無論喜歡吃牛、豬、雞或羊, Porterhouse逢星期二晚的兩小時Meat Me Tuesday任食可說是性價比高的, 肉類之餘, 亦有前菜、沙律、芝士、冷盤、side dishes及甜品. 杯邊夾著一片檸檬葉, 當你呷一口時, 鼻子吸著葉子的清新, 令這杯Welcome drink喝起來特別清爽. 長長的buffet枱上放有新鮮蔬菜、 茄子烤小蕃茄、黑松露雜菌火箭菜、凱撒沙律、焗薯、小黃米沙律. 我最最最喜愛吃雜色小蕃茄, 好清甜~ 千萬不要錯過多款芝士, 按我的評分, 最推介軟滑香口的黑松露芝士、其次是煙燻芝士, 最後是羊奶芝士, 沒法啦~ 羊奶芝士的愛好者…喜愛會很喜愛啦~ 而四款side dishes是由侍應送上的, 大概是按人頭計. 頗幼滑的忌廉薯蓉、脆薯條、香炒磨菇、雜菜沙律….兩人其實也吃不完.  好吧! 主角來了(其實一直也放在buffet 枱側)! 牛、雞、豬及羊以醃製、香烤、慢火燜製等不同烹調方式呈獻, 每款都吸引.  圓碌碌、肥嘟嘟的香草烤豬卷及醬汁烤雞讓人垂涎三尺. 豬卷外層是豬皮, 皮脂多餘油份都被逼出, 所以非常香脆, 豬肉卷著香草, 肉質爽口, 味道咸香. 我拿到了雞脾位, 肉質固然是滑滑的, 配合滋味醬汁, 成為四款肉類之中我的最愛. 羊架是很香口, 羶味適中, 沒有多餘脂肪. 愛吃牛肉的朋友表示這份做得不錯, 而且份量也多, 肉中心部分仍然粉嫩, 應該是屬於medium-rare吧. 甜品是鮮果沙律、橘子北非小米及檸檬雪葩, 清新可口, 絕對是肉類後一頓解膩的甜點.   Meat Me Tuesday兩小時任食, 每位$528 (最少兩位起, 全枱一起享用).  繼續閱讀

Porterhouse has been on my to-try list for quite some time. I finally got to visit it with my friends who love great food and steak as much as I do! The four of us ordered 4 starters and 2 main meat dishes to share.We were guessing what this starter was, and it turned out to be Burrata with heirloom tomato, beetroot, dried olives and poilane bread. We were very satisfied with the juicy heirloom tomato, yet the cheese wasn’t what we expected…This Trio Ham Platter set the standard of starters right back on track to a high level! We didn’t order any red wine or cheese to go with the ham, yet they were very enjoyable on their own. We could hardly stop eating until the next starter was served.Seafood in this steak house was also nicely cooked! These Seared Scallops with parsnip puree, honey glazed prosciutto and toasted hazelnut gremolata were absolutely delightful! Fresh and meaty!Last but not least, the Octopus Legs! This was the best starter so far, the octopus legs were grilled perfectly, and they were so fresh that you could almost feel like they were melting in your mouth!Okay, time to talk about the meats. I was absolutely startled by this variety of salt and sauces they provide! It’s great to have different choices, but that’s a bit too much for me as I had difficulty choosing which one I wanted to try And of course we did get steak! This off the bone medium Australian “Rangers Valley" Rib Eye was a Superb charcoal grilled steak! I love the amount of fat in it, which made the whole steak very delicious. Animal fats are the best fat! Looking at this picture and writing this makes my mouth waters! It’s that good!The salmon was great too, but I love the steak more. Fish doesn’t feel as “meat” as steak to me, if you know what I mean.We couldn’t resist this Smoked Cheddar Mac N’ Cheese as a side. The molten cheese at the bottom was gorgeous! 今日同朋友去咗呢度食生日飯。首先叫左個龍蝦湯,幾好飲,唔會太咸,仲有好多龍蝦肉👻Starter叫左個煎scallop,好大隻,熟度岩岩好👍🏻另一個starter就叫左煎鵝肝,個sauce係芒果汁黎,酸酸地,同鵝肝好夾👍🏻最後main course就叫左steak,我地都有d失望,因為牛味唔係好濃,而且煎得有啲乾,以咁既價錢唔應該係咁既質素😅😅 繼續閱讀

I had read good reviews in this restaurant & waa craving for steak so thought I will give this a try. The venue is very nice with high ceiling, service was good. For apetitiser, we has octopus leg which is perfect and my friend had frois gra. We shared among 3 of us the Porterhouse 1kg Argentinian steak and was delicious, juice & tender & cooked just right! On the sides are tomato & avocado salad where the tomatoes have no taste at all, the Cajun fries are good and grilled peppers with cheese are good but the cheese was not necessary at all. Overall a very good dining experience, will return again! Nice surprise was there is 50% discount on Mondays through Open Rice booking but then we realised it is only on the steak. 繼續閱讀

發現中環啲西餐都幾鍾意搞任食鋸扒,而呢間係食過幾間之中真心最高質嘅一間。逢星期二名為meat me Tuesday,任食豬牛雞羊沙律配菜,仲包一客甜品,一條龍服務都係每人五百幾,以平時鋸塊扒都四五百蚊嘅高級西餐廳嚟講呢個價錢真係好吸引四種肉質素都好高,牛扒當晚係用紐西蘭產,唔係爆肥果種但肉質都好軟嫩,好重牛味唔油膩西班牙乳豬亦非常吸引,脆皮/脂膏/嫩肉,層次感強烈非常惹味至於羊架係當晚至愛,除咗係肉嫩之冠而且陣微微嘅羊羶香存在感強得嚟又點到即止唔會太過火,超高質;最後嘅春雞相比之下就有啲失色,正常發揮,俾啲唔鐘意食紅肉嘅人多一個選擇。配菜方面亦有四款,沙律薯條薯蓉炒菇,前兩者冇乜特別,薯蓉夠滑溜,炒菇不得了,菇味好濃,如果唔係飽得滯應該會再添多次其實除咗鋸扒任食之外仲有沙律吧任食,選擇都唔少有成十款之多,當中仲有啲落足本嘅食材,例如係大啡菇咁,仲有啲醃菜同芝士方便送酒而每人一坐低已經會有杯welcome drink,款式每晚唔同,當晚係蘋果馬天尼,甜甜的易入口。最後甜品係橘子北非小米配檸檬雪葩,用小米嚟做甜品都係第一次試,撈埋落個酸酸嘅雪葩度又好夾 繼續閱讀
