/𝑃𝑎𝑧𝑡𝑎🇭🇰/#sa中環篇➖➖➖<大館入面嘅正宗意大利菜🍝> ➖➖➖去左大館好多次 但都未試過係入面食野成日都會覺得價錢偏貴但今次去嘅pazta 又唔算太貴 佢哋嘅lunch menu 有晒2 courses + 飲品大約$140 左右~ 不過我地嗰日去就過左lunch 所以只可以單叫🍝但選擇都幾多👍🏻👍🏻三點之後happy hour 都幾多外國人去chill 下次再去試下tiramisu!! ➖➖➖1️⃣Squid ink linguine $120 (𝟟.𝟜/𝟙𝟘) 份量比預期中多 墨汁夠烏卒卒會成到成排牙黑晒😹扁意粉口感唔錯 煙煙韌韌 亦做到掛汁效果墨汁嘅味食落酸酸地 比較似番茄味🍅配料有魷魚圈同魚子 但唔算有好多!➖➖➖2️⃣3 classic lasagnas $170 (𝟟.𝟚𝟝/𝟙𝟘) 有三款唔同味道嘅千層麵~層次分明粉皮厚薄均勻 有牛肉、豬肉同蔬菜🥬三種唔同配料醬汁 就好似意大利🇮🇹國旗咁牛肉嗰款用左茄汁 有少少似平日嘅肉醬牛肉同豬肉感覺唔太大分別 不過豬肉嗰款會多少少肉最後蔬菜有菜葉碎舖面 份量較少 男仔食未必夠飽🤣➖➖➖📍pazta 繼續閱讀

站在大館內外都感受到一般文青感,難怪每一個角落都成為大眾既打卡熱點。經上次黎過「樂茶軒」吸收左中式氛圍後,今次比我發現開左間全新意大利餐館「P a z t a」,佢將威尼斯、博洛尼亞、羅馬、撒丁島正宗意式文化帶到過黎香港,加上別樹一格既裝潢,搭配整個outdoor area,係呢個天氣,我相信鍾意影相既你已經bookmark左啦!👇📌A p p e t i z e r s -▪ Pizzette · Margherita - $95▫ 第一次食到咁有創新概念既Margherita,以5口小型size既pizzette呈上,可以比食客一啖過之餘,又唔會感到太heavy,呢點唔錯。面頭Mozzarella Cheese相當豐富,加埋新鮮羅勒兩者配搭恰當好處,幾好食。▪ Carpaccio di Manzo al Tartufo - $180▫ 用上意大利生牛肉切成一塊塊薄片,再係面頭放上黑松露,基本上係每個意大利人最鍾意既小食。一啖過食到唔同層次既鹹鮮味,Pecorino cheese既香味係後勁慢慢散發出黎,再送埋一啖白酒,簡直係人間天堂呀!📌P a s t a -▪ Pappardelle ai Funghi Porcini e menta - $140▫ 意式寬條麵有好多種,如果你問我最鍾意一定係pappardelle,佢既波浪形賣相特別吸引。再配搭大量新鮮牛肝菌、薄荷葉、Parmesan cheese,幾種食材口感相當突出,麵條又夠煙韌,絕對值得一試!▪ Spaghetti con la colatura di Cetara e alici marinate - $140▫ 位於阿瑪菲海岸一帶盛產住銀鯷魚,當地流行將佢地用黎腌制,然後配上新鮮車厘茄、橄欖油、大蒜、芜荽配搭而成。食落每一條意粉口感爽彈幼滑,加上銀鯷魚增加唔少口感,夠哂特別!📌D e s s e r t s -▪ Delizia al limone - $100▫ 意大利甜品可能個個都會諗起tiramisu,但其實呢個布里海綿蛋糕絕對唔惹少。面頭鋪滿意大利軟芝士忌廉,再配搭檸檬柚子,口感軟綿得黎味道又夠清新,完美地渡過一個優閒下午。📌C o c k t a i l s -▪ F o r e s t a - $100▪ Paper · Plane - $100▫ 兩杯Cocktail以紅綠主題色調代表住熱情同和平,前者Foresta用接骨木花、綠色苦酒、amaro、西柚、檸皮帶出清甜中一點苦澀;後者用上Bourbon Whiskey、amaro、金巴利酒、西柚、檸檬帶出熊熊烈火既感覺,酒味比較強,適合一眾壯男們享用呀! 繼續閱讀

This new eatery at Tai Kwun is a great place for some good, affordable pasta on a weekend afternoon! The restaurant has an al fresco dining area with a view of the open courtyard as well as indoor seats, and we went for the outdoor area which was well shaded and comfortable. The food here is very reasonably priced. The two pastas we had, the truffle tagliatelle and the tomato and mozzarella paccheri were delightful. The truffle tagliatelle was made of fresh pasta and was extremely fragrant. My boyfriend thought it could be more al dente but I thought it was just right and had a nice springy texture. The paccheri was made of dry pasta and was definitely more firm, but the amount of mozzarella could have been more generous. The main course of chicken with Parma ham, smoked scarmoza and black truffle paste was just alright, the chicken breast wasn't very juicy but tasted just fine. The desserts were also delicious. We had the "modern" tiramisu and the lemon and yuzu sponge cake. The tiramisu had chocolate brownies in it rather than lady fingers and contained a shot of espresso at the bottom, which was an interesting takd on the classic that did not completely overturn its essence. The lemon and yuzu sponge cake was more of a surprise. I'm not normally a big fan of lemon-flavoured desserts but I loved this one as the cake was moist and dense and had just the right hint of citrus flavour. Who’s in the mood for some authentic pasta ?PAZTA blends traditional Italian gastronomy and 21st century hospitality with a great Mediterranean atmosphere, bringing a taste of Italy in the heart of Central.PAZTA offers a range of classic Italian dishes from Venice, Bologna, Rome, Sardinia etc. Alongside its a la carte menu, it also offers weekday lunch set ($140) and dinner set ($230), in which most people find the lunch set a much better deal. Overall, the pasta dishes were well seasoned and al dente, very authentic and classic , however portion might be a bit too small for guys. The Il Ghiottone appetizer platter ($390) looked better than it tasted, it’s good for sharing as a group but tasted so-so, the batter was wayyyy too thick for the fried ones....Recommendations as shown on the first picture: • Le lasagne di tre citta (3 classic lasagne) $170• Tagliatelle al tartufo (black truffle with Parmesan cheese tagliatelle) $140• Fettuccine al ragu d’anatra (duck ragu egg fettuccine) $160 繼續閱讀
