回到泰國遊記前,分享多一場在全港最高酒吧 Ozone,由新到任的智利藉大廚 Roberto Riveros 主理的私房晚宴,除了醉人心神的靚景醇酒美食,飯後還有壓軸驚喜禮物,著實難忘! 抵達香港麗思卡爾頓酒店103樓的 Arrival Lobby 後,還要再升專用升降機,才能抵達位於118樓的 Ozone;就在入口位,即可見到 Chef Roberto Riveros 的圖像:雖然年僅33歲,他已擁有多年在頂級餐廳的工作經驗,並擅長炮製帶現代風格的地中海及西班牙菜式。 當晚 Roberto 非常用心介紹每道菜式,又表示正在努力摸索香港食材,而在晚餐後,更逐一發送電郵、致謝我們參加晚宴,那份誠懇與好學,實在令人感動又欣賞啊! 在絕美可欣賞新版本幻彩詠香江的 Private Dining Room 就坐後,這晚我們享用的是 Roberto Private Dinner,收費$1,280/位相當合理,加$580還可以配4杯 Cloudy Bay 餐酒,體驗高空上飲飽食醉的滋味~ 一開首 Tapas 有 Aubergine and miso 茄子麵豉醬配蔬菜條,Aubergine 茄子蓉是地中海代表菜式之一,搗得細滑並加上紅白麵豉醬,味醂和清酒,即成濃郁美味的 dip 醬,拌以清甜爽口的紅蘿蔔及西芹條,健康又可口~ 更愛另一款 Melon caipirinha with anchovy 雞尾酒蜜瓜配醃漬鯷魚,清甜蜜瓜粒以經典雞尾酒 Caipirinha 浸泡12小時,香氣四溢,再綴以醃漬鯷魚和檸檬皮,滋味更見繽紛。頭盤配上Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2017,清爽口感拌上輕怡 Tapas,一切來得剛剛好! 接著頭盤也很精彩:Green curry crab with tomato and basil 青咖哩蟹餅配羅勒及番茄啫喱,以阿拉斯加長腳蟹肉、蛋黃醬、細香蔥製成的香煎蟹肉本已鮮香美味,加上香醇椰奶、香辣青咖哩及充滿驚喜的番茄啫喱,帶來五味紛陳又互相平衡的曼妙滋味! 青咖哩蟹餅配上 Cloudy Bay Chardonnay 2016,豐富的花果香氣令滋味更加昇華了~ 也很欣賞接下來這款 Cod fish, bacon and parmesan 鱈魚配煙肉芝士泡沫,油封鱈魚肉質相當細嫩鮮甜,而由煙肉及巴馬臣芝士粉製成的細滑泡沫之上,更有以海鹽焦糖榛子、咖啡豆及雲尼拿條混合製成的粉末,口味層次異常豐富美妙,是當晚最愛菜式。 一邊吃下美味的鱈魚,一邊喝下進階版本的 Cloudy Bay Te Koko 2014,誠然人生一樂也! 接著換上紅酒 Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2015 上場,不用想一定是主菜登場了! 當晚主菜是 Beef cheek on potato risotto 慢煮和牛臉頰配薯粒,和牛臉頰肉質柔軟豐腴,固然美妙,旁邊由薯粒扮演的 "Risotto" 也有著黑松露菌香及牛油香氣,吃完十分飽足了~ 餐後甜品是 Coconut, carrot and passion fruit 熱情果蛋糕配椰子粉末及紅蘿蔔醬,熱情果蛋糕清酸醒胃,旁邊的慕絲更是酸度強勁,所以中間配上黑糖咖啡雪糕,以及椰子粉末以作中和平衡。 最後還有充滿心思及驚喜的禮物----香港麗思卡爾頓酒店自製的法式牛角包帶走!原來酒店由2011年開業以來,麵包烘焙主管柯敬倫師傅一直用心親自培植自家製酵母;要知道自製酵母能大大提升麵包質感及味道,不過花的時間心力也多,所以未被廣泛採用。 現時酒店內六間餐廳及 Executive Lounge 所供應的麵包,近半都是用上柯師傅的自製酵母;而牛角包則用了勁度溫和的自製酵母,令酥皮層層分明;同時運用高比例的新鮮牛油,一打開已散發濃郁誘人香氣,超好吃啊!翌日早上,我真的忍不住一次過將兩個牛角包都KO了... 想品嚐星級水準牛角包及麵包,可以到米芝蓮一星的 Tosca,或當一晚住客,翌朝早餐時就可以盡情享用了! 繼續閱讀

2018.3.12 Nice view at 118 Ozone.與友係Element 晚餐後就上到黎酒店頂樓飲返杯。一黎到就俾餐廳裝修吸引,每個位置都用上唔同色調既燈飾配襯,好時尚,blingbling。 之後當然要出去露天位置欣賞維港夜景啦。真係好靚。而今晚天氣好,風勢剛好,似開左冷氣咁。天清,望得好清楚夜景。之後就 order 左兩杯酒。而我就飲左杯好正既咖啡酒🍸cheer 。酒味濃,coffee 味都重。易入口,好飲。😄仲有松露爆谷食。好香呀! 繼續閱讀

I've been here after dinner with guests in order to show Hong Kong from high above. We already tried other bars (Alto - 31/F, Sky 726 - 25/F floor, Ce La Vi - 25/F) but this is definitely the highest of all. Of course the view is breathtaking but actually my guests preferred other bars more. As I said this is "from high above" whereas other rooftop bars are more or less really high but still in the middle of all the other buildings surrounding which is a great "feeling" as well.As the drinks are starting from around 140 up to 300 (and bottles around 5000), this is a quite expensive place even for HK (compared to LKF where all the drinks are around 100-150). We had a Mocktail, Cognac and a Gin Tonic (which was really huge!!!). I was hoping that drinks are served in glasses but still here the are served in plastic "glasses".All in all: Maybe a to-do for guests but this is not the best place to enjoy a good view over the city. 繼續閱讀

晚餐後去ozone飲杯嘢,貪呢度環境唔錯。118樓仲有outdoor,不過都幾凍下。朋友叫左杯cocktail in bottle,樽仔裝住係幾得意,個présentation係靚嘅。我就係隔離嗰杯橙色嘅Ruby,有passion fruit、lime等,飲落好清新,甜味都幾勁,有啲似fruit punch。之後叫左兩隻生蠔,係white pearl,睇落大大隻,幾厚肉,食落好鮮甜,有淡淡的海水味,加埋隔離嘅紅酒醋就會有奇妙嘅chemical reactions, 不錯! 繼續閱讀

This rooftop bar is located inside Ritz-Carlton Hotel, on the 118th floor of the tallest building of Hong Kong. Certainly the highest bar in town, and maybe the world, one has to first take the elevator to the 103th floor before switching to another lift to the roof. Upon arriving the staff took us to our table. As the bar is popular we made the reservation in advance, but still we were seated right outside of the staff entrance, so throughout the night we were blown by the wind whenever someone open the door. With plenty of other tables not taken when we arrived, I cannot stop wondering how come we were so 'lucky'. The decor was magnificent, providing a vibrant, luxurious and hip ambiance. There is also the famous outdoor section but the day was too windy and cold probably to sit outside. But I am sure the view was spectacular and worth the extravagant price of the drinks and food. I ordered the signature cocktail to begin with, Dragon's Back. It was nice but I would say it was a bit too sweet. Ivy ordered the mocktail Emerald which was refreshing and good too. While the bar provided some truffle-flavored popcorn we could not just survive with those, so we also had a few tapas. The Deep Fried Prawn Popcorn with Sweet and Sour Sauce is essentially deep frying the prawn with batter, and then paired with a Thai-style sweet and sour sauce. Well, without the sauce the prawn is simply tasteless, but honestly I remind myself that this is a bar and not a restaurant so we should not be rating it on the same scale. Hoping the next one would be better in quality, the Braised Pork Taco in Mexican Style didn't disappoint. The pork is shredded and seasoned with chili sauce to give a kick to the taste, and it was wrapped in a taco and put on top of a lime cut in a way to hold it nicely. The portion is of bite-size making it easy to manage without creating a lot of messiness eating them. This tapas managed to savage some of my faith in their food. The last tapas is the Omakase Sushi Selection, including five different sushi: salmon, yellowtail, scallops, tuna and snapper. The fish are fresh and tasty, and overall they are surprisingly good. I like the scallops the most as it got great texture and rich in flavors. My only criticism is that the size is just too small, and even as finger food they were a bit too tiny.The service was good with the staff attentive, friendly and courteous. And I also ordered a half-pint Stella Artois in addition to the cocktail, with the final bill of $1,503 which honestly is expensive. Even considering the really phenomenal view the overall experience would not justify the price in my opinion.
