相約J在尖沙咀dinner, 大家都想食西餐,最後揀Poseidon Resturant & Bar, 好期待!餐廳置有相當大的露台卡位, 燈光柔和浪漫, 座位寬敞, 風涼水冷,好Chill好舒服!海鮮軍艦$698 ~呢隻玻璃海盗船燈光閃閃,而且五光十色,十分吸晴,令人好開心,好驚喜!不同的海鮮放置在玻璃杯仔中,4款海鮮各有特色, 鮮甜又美味。愛爾蘭生蠔~共有十二隻, 愛爾蘭生蠔雖然不算大隻 , 但肉質飽滿爽口, 海水味非常濃郁, 附上三種汁, 分別是 wasabi sake, 海盜whisky和香檳sake汁, 酒味不太濃郁, 但能提昇生蠔的鮮甜味。磯燒鮑魚配三文魚籽 ~一杯有半隻磯燒鮑魚,共有四杯, 鮑魚鮮嫩彈牙,大大隻, 汁煮十分入味。三文魚籽大大粒,卜卜脆, 鮮甜甘香。Cocktail蝦~共有4杯, 凍蝦新鮮爽甜, 配西芹和甜辣蕃茄醬,又fresh又滋味。鱘魚黑魚子蟹肉他他~共4杯,鮮甜的蟹肉加上牛油果粒粒,鱘魚黑魚子和金箔, 鮮甜到不得了, 真是回味無窮。Salmon Tartare & Cavier$138~ 以紅菜頭,煙三文魚和藜麥造成, 煙三文魚的煙燻味香濃,配紅菜頭和藜麥非常健康美味。最上一層鋪滿鱘魚黑魚子,入口甘香,粒粒飽滿圓渾,以金箔作點綴,十分矜貴。Char-grilled US Prime Rib Eye Steak10oz$348~美國Prime肉眼表面焦香,肉質比較有咬口,牛味香濃, 肉汁豐富,配菜有西蘭花,車厘茄,椰菜花,粟米和薯角。Truffle and Cheese Pizza$148~餅底十分鬆脆, 黑松露和芝士味非常香濃,正! 繼續閱讀

A sparking cruiser carries different one-bite dish in shooter cups. One-bite dishes include:🔶Oyster🦪 (x12)Creamy and fresh. Too bad that the waiter forgot to serve us their signature white sauce and we did not realise it. Their white sauce is a set of three special sauces made of difference alcohol. Can imagine how nice it would be if oysters pair with the white sauce. Maybe next time🤷🏻‍♀️🔶Abalone & Crab Roe Ponzu (x4)This is my fav among all. Abalone is tender and is well marinated. The crab roe ponzu is strong in refreshing grapefruit scent.🔶Thai Pomelo Spicy Crab & Caviar🦀 (x4)Another refreshing starter. Crab meat goes well with pomelo. Yum😋🔶Bloody Mary Cocktail Shrimp🦐 (x4)Tomato sauce is well seasoned and it pairs nicely with the fresh shrimp. Gold flake adds a hint of luxury to this gorgeous starter. Surprisingly, salmon and beetroot pair up nicely. The portion is good for two or more to share 🤗🔶 Grilled Lobster & Seafood Platter ($468) Maybe because it is served after the seafood cruiser, this seafood platter is comparable less impressive. It has a handful of different seafood coated in a thick layer of breadcrumb and spices. Love or devil? Depends whether you love spices or not 😆🔶 Loaded Potato Skin ($88)Less is more! This potato skin is simple but super yum!!! Strong potato favour which goes well with the cheese and bacon! 😋🔶 Spaghetti Carbonara ($138)Creamy, cheesy, crispy bacon and Al delete! Everything of it is just at the right balance 😋🔶 Brownie Onboard ($108)Too bad that I forgot to take photo of this nice desert. Yet, it is definitely a good one to close the fabulous dinner. 本身book咗7:30餐廳食飯咁就約咗個好耐冇見嘅朋友見面,諗住帶佢去食好啲,睇做OpenRice 頁面上其中一間推介餐廳話分量多抵食咁就book左來試吓。點知就中咗伏。一上到去勁多人等,原本以為咁多人等實冇死啦,點知原來呢間餐廳都幾多問題。首先前台姐姐無啦啦話呢間餐廳冇酒供應而且慳限食飯時間得90分鐘。我唔知佢煮嘢食使唔使用用酒啦,但佢個drink menu 基本唔使睇,冇理由唔記得續酒牌嫁。booking 果時又唔講明,擺明專登㗎啦。咁冇辦法,無奈下都只能接受,前台姐姐話幫我哋安排咗坐露天位置,咁大熱天時梗係爭取坐室內啦,最後都成功爭取到。一坐低梗係手快快叫咗嘢食,叫咗生蠔豬手同牛扒。諗住得90分鐘時間,梗係要快啲叫等佢快啲嚟。我同啲朋友都算叫有耐心等左30-40min都唔出聲,到最後等左45min(8:15)忍唔住叫人。侍應姐姐同我地講話,因為廚房嗰個人唔識開生蠔🦪所以要我地等咁耐。本身我以為出咗啲咩事,但佢比呢個解釋我真係得啖笑。開生蠔其實唔係咩特別技能,其實我真心想問佢,會唔會有第二個廚師識。咁侍應姐姐好心咁話不如上左熱食先。咁食西餐不嬲都係頭盤跟住主菜。你會唔會食咗甜品先食主菜。我朋友已經等咗九個字咁佢頂唔順覺得肚餓,就叫咗個小食炸雞先。點知原來小食炸雞都可以出晒事🍗,佢個炸雞又order 起計5min就上左我地枱。820pm終於有一樣食物上到枱。咁來到我食到一啖仔個雞皮,心諗有啲熱嘢食下。我朋友食左一大啖開始皺眉頭,佢同我講話入邊啲肉係凍嘅。我即刻放低我手上面嘅雞,露出一個尷尬嘅神情🥲。我朋友開始有啲嬲,佢即刻叫咗個男侍應過嚟,咁侍應哥哥當然同我哋講話換過/取消,我哋當然講取消。諗都諗到佢哋啲雞未解凍就炸,如果唔係唔會凍,起碼最裏面啲雞肉會係熱,用返啲唔解凍嘅雞再炸多次咪一樣。8:25pm由入餐廳起計等咗一個鐘到,我同朋友叫做六隻生蠔終於比到我地🥲,生蠔本身質素冇乜問題,但問題係非常之多蠔殼碎。我就覺得你話唔識開蠔用咗好多時間唔緊要,但係基本沖洗都應該要做下嫁。我由張相上邊肉眼見到都有蠔殼碎,照計如果洗過應該唔會咁樣。咁佢照上我無辦法,唔通叫佢返去再洗一次咩。8:37我終於其餘兩樣熱食都到左。咁豬手都唔難食但都唔係特別出色不過不失。牛扒本身order咗5成熟,咁大家都知牛扒真係好難控制㗎,朋友切開一睇7成咁。牛扒都正正常常係個廚師控制唔到5成都算可以原諒。一間餐廳最重要係食物服務其次先係裝修。前面兩樣最重要如果唔重視其實都唔會做得耐。我隱約記得我食咗第一啖豬手,有個收銀姐姐已經比張單我 ,我同佢講啲嘢食啱啱先到,佢話想我埋咗張單先。咁我知佢九點要埋數如果唔係會遲收工,咁我都真係冇嘢講。最後,雖然佢冇同我講話我話左90min要我走,但都破壞咗我同好耐冇見朋友食飯嘅氣氛,希望呢個只係我嘅個別例子,想反映俾餐廳知。 繼續閱讀

約咗朋友嚟呢間食個dinner,好推薦佢哋嘅戶外枱,吹下風chill住吹水真係好舒服!食物方面亦表現不俗,他他整得好精緻,豬手更加係十分大份😂四個人都爭啲食唔曬~值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅酒類飲品做得好精緻好靚,打卡啱曬! 繼續閱讀
