放假想去遠d放鬆下心情,擺低平時做嘢嘅煩惱,所以入左白沙灣食嘢,其實lee間我地都去過幾次,係幾高質👍但個位置如果搭交通工具都幾煩佢裝修好外國chill style,放假feel,好refreshing見佢出面有個牌講下today’s special,198 rib eye又好似幾抵入到去我地被帶到去上層,有indoor,outdoor area,我怕熱,都係坐左indoor🙈餐牌上有weekend brunch menu男朋友嗌左個prime beef mash,壓碎左嘅牛肉加埋d碎potato,原來係好好食嫁‼️本身望落去冇乜特別,另人好surprise,想搶左佢嗰個黎食🙈我嗌左mussels linguini,d mussels都好肥好正,汁又較得好好😋😋lee間餐廳總括黎講似身處係外國,無論係環境同食物都唔錯,仲可以遠離繁囂👍🏻 繼續閱讀

I have been to Padstow three times and there was a very obvious drop in quality this time. We ordered 3 things, crab cake, steak and stout pie and mussels.The crab cake at over 80 dollars for one portion was very disappointing. It was not moorish like a normal crab cake. From memory it was probably the worst crab cake I have had and I was really looking forward to it. The steak and stout pie was alright. It was a decent pie but the chunky fries that came with the meal were so over-fried it was unappetising dark colour and very dry. The mussels were simply not fresh or of bad quality. We only had half of the portion as it just tasted very bad. The chunky fries that came were once again overdone. Very amateur. I would not come again. 繼續閱讀

今日放假入西貢,去左試呢間餐廳,外觀係吸引我地入去既原因,有樓上樓下兩層,我地一行4人上左樓上坐,去到2點30分,侍應同我地講上面close 3點30,我地唯有快快叫野食。有開陽既境觀,好舒服好chill ~試左total 7樣野 賣單$1300一開始叫左粗薯條同雞翼重點推介一定要食Blue mussels with gweilo wit $118👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻個汁真係無得頂好好食,個青口又唔會好dry香煎帶子$138呢個煎得好香係好食既,不過得2粒略嫌有啲貴鹽焗豬腩肉$178呢個豬肉個人覺得一般,個皮係好脆既,但肉覺得無咩特別,所以下次唔會叫 繼續閱讀

之前聽人講話西貢有一間裝修得好靚好有情調的西餐廳,適逢朋友生日,今次終於有個藉口可以去試下🥰我地中午係西貢市中心玩完之後,就出發去餐廳。餐廳的位置有少少偏僻,係西貢市中心搭的士的話要大概10分鐘左右。不過因為餐廳別樹一幟的藍白色設計好易認,所以落車之後應該都唔會去錯地方,或者蕩失路🤪我地去之前已經book左位,所以一去到就直接去左2樓窗邊的座位。跟住就急不及待咁點餐啦~~~ Sweet Potato 甜薯條($68)第一道上的小食就係甜薯啦🤤🤤🤤 呢度的sweet potato好粗身,炸完之後好脆口。除此之外,因為灑左少少海鹽,外層帶少少咸咸地,但薯條裡面好軟好甜,呢兩種味道合埋一齊好夾,好好食!瞬間已經俾我地清哂😂😂😂Blue Mussels with Gweilo Wit 鬼佬啤酒煮有機藍青口($128)青口好新鮮,煮完又唔會縮得太細隻,咬落去食得出有一陣海水的味道,好fresh。另外用黎煮青口的汁好鮮甜,用上菜時果塊烘過的白麵包黎沾青口汁,就唔會浪費左個咁好味的汁啦😋Wicks Manor Farm Porchetta 鹽焗豬頸肉($198)除左鹽焗豬頸肉之外,配菜有有焗薯同埋鼠尾草(好特別)。豬頸肉的外皮烤到好脆身,但中間的部分仍然好稔,充滿肉汁!最重要的是佢唔會好咸,就算沾埋另外的肉汁,都唔會好heavy。Whole Fish In A Bag 袋中魚($248)呢個魚好特別,上菜時佢仍然係用一大舊用錫紙包住。去到我地打開錫紙時,就見到原來條魚除左用錫紙之外,仲有另外一層牛油紙包住先拎去焗。條魚食落去好滑,一d都唔腥,同埋好容易起骨。可能因為係焗魚的時間,魚中間放左Parsley同埋檸檬🍋入去,味道好出,加上檸檬汁的酸味,好開胃!加埋藜麥一齊食,感覺好Fresh!Chicken, Leek, Bacon & American IPA pie ($138)呢個係咸的pie,配菜有沙律同埋薯條。可能同之前的甜薯有對比,我覺得甜薯好食d 😛 個pie入面食到有雞肉、煙肉(好似有磨菇的味道)。不過個皮唔太酥脆,一切開就發現個皮好稔,好難切開分俾其他人。Apple Crumble 蘋果奶酥($98)好好食!真係超好食!蘋果味好香唔會好甜(清甜),外皮好脆同埋果陣cinnamon適中,既唔會搶去蘋果的味道,但又食得出香料的味道。暫時係我食過最好食的Apple Crumble!Molten Chocolate Pudding 朱古力心太軟($88)呢個心太軟就一般,雖然做到流心,但外層有少少厚,食完有d漏。Sangria($88)因為落左好多水果,好足料,所以水果的甜味令紅酒唔會澀之餘,仲有種水果的香味有少少美中不足的是我在訂枱時remark左係甜品碟上面要寫Happy Birthday, 不過餐廳漏左.... 突然想外出吃飯,就在Openrice 看看有什麼好吃,這家常經過的西餐+酒吧,外表cool cool 的藍色小屋。今晚例湯是南瓜濃湯 🎃另點了Mussle 和crab cake, 青口很鮮醬汁也不錯,但蟹肉餅有點鬆散。主菜牛排🥩是今晚的敗筆。有點「梅」所以另點了一份青口意粉,也沒有特別好吃。點了兩杯酒,埋單大約$1100 繼續閱讀
