記得呢間炮台山店開張無耐嘅時候嚟過一次,但嗰次無叫到佢哋嘅拉花飲品( •᷄ࡇ•᷅ )事隔多年,終於再次嚟打卡啦😂 呢度一如以往熱鬧,keep住都有人入座,嗰日6:30pm嚟到都唔洗排隊就入到去~ Cafe樓底高,空間大,店內無太大轉變,反而多咗個stamp card牆😯俾錢嘅時候望到店入面嘅咖啡班poster,原來Pause It有定期舉辦手沖咖啡班同咖啡拉花班,新手都可以嚟學!呢度嘅Barista仲喺香港咖啡拉花大賽拎過奬㗎,實力無庸置疑🤭 ♥ 虎蝦青醬螺絲粉 $98抵擋唔到青醬嘅誘惑,超愛青醬!😛 青醬落得足,略帶油潤感👌🏻 螺絲粉沾滿醬汁,口感彈牙~ 蝦有三隻,經過煎香嘅蝦,好香口而且結實爽口🦐♥ 紅酒燴西班牙豬軟骨意大利飯 $98呢款意大利飯係偏甜,蕃茄味較出🍅 豬軟骨軟腍入味,啲軟骨一咬就碎😙 飯粒相對較腍,如果有返少少硬度就更加好👀♥ Matcha latte $42 & Hojicha latte $42呢間cafe最具特色就係佢哋嘅Latte art,好多花款而且有啲圖案都少見💕 今次係羊🐏同鹿🦌嘅拉花圖案⁽(◍˃̵͈̑ᴗ˂̵͈̑)⁽ 好靚呀!期待已久終於可以打卡啦🤣 靚到唔捨得飲~ 見到Matcha latte都算深色我就放心啦!抹茶味濃🍵 唔會太甜,唔澀有少少回甘,奶泡綿密,微甜奶香中和微苦嘅抹茶🥛Hojicha latte比Matcha latte味道更清爽,無苦澀味,獨特茶香尾韻淡雅🍂 我同條佬一致認為Matcha latte正啲🙊💬總結同上一次嚟食相比,菜式上有更多選擇,食物質素變得更好,有進步👌🏻 最滿意係獲得兩款靚靚拉花🙆🏻♀️

今日lunchtime去遠少少 嚟咗北角搵朋友食lunch餐廳裝潢以白色為主調 簡簡單單 好舒服食物方面都係cafe常見嘅選擇而咖啡都有好多款Salmon Eggs Benedict $84煙三文魚班尼迪克蛋一切落去 蛋黃爆晒出嚟Hollandaise好好味 酸酸哋 好開胃煙三文魚嘅份量都幾多 圍住咗成份egg BenedictBeef & Bacon Burger with Fries $108牛肉煙肉漢堡配薯條牛肉好厚 再加埋煙肉 係啖啖肉嘅burger兩杯飲品嘅拉花都好有心思聽聞仲有咖啡拉花課程Earl Grey Chocolate $46伯爵茶朱古力Earl grey同朱古力味好balanced 好少地方做到🥺有朱古力嘅濃郁 又有Earl grey嘅香Hojicha Latte $42焙茶拿鐵輕輕鬆鬆嘆咗個lunch

It was a tough start of a day with a migraine. My friend insisted to eat something out instead of keep resting (especially I have rested for more than 12hours LOL😂). Anyway, we were planning to try a fusion cha chaan ting nearby but there's a long wait, that's why we picked this cafe. (Shouldn't keep a patient waiting, right?😷🤷🏾♀️)Cafe door was broken and be prepared to open it with a combination if biceps and abs muscle. 💪🏾Work hard before your calories intake😏Restaurant didn't serve much variety brunch options but typical ones. We ordered a mushroom spinach and cheese bagel and a spinach egg Benedict. For drinks, I requested a cold brew and sesame latte in oat milk.Bagel was served with a side leafy salad. Drizzled a hint of vinaigrette which was just the right amount. Not to soak the whole salad while it could be more appealing if adding extra types of vegetables for the colour. Salad looked sad. It was a good bagel with a chew. Slight toast with a light brown colour. It was loaded with varieties of mushrooms. It would be easier to chew or on every bite if the mushrooms were in a smaller pieces. Glad they were holding up by the melted cheese so nothing fell while eating it. It was flavourful and full of umami mushroom flavour. Melted cheese didn't make the bagel soggy but not much cheese flavour. All in all, nothing special apart from the bagel quality.🥯Spinach Benedict was in a small portion that it didn't fill my friend's hunger. I literally pass 1/3 of my bagel to fill her hunger (migraine killed my appetite). Two poached eggs were cooked perfectly topped on a piece of lightly toasted sourdough. You could tell they were using Japanese eggs just from their yolk colour. Runny egg yolk made every bite creamy and indulgent. Generous amount of cooked spinach gave some freshness. Hollandaise sauce was served in a right amount that it only covered the two poached eggs. It looked like slightly torch burnt but flavour-wise it didnt give any extra taste or smokiness to the flavour. Again nothing special but pretty small (especially compare to the price). 🍳🍞Cold brew was served in a cold glass bottle with an empty iced glass. It wasn't a strong nutty one but aromatic. I didn't expect anything but I need caffeine to ease my migraine which was exactly what I needed right now. I wouldn't complain much. ☕️🧊Sesame latte in oat milk was full of pungent sesame taste. Every sip could taste both the sesame flavour and the seedy texture. Strong enough to cover the oat milk flavour. Was asked for less sweetness which indeed they served a mild sweetness drink. Appreciated.🥤Honestly, my own personal dining experience didnt experience much of their service but what I observed from an old lady dining herself definitely gave a thumb up. Staff was thoughtfully served a warm cup of water to the old lady. Knowing the words from the menu were pretty small or maybe difficult to understand, staff patiently bent down to explain. It was a sweet move to watch. 👵🏾All in all, I didn't care if the food here was nothing special or kind of pricey but my migraine felt slightly better after having the cold brew which caffeine once again saved me😂 It was an experience.

平日嘅lunch見到好受歡迎,呢日放工經過見到有位,就忍唔住要試吓!因為聽講呢間嘅拉花好靚,所以我都要嚟打下卡。🍴 伯爵茶鮮奶咖啡 ($42) + 焙茶拿鐵 ($42) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️咖啡一擺低我哋都嘩咗聲!拉花好靚好得意!係企鵝仔同海馬😍 有賣相之餘仲好好飲,店員仲同我哋講佢哋原來有開咖啡拉花班,有興趣不妨去學吓!🍴 黑椒牛肉多士配薯條($84) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相好吸引,牛肉好大塊而且太陽蛋煎得好靚,呢個配搭加埋火箭菜好夾,份量仲要好多,可encore!🍴 鹹蛋黃單骨雞翼 ($68) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️賣相幾靚,炸得唔會好厚粉,肉味帶少少鹹香,唔會太油膩,加上配埋少少沙律,食完都冇咁熱氣。🍴 虎蝦青醬螺絲粉 ($98) ⭐️⭐️⭐️得一隻虎蝦,仲要唔係好大隻,個人就覺得唔抵食,味道也只係不過不失。..............................
