職位描述
Responsibilities 主要職責
- Responsible for food preparation and the kitchen daily operation
- 協助廚房日常運作及負責製作冷盤及熱盤等食品
- Maintain food quality and ensure food product meets the company's requirements.
- 維護食品品質及確保出品符合公司要求
- Perform duties set aside by the Head Chef
- 履行主廚安排的工作
- Maintain high standards of hygiene for kitchen area
- 保持廚房的衛生標準
Requirements 要求
- At least 1-year relevant working experience is required
- 最少一年相關工作經驗
- Good team player, responsible, hardworking and polite
- 具良好團隊合作精神,盡責,勤奮及有禮貌
- Shift duty required
- 需輪班
