今晚去咗沙田田Pici early dinner. 人不太多大約6pm. 兩位ordered one Mussel, one calamari, one pappardelle beef cheek and one Qrecchiette. Mussel and calamari portion too small and not value. Stand reception 男高服務員態度十分不禮貌。我本身有個大袋，seat位置已很少，跟著旁邊剛需要兩位，就叫我拿開個袋，但完全冇比任何安排我個袋不知放在哪裡！跟著我連叫埋單。佢重說一句好呀！香港繼續有這種態度services，真是不要問香港餐飲業怎樣會好！

I am writing to express my experienced at your restaurant on Saturday evening.I made a reservation online for 6:45 PM and received a confirmation message indicating our dining time would be from 6:45 to 8:00 PM. We arrived at 6:35 PM, the staff at the entrance insisted that we would only be allowed to stay until 7:45 PM. While we understand that weekends can be busy, we felt it was unreasonable to limit our dining time, especially when we had been informed of an 8:00 PM cutoff.The attitude of the staff was not only unhelpful but also unfriendly, which further added to our disappointment. Our intention was to enjoy a meal at your establishment, which came highly recommended for its delicious food. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression.We ultimately chose to leave without dining. Given the effort that your chefs likely put into their meals, it is disheartening to see that the front-of-house service did not reflect that commitment.

Pici 嘅意粉質素令人回想旅義經典小鎮美食。試咗他們自製寬條麵（pappardelle）配牛頰肉 ragù，麵條咬口彈牙但唔過硬，牛頰肉慢燉至入口即溶，汁香濃稠。另一款蕃茄海鮮 linguine，有蝦、青口、魷魚，汁甜帶鹹，海鮮新鮮度高。餐廳裝修簡潔木枱、溫暖燈光，配意式懷舊畫布。人均約 $180–220，價錢合理為食材付費。服務友善又專業，有解釋麵條來源與醬汁調配方式，幾有故事感！適合想重溫歐洲街頭小館感覺，細味手工意粉嘅吃貨。

Pici大閘蟹限嘅定餐我一路都好想試吓，呢兩年我去過里面嘅四家Pici每次去班friend都會贊佢好食。有各種經典意粉餐品，亦都會應季節當做限定菜單。今次就有大閘蟹限定餐。🌯【蟹肉麵包卷】外形似春卷，其實係將蟹肉紅椒碎同醬料塞入圓麵包，外焦裡嫩。🥗【蟹肉三文魚籽牛油果沙律】夾埋我所有中意嘅沙律元素，蟹肉同爆汁嘅三文魚籽、牛油果粒塗抹喺脆口面包片上，仲未食到主菜，已經食蟹肉食到爽喇。🦀【大閘蟹粉手工圓面】圓圓嘅長面睇落似烏冬，實際更加入味。🐮【慢煮牛面頰寬帶面】一款經典意面，牛肉有紅酒燉煮嘅香氣，配合寬面嘅口感，表面還灑滿了細碎嘅芝士。🍝【現刨黑松露細扁面】系每次嘅必點經典菜，現刨的黑鬆露片香氣四溢，咬起身有一絲鮮脆口感，量都好足。醬汁比較creamy，啱我心水。

It's my first visit to Pici. The ambiance was cozy and lively. The appetizers and pastas were delicious, with decent portions; overall, everything was above average. I wrote this review to highlight the service from every server. The moment we stepped in, we felt the warmth from the smiling faces of the staff; they made us feel welcome.I would like to show my appreciation to Tammy, who took care of us. She is a young lady with a beautiful smile on her face at all times. There was a mistake made by another staff member, but Tammy immediately apologized and took ownership of the problem. I could feel her sincerity and care. She handled the issue perfectly and managed to turn a complaint into a compliment. Tammy, you are one of the best servers I've met, and thank you for the wonderful service.
