湯係薯蓉湯,簡單好飲。🥙All Day Veggie Breakfast $128全日素食早餐有牛奶滑蛋🍳、牛油果🥑、大啡菇、茄汁豆、薯餅、牛角包🥐雜菜沙律🥗,份量好啱女士們,牛油果夾埋其他野一齊食真係乜嘢調味料都唔需要落。🥘Risotto with Beef Short Rob in Porcini Cream Sauce $82忌廉牛肝菌牛肋肉意大利飯未放低呢度菜就已經聞到好香濃嘅牛肝菌味,每一粒飯粒都好煙靱,加埋軟滑忌廉好好食,牛肋肉大大粒口感一流。🦢Pan Fried Fole Gras on Toast $98香煎法式鵝肝多士係必點嘅一道菜式!😋厚厚嘅鵝肝煎得香脆軟熟,多士脆卜卜,上層嘅桃有解滯作用,每一口都食到幸福感。☕️ 𝕯𝖗𝖎𝖓𝖐𝖘: Hot Hazelnut Latte and Hot Caramel Latte (with set $18)榛子牛奶咖啡 和 焦糖牛奶咖啡兩杯拉花都好靚,味道個人就偏愛榛子牛奶咖啡,香濃咖啡,甜度適中。🍰 𝕯𝖊𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖗𝖙: Mango Napoleon $48 and Japanese Crepe Matcha Azuki $46芒果拿破崙 和 日式抹茶紅豆班戟蛋糕芒果拿破崙係一層一層酥皮夾雜着酸甜芒果。比較鐘意日式抹茶紅豆班戟蛋糕,連埋淡忌廉一齊食都唔會膩。 繼續閱讀

Potluck Eatery is the latest popular restaurant in Hong Kong, It garnered quite a buzz and boyfriend and I decided to go there for dinner one rainy evening. Located on the border of Tsim Sha Tsui and Jordan, this was a rather large restaurant. When we arrived, we didn't have a reservation but they were able to offer us a table on the condition we leave before a certain time. It was fine with us as we do eat quickly. But due to popularity, there is a 90 minute dining period.The seating is very spacious. They also have outdoor seating.They also have a rather large waiting area.Menu is in English and Chinese. They have a la carte that entails everything from pizza to pasta to steak to seafood boils. But they also have very value for money sets. We decided to order a dinner set along with a beer and sausage set.The dinner set includes  a drink, soup, main and dessert.  Drinks can upgrade to other drinks for a discounted charge.I decided to upgrade my drink with Lady Yuzu ($48). A yuzu orange tea. It was beautiful and looked like sunshine. It also tasted very good. Refreshing from the citrus taste.We also shared the beer and sausage set ($128). This includes three different German sausages and fries with two beers. One of the beers he chose was Somersby which isn't really a  beer but a cider. But then he felt I would drink some of it as I do like cider.He also chose a Belhaven Black Stout. A creamy malty beer.The sausages were nicely grilled. My favorite is always the frankfurter. The fries were crispy on the outside with a nice soft center. For this price, it was a really good deal.The dinner set soup arrived with a slice of garlic toast. The soup was a minestrone soup. Lots of tomato and herbs. This was rich and perfect with the toast for dipping.The main we chose was a Pan Fried Norwegian Halibut Steak ($328). Portion was large enough for us to share. The fish was cooked perfectly. The skin was crispy. The meat well seasoned. There was a bit of tomato sauce to give it acidity and everything was pleasantly plated. The roasted potatoes were the most surprising. They were seasoned! How many place have we been to where this small thing is often over looked. It wasn't here.Dinner ended with the set dessert. This was a mango cheesecake. Rich and creamy with bits of mango found throughout. A nice ending to the meal.Portion size is generous and definitely enough to share. Food also comes out very quickly so there isn't much of a wait. Definitely a good place for a get together in the future. 繼續閱讀

久不久我都會睇吓有咩新餐廳,睇雜誌見到呢間餐廳,以木為主調嘅裝修感覺清新舒服,雜誌介紹嘅菜式睇相都非常唔錯,所以就去咗試。可能由於餐廳限聚問題,座位相當寬敞,感覺清新舒服,同朋友傾偈亦都好方便,唔會太逼夾。晚市有套餐,我哋分別叫咗三個套餐,主菜係龍蝦蟹肉卷粉、烤豬胺同油封鴨。跟餐嘅嘢飲我哋改咗叫特飲,我叫嘅香茅茶好清新舒服,喺炎熱嘅夏天飲落去更加開心。個樣亦都好靚。未到齊人之前,我哋額外叫咗一份鵝肝多士,鵝肝唔算特別香,但煎得好好,以$98來講算好大份同抵食。然而問題就出現了,當我哋叫咗三個主菜後,等咗一陣,第一道上台嘅竟然係甜品!我哋同服務員表示我哋甚至未食主菜,然而服務員應該係跟系統執單,表示應該冇錯,我哋叫佢拎返入去。跟住上嚟嘅就係主菜,咪住,乜我哋唔係有湯嘅咩?我哋三個人share三個主菜,結果係食完第二道菜先至有湯飲,呢個安排完全唔合格。上菜次序完全錯晒,作為一間西餐廳呢件事情不能接受。講返食品,龍蝦蟹肉卷粉,卷粉質感al dante,卷喺粉入邊嘅蟹肉都好香,龍蝦鉗炸過,稍為太乾,但都可以接受,算係三個主菜入邊最好嘅。燒豬安嘅醬汁其實好好,豬本身嘅質地亦都唔錯,但overcook左,太乾唔Juicy,呢個係廚房嘅問題。最差係呢個油封鴨,油封鴨嘅重點係鴨肉夠林,基本上刀一切落去,肉就會自動離骨而皮係要吼得脆身。呢隻油封鴨,乾過美心雞髀,薯仔亦都係乾爭爭嘅,完全唔合格!由於覺得冇啖好食,我哋再加左一個野菌pizza,散又幾好喎,皮烤得好,高亦都夠香,到底廚房發生乜事?甜品係芒果cheese cake,正正常常咁啦。買單超過$500一位,餐廳位置唔算係好好嘅地方,環境尚算舒適雅緻,但以咁樣嘅食品質素完全唔收貨。總體來講彩色嘅設計其實幾靚,亦都好吸引,但廚房做出嚟係完全失敗,到底只係當日嘅問題,定呢個係佢哋嘅正常水準?我都好想知。 繼續閱讀

呢餐期待左好耐因為一早已經睇過menu見到一大盤海鮮 流晒口水🤤今日終於可以食啦—————————————————————間舖門面裝修純白木系簡約由於一早已經決定左要食海鮮所以加多個小食就已經好足夠小食最後揀左蟹肉焗啡菇上面啲蟹肉真係多到瀉三隻菇嘅蟹肉份量加埋應該有大半隻蟹😮啡菇保持JUICY加上蟹肉芝士一啖三種滿足🤤🤤🤤到個巨型手搖海鮮拼盤啦本身以為係要自己CHOK勻啲醬原來已經CHOK好一鍋上檯見到嘅時候真係震撼眼球😮超大盤個醬汁中島好喜愛係帶微辣嘅蕃茄醬 開胃又唔膩連唔中意食蕃茄嘅👨🏽都食唔停口🤭隻大龍蝦下面放滿其他海鮮龍蝦仲有蝦膏架 肉質爽口鮮甜兩隻大鮑魚煮得啱啱好 有咬口又唔會太韌大蜆鮮甜無沙大蝦煎過再撈汁多左種煎過嘅香薯仔俾👨🏽食曬咁滯掛滿醬汁所以好惹味粟米超甜 仲有大量八爪魚墊底食完真係好滿足😋😋😋😋😋餐廳仲好貼心咁離左殼再提供手套方便食用之餘又唔洗驚食到成手都係👍🏻中島最後都叫左甜品-千層TIRAMISU好CREAMY芝味無窮咁啱夾到中島杯Baileys Snow因為呢杯啡帶苦同酒香啱啱中和左千層嘅甜至於👨🏽叫左杯夢幻薰衣草但我極度懷疑佢係因為有Soda成份先叫上枱果陣真係聞到陣好濃既花香味飲落好香甜 似係有汽既花茶女朋友中意嘅男朋友們識做啦一間有得食又可以喪打卡嘅餐廳仲唔快啲帶佢哋去打卡😂😂—————————————————————❥ 芝士蟹肉焗大啡菇 $108❥ 手搖秘製醬汁海鮮拼盤 $488❥ 夢幻薰衣草 $58❥ Baileys Snow $52❥ Tiramisu千層 $48 繼續閱讀

行過柯士甸道見到呢間新餐廳,木系帶點田園風。睇睇門口既餐牌,4 course set dinner 介乎$228~368之間,店員都有出黎介紹,很不錯! 忌廉菠菜湯 未飲已經聞到菠菜既味道,菠菜質感密度好高,香濃得黎無膩感。香草蒜蓉牛油多士烘得香香,好脆口主菜炭燒法式豬鞍架伴紅桑子汁 厚切既豬鞍架分成三大件,燒得外層乾身,內裡粉嫩。薄薄脂肪釋放油香,肉質嫩滑細緻,無筋,配上紅桑子醬汁加添一份果香味道,清新又醒胃伴碟既烤薯,薯皮脆邊,炭燒美國安格斯肉眼外面格紋燒熟但裡面仲係半熟,食落非常juicy!牛既脂肪分佈均匀,口感柔嫩,而且一口咬落去,肉汁四溢。肉眼排內部真係充滿肉汁,食落一啲都唔韌,非常嫩滑!喺牛肉咁多個部位中,最能夠體現一隻牛既牛肉品質,就係Rib Eye上面既牛肉。甜品真係有驚喜!係Tiramisu 千層蛋糕Size 唔細件之餘,千層皮有黑朱古力味、原味相間,中間既忌廉好幼滑,仲有手指餅乾,好有heart ! 飲品本身可點檸茶/美式咖啡/英式奶茶。點杯Americano,口感醇厚,餘韻無酸味。另一杯upgrade +$38 Potluck special 既柚香紅顏,兩層色好靚,上面係果茶,下層係柚子蜜+橙汁,充滿果香好順喉,尤其食完牛扒飲,頓時分解左油脂感! 整體唔錯!下次黎食lunch 影下日光打咭應該好靚! 繼續閱讀
