🇭🇰Patis Bistro Francais·呢間法式既bistro我喺OpenRice見到評價都唔錯 所以我地就嚟咗試啦😌佢成間餐廳個裝修都真係好有法國街頭小酒館嘅感覺 而且真係超多外國人幫襯 嘢食質素同埋氣氛都唔錯🇫🇷·Chill Eats Dinner Menu $318由11月1號到30號 大家仲可以book由DiningCity舉辦既「Chill 住食」活動 咁就可以低至7折食多過200間餐廳既精選套餐啦😍😍呢間餐廳個精選套餐就係有3道菜嘅 而且每人仲有一杯白酒或者紅酒添 超級chill😎·Burgundy snails w/ garlic butter sauce佢呢個法式田螺我哋超級鍾意😍😍佢田螺個質感整得好好 而且佢個蒜蓉牛油係超級惹味 佢蒜蓉超級多 而且仲焗到面頭有啲焦焦地咁樣 就咁食已經好好食🤤而且佢個baguette好正 佢係真係外脆內軟 質感好好 我哋最後係好似餓鬼咁refill左3籃麵包點曬所有蒜蓉汁🧄😈😈·Steak tartare w/ fries & salad l Pan fried salmon之後佢個牛肉他他都做得幾好食 佢牛肉質感好好 而且調味都唔錯 不過佢呢個真係超大個 我哋最後都食淨左半個🫢🐮我哋另外仲叫咗個三文魚 佢呢個都幾肥美 而且最驚喜係佢個魚皮煎到好脆 係脆到好似炸魚皮咁 超正🐟·Crème burlee l Chocolate mousse反而佢哋嘅甜品我自己就覺得一般般啲啦 佢個chocolate mousse第一啖食落幾濃嘅 但係我自己覺得佢海鹽嘅比例有啲太多 所以食到最後會有少少鹹🤣🤣另外個crème burlee食落蛋味好重既 不過我自己覺得佢cream嘅比例比較少 所以有啲太燉蛋🍮😂😂·#rbyeat#rby西餐#rby中環·📍中環雲咸街65號地下

Ordered their daily special fish with mashed potato and veggies! The fish tastes so good, it’s kinda crispy on the outside but so soft inside The truffle mac and cheese with ham was so good😍 Can’t go wrong with truffle sauce right hehe

以前未來過Pastis這地方時都一直以為它是一間酒吧,有次聽法國友人提起才知道其實它亦是一間小餐館 (French Bistro),他推薦這裡的食物非常道地,今天便來一試它們的Set Lunch~今天是下雨天,頭盤先要一個 French Onion Soup 暖暖胃~法國友人介紹這裡的法式鹹派 (Quiche) 非常出色,叫了這個 Chicken Pesto Quiche,果然是十分出色!亦非常夠熱~最近努力嘗試增肌,唯有多吃肉!叫了Duck Breast w/ roasted potatoes & salad,肉質軟熟,煮得剛剛好!我的同事則叫了 Seared red snapper,配上薯蓉及法邊豆,亦是個健康的選擇!煎得非常香脆。最後以這個 Strawberry Tart 作結,甜甜酸酸~沒想到這間小小的餐館食物有如此水準,價錢亦不貴,店員等等都好友善,會過來介紹食物及飲品,下次必要再來試試晚餐呢!

This place is usually full with westerners - a cozy French Bistro, really owned by French.It was the second time that I visited there - a lunch time with light shower. They were playing Carla Bruni's Quelqu'un m'a dit and some other French songs.I had the prime hanger beef with potatoes and port wine reduction, since they didn't have the regular steak (which tastes better) in the menu this time. The hanger beef are juicy and well seasoned - it is good on its own, you don't really need the reduction (the reduction itself is a bit too sweet).A good place with reasonable price for lunch in Central.

Went for lunch after not having gone there for a while since the quality of the food was only so-so. Glad to find that the food seemed to have improved, but the service deters me from visiting again:- The two of us both ordered lamb as our main. The waitress didn't ask us for our preference on the doneness of the lamb, which I thought was a bit odd, but mwe assumed that the meat would be cooked to the same doneness for everyone. Later, she brought out a plate of almost rare lamb for me and medium for my friend, which was under cooked from what we both would have liked. We called the waitress over, and her first reaction was "that's how it's supposed to be". Tgat made no sense - if the meat was intended to be cooked to the same doneness for everyone, then our plates should at least be consistent. If you serve two customers meat of different doneness, then don't make up some lame excuse!- We stayed for a bit longer after finishing our meal, to chat. It was around 2:15pm, half of the restaurant was empty, and there were three other tables of customers, ALL WHITE. However, the same waitress came over with our bill, without saying a word. I had never encountered this kind of rudeness at another restaurant in Hong Kong. There clearly wasn't any business reason for her to do that. Even if there was, she should've said something along the lines of "would you mind paying?" Two of the three other tables had also finished their meal and were just chatting, but she didn’t try to suggest to them it’s time to leave. Was there some kind of racism involved? You tell me.With the overwhelming options for restaurants in Hong Kong, who needs to put up with this kind of rude and racist service?
