As an italian, I ever been skeptical over the Pirata group. Without any ground, was only just a king of feeling. Recently, I accidentally watch an episode of a famous italian restaurant show and Christian Talpo was there. I listen to him and see his passion for true Italian and fine service. As an italian, I ever been skeptical over the Pirata group. Without any ground, was only just a king of feeling. Recently, I accidentally watch an episode of a famous italian restaurant show and Christian Talpo was there. I listen to him and see his passion for true Italian and fine service.
Long story short I decided to give Pirata a try and, now, I’m pretty enthusiastic about it.
First time, I was there for a Sunday dunch. With my wife we have 4 different starters (Vitello tonnato, meatballs, Caesar salad and bruschetta). All have a nice appealing presentation and are very fine. The Vitello was probably the best among all, tasting fresh and true Italian. The meatball was the weakest one, but was, anyway, a solid and tasty dish.
As main course we ordered both Tagliata. The quality of the meat was pretty good, as weel its presentation and cocking time. We closed the meal with semifreddo, tiramisù and, of course, espresso.
A Very wonderful and moneywort experience. The staff is well-mannered, impeccable and attentive to the clients needs.

呢間野真係好臨時決定,因為聰明嘅朋友原來冇book到之前決定好嘅餐廳,所以臨時搵左呢間,然後就發現有驚喜,真係好好食!1.lobster risotto個汁好夠,非常入味,個飯粒個軟硬程度都剛剛好,唔會太淋,都唔會硬,好入味!2.vitello tonnato呢個味道好特別,上面d醬係吞拿魚醬,真係好特別嘅味道,好有特色,必點嘅小食。3.the butcher’s cut原本係叫medium well,點知waitress 聽成medium rare,一上到黎就勁生,嚇親我😂然後好好,幫我整返熟少少,然後朋友佢地話,生同熟嘅味道完全唔一樣,2種都好食,熟d嘅反而香d ,幾好幾好,下次黎一定會再點。4. 原本係叫medium well,點知waitress 聽成medium rare,一上到黎就勁生,嚇親我😂然後好好,幫我整返熟少少,然後朋友佢地話,生同熟嘅味道完全唔一樣,2種都好食,熟d嘅反而香d ,幾好幾好,下次黎一定會再點。

My girlfriend and I had dinner at Pirata, got a table at the bar with Jason as our bartender and he was an absolute star! Great service, delicious cocktails and super friendly thanks Jason for a wonderful evening!

依我口味,海膽意粉需夠 creamy 才好吃,現在配合番茄醬作基礎的意麵,我覺得唔算夾,酸味中和了甘香,分開吃更佳,我還是喜歡配忌廉醬汁,邪惡加邪惡。話說過來,番茄意麵有質素。

今日約了朋友吃飯, 他最新轉了新工作公司在灣仔, 對於已經很久沒在港島區活動的我, 要負責找餐廳真的非常困難。幸而最後在網上授到一家不論位置及質量都很好的意大利餐廳。這裡的佈置其置非常簡單, 但因為在大樓的頂層, 所以採光很好,而且枱與枱之間很有距離, 所以跟朋友暢談也不用擔心。點好餐就上麵包跟cold plates。都是我愛吃的, 就差一杯紅酒😅。午餐是三道菜, 頭盤我選了Beef Tartarte, 主菜我竟然違反自然地選了Truffle Scamorza。全因為我太晚吃早餐了。Beef Tartarte用了安格斯牛,所以很香滑,配上非常creamy嘅Stracciatella,入口整體十分濃郁。Truffle Scamorza其實是道素食, 新鮮蔬菜配上松露,再舖上芝士焗, 其實非常香口, 對於食肉獸如我,是很難得的體驗。最後可選甜品, 不過我還是很飽, 所以挑了咖啡。下次、下次我一定要吃Butcher's Cut!

Truffle Scamorza其實是道素食, 新鮮蔬菜配上松露,再舖上芝士焗, 其實非常香口, 對於食肉獸如我,是很難得的體驗。

最後可選甜品, 不過我還是很飽, 所以挑了咖啡。

下次、下次我一定要吃Butcher's Cut!

薄切嘅牛肉配上吞拿魚同鯷魚造成嘅蛋黃醬,味道幾搭配。
The thinly sliced beef match perfectly with the mayonnaise made of tuna and anchovies.

Caesar Salad
凱撒沙律醬汁調配得好好,加上食材新鮮,而配上香脆嘅麵包丁亦令口感更豐富。
The caesar salad is fresh, and served together with an appetizing sauce. With the crispy croutons, the salad tastes even richer.

用上牛同豬製成嘅肉丸,配上蕃茄醬汁味道酸酸甜甜,食落好開胃,不過不失。
The meatballs are made of beef and pork. The sweet and sour flavour of the tomato sauce is quite appetizing.

令人驚喜嘅一道前菜,蕃茄配搭Stracciatella芝士絕對唔會令你失望。
A really surprising starter, the tomato and stracciatella cheese will never disappoint you.

網上面見到好多人推介呢個,所以就一於試吓,但個人認為有少少失望。呢道係2人嘅份量,用上Flank Steak,調味亦都唔錯。失望嘅位在於我哋叫咗Medium,但係上枱發現有啲位置過熟。
Despite people recommending this main course on various platforms, we both disappointed by this butcher's cut. The flank steak was well-seasoned, but this is definitely overcooked.

呢個唔需要多講,真係超好食,好滑好夠咖啡味。次次去佢哋旗下嘅餐廳都會食。
If you have ever been to a Pirata Group's restaurant, you will know that the tiramisu is always the best. The tiramisu is rich in coffee flavour and is very creamy in texture.

一間環境十分不錯的意大利餐廳電子看似不大但原來劃分為兩層室內裝修很有特色。這裏的午餐只要選擇$248 以上的午餐,就包括free flow 紅酒及白酒。選擇了Tartare di tonno 頭盤,味道酸酸甜甜十分開胃。另有cold cut 小拼盤,包括Parma ham 和芝士。主菜方面選擇了特色肉丸,一碟四件肉丸每一件份量也很大,肉丸滿滿肉汁,配上特色番茄汁入口很美味。朋友選擇了羊架,味道也不錯。最後甜品我們選擇了Panna Cotta 和 tiramisu. 但這兩道甜品,甜味真的太重了。整體而言,free flow 餐酒的午餐,是和朋友唱談的好地方。

選擇了Tartare di tonno 頭盤,味道酸酸甜甜十分開胃。另有cold cut 小拼盤,包括Parma ham 和芝士。

主菜方面選擇了特色肉丸,一碟四件肉丸每一件份量也很大,肉丸滿滿肉汁,配上特色番茄汁入口很美味。朋友選擇了羊架,味道也不錯。最後甜品我們選擇了Panna Cotta 和 tiramisu. 但這兩道甜品,甜味真的太重了。

Pirata’s wooden theme that set the perfect romantic atmosphere for a date. We decided to come to this restaurant for one of the dinner specials, but I was a day too late - they were super nice about it and actually still offered us the special!! Burrata cheese奶香味非常濃郁!軟滑得嚟帶點黏韌,就咁食已經好正。奶香可以話喺我同朋友食過最重嘅~ 底下舖滿新鮮嘅火箭菜,略嫌鹽落得太重手。旁邊有啲番茄仔同carasau bread,carasau bread都算脆身,不過硬係覺得有小小受潮嘅感覺。

Pecorino x lemon zest嘅ravioli 一上枱超香檸檬味!Ravioli包裹住融化左嘅pecorino,呢款羊奶芝士鹹味超重!幸好lemon zest為重口味嘅ravioli增添左一絲嘅檸檬清香。不過個人覺得偏鹹左啲,略嫌ravioli嘅皮偏硬。

賣相超吸引!黑松露同Pecorino Romano羊奶芝士落得好慷慨!食落比想像中有驚喜呢~ Cacio e Pepe, 其實喺指cheese n pepper。成個意大利麵食落芝士味好重,黑松露味道比想中突岀,應該唔止面頭嘅鮮黑松露片~ Paccheri帕克里管麵 超掛醬汁!略嫌麵質偏硬,缺乏彈性。

奶凍好滑溜!富奶香!個人幾鍾意面頭嘅homemade raspberry coulis,好香莓味,酸度高甜度低,毫不人工。不過我就覺得可以奶凍同醬分開上,因為面頭嘅raspberry coulis份量太多會蓋過左奶香。


整體嚟講,每道菜式味道都唔錯,環境寬敞舒適,都幾多外國人嚟食,幾有氣氛~ 幾推薦大家嚟慶祝生日,特別鍾意餐廳會送張即影即有,留為紀念很不錯。restaurant week lunch set嘅價錢其實同平時嚟唔差好遠。今次本身喺為咗Butcher’s cut而嚟,點知原來喺for two嘅,最後怕食唔飽放棄咗,要咗其餘兩個mains,想食Butcher’s cut嘅大家要留意啦~

it was my first time visiting the pirata restaurant and i was not disappointed at all. my partner and i tried the chef’s tasting menu and every dish was fantastic. even the starters were flavorful and it made my tummy so happy. we left the restaurant feeling so satisfied. what’s even more great is the atmosphere of the restaurant and the staff’s service, especially our server Kala. she was amazing, always checked up on us and made sure everything was perfect. she made our night even more special

Surprisingly good! Didn’t expect this quality out of a small restaurant in Wanchai! 食物同招呼都相當唔錯,食物味道非常之好,個牛扒煎得非常之適中,配合埋一個有些少特色嘅無酒精嘅飲品,作為一個lunch Place,我絕對會再嚟幫襯。首先食物嘅賣相唔錯,味道亦都夠authentic,起初時間配合得好,招呼亦都唔錯,喺灣仔食晏,呢個相當係一個relaxing嘅choice.

Wasn’t impressed with the food . Truffle pasta had too much pepper . Mains is ok but the fish dish was disappointing and full of bones even though it was deboned . Too dark to eat fish with bones . Dufng gunusged the fish too risky to eat in fin lighting Desserts same as picci . They made a mistake on the second dish where ladies are supposed to have vegetarians meatball but one of us have the pork and beef one . We booked much earlier but was given a table on the lower floor which was like a ba
