餐廳原來開在灣仔,後來搬到柴灣,最後搬到現在的尖沙咀。位置變了好幾次,但那道Parmeson芝士黑松露意面的味道,一如很多年前一樣美味!每次吃都贊嘆不已,絕對是「香港最好吃的Parmeson芝士黑松露意面」。除了芝士黑松露面,紅蝦面的味道也讓人驚嘆,同時其他菜的味道都在線,實屬難得。—————隨麵包附送的【蜂蜜海鹽牛油】很有特色,甜味牛油並不多見,搭配麵包,吃的停不下來。Signature spaghetti with 24 months Parmesan Cheese & black truffle paste【芝士黑松露意面】,這麼多年每次來必點!師傅現場製作,把意面放在挖空加熱的parmesan芝士中烹飪。芝士和松露的味道異常濃郁,整體口感十分Creamy,兩人分一份,吃完正好不覺得膩。我連盤子里最後的醬汁都吃的乾乾淨淨! Homemade Linguine with Spanish red prawn【西班牙紅蝦面】西班牙紅蝦個人很大,比我在其他店吃到的都大,蝦汁的豐富程度就不用多說了。面的整體非常入味,意外的是蝦這麼大,但蝦肉也很入味,我甚至覺得比最愛的da domenico的紅蝦面都要好吃! Italian style stir-fried octopus & squid 【意大利炒魷魚】看似製作風格簡單,但味道很不錯。魷魚口感軟嫩,還隱約吃到了淡淡的芝士風味,很喜歡。 Grilled US prime rib eye with black truffle sauce. 【牛排】個人原因點了medium well,居然口感還很嫩,易嚼的同時保留了牛肉的咀嚼感。黑松露汁味道也不錯,搭配的甜薯泥太好吃了!下次打算多要一些。甜品點了【pina colada】,菠蘿加椰子,整體口感非常清爽,整餐的完美終結。 繼續閱讀

這裡應該是近期最矚目的新店。上週鐵廚Mok San才來吃過,看過他的美拍,還有網上食友們也陸陸續續來「報到」。怎樣也要來試試吧?這一天跟為兩位食朋友(就是一個call就買機票一起去吃米芝蓮三星 鮨行天的那些朋友!)約了吃晚餐,正好順道來這裡吧。店子晚上供應6道菜加甜點的tasting menu,之前在PANO已再吃過Chef Ken的菜式,來到這裡也不用多想,跟朋友都要了tasting menu。三款前及追加的項目都是海鮮,大廚Ken對海鮮的演繹是出色的。以最簡單的配搭加上精準的火候,各項菜式的效果也上佳。個人而言,最喜歡白蜆。當然是「海膽控」的話,一味海膽墨汁脆片是必要追加的。第一道主菜的兩個選擇中,海膽意粉是「君臨天下」,很難不討好。但「見海膽見到怕」的我卻喜歡簡簡單單的蒜頭辣椒意粉,味道及火候都是精準的。肉類主菜中,平原雞以西餐手法來演繹真的比中菜還討好。威靈頓牛肉用上宮崎牛柳是神來之筆,做成袖珍版也聰明。追加的烤羊架好吃,火候是恰到好處的。食物好,環境好,服務又不錯。難怪來的時候只是周二,也座無虛席。反而覺得日中來這裡,會有另一番境象,會找次來吃午餐。 繼續閱讀

This Italian restaurant which has recently relocated to Ocean Terminal is a hot dining spot lately and we made our visit with a certain level of anticipation. However, I must say the food was only so-so. The pasta used is definitely dry pasta rather than fresh or homemade. The signature 36-month parmesan was accompaied by a spectacular performance of table-side cooking in an impressice-looking cheese wheel, but the end produce was rather mediocre at best. There was plenty of creamy sauce but it was a bit watery and flavour was just salty and neither the cheese nor the truffle paste really stood out. The spaghetti with grilled scampi and scampi tartare was actually better, but I can't couldn't help thinking much better it would be if fresh pasta were used. The main course of lamb rack and neck was just alright, not bad but not particular good either. The starters and desserts were also unremarkable though definitely of acceptable quality. Overall I do not regret trying but am not sure if I would go back. 繼續閱讀

今日去咗尖沙咀食生日飯,朋友揀咗呢一間新開嘅Palco Ristorante,地點位於尖沙咀OTE,如果喺地鐵站行過去就非常之遙遠,應該要行四個字左右。🕺🏿入到去侍應就好貼心咁俾咗一個墊俾我哋放啲袋,有加分嘅!裝修亦都非常之靚,仲有個維港嘅大海景望住添!😻午市嘅套餐分別係$328兩個course (1 starter 1 main 1 dessert)或者$398個course (2 starters 1 main 1 dessert),我哋都只係揀咗兩個course嘅餐!首先上咗麵包先,非常之夠熱亦都好食嘅!😚Salad with Charcoal Grilled Squid & Cherry Tomato 之後就到沙律同埋湯,沙律嘅菜非常新鮮,魷魚都燒得恰到好處!😋朋友問今日Soup of the Day 嗰時個侍應竟然唔知道今日嘅Soup of the Day 係乜嘢,真係O了嘴。後尾先知道係粟米湯。🧐Spaghetti with Hokkaido Scallops in Caramelised Onions & Madeira Wine Sauce朋友叫咗一個帶子意粉,賣相都OK,聽講都幾好味嘅!😀Risotto with Australian Pumpkin & Deep-fried Oysters呢個意大利飯就賣相特別啲!🙂Pan-fried 6 Oz Thick Cut US Prime Ribeye & Gratin Potato 牛肉肉質鮮嫩,煮得啱啱好,個薯仔仲要勁好食!不過呢個就要加$98嘅。🤪甜品係黑森林蛋糕,嗰碟比較特別,個蛋糕就一般啦。😗整體來講可以一試嘅,不過份量就唔係好夠多,可能下次要叫3個course 啦!🤤 繼續閱讀

Instagram 上面見到依間餐廳好多人去所以我都同朋友係週末去咗依間餐廳試吓佢哋嘅lunch.一早預約左但由於好多客人 所以都等左15分鐘入到去 環境都比較逼夾同之前同鋪位嘅法國餐廳唔同講返野食我地兩個人share 一個lunch set (2 starters + 1 main + 1 dessert) 再加佢個signature carbonara 頭盤 Parma ham x Melon Parma ham 唔係屬於好香鹹香味嘅ham 蜜瓜清甜 加埋一齊食 都正常嘅未食晒頭盤 服務員已經上左Signature carbonara 因為佢係屬於fine dining 嘅餐廳所以個人都扣左啲分芝士同松露味都香濃有輕輕嘅酒味雖然意粉係homemade pasta 但汁嘅味道搭救 仲有一個意粉未道服務員已經直接上咗甜品餐具要提佢先知我地仲有一個意粉味道方面屬於鮮甜 汁嘅味恰到好處最後跟餐甜品 就好普通偏唔好食 繼續閱讀
