Pineapple Bakery’s pineapple bun (bolo bao) is definitely the most viral bao in town right now. I bought an extra bolo bao home and it was still delicious the day after I had it reheated in the oven.

Only 88 buns baked in house a day. Do visit their social media page for their baking schedules to avoid disappointment.
