今天同來自日本的朋友聚會,忽然想起這家來自日本表參道的精品咖啡店。下午時分,人來人往,店內擠滿了人。這店面簡約型格,採以天然木色同concrete牆身,感覺樸實又舒適。這咖啡店是自助形式,先排隊落單,然後去取食物同入座。主打輕食和咖啡。雞蛋三文治$58這三文治和平曰吃的旦治很不同。軟熟的麵包夾著厚厚的玉子。一咬下去,玉子很香滑,滿有旦香,完全沒有油膩感覺,細味之下,還有一點點的芥末味道,少少芥末辣勁,減少了雞旦的飽滯感覺,味道不錯!Avocado toast $118(Crab meat, smoke salmon, poached egg and sourdough toast)這牛油果多士材料豐富,除了香滑的牛油果外,還有蟹肉、水波旦同煙三文魚,正呀!牛油果味道清新,creamy質地,加上旦汁、鮮甜的蟹肉同煙三文魚,是幾rich的味道,令人十分滿足。Cappuccino $42這泡沫咖啡既香醇又甘香,泡沫細緻,口感滑溜,仲有咖啡的甘口味道,不錯。Iced Cappuccino $55來到這兒,應該要點這凍泡沫咖啡。這咖啡入口冰涼,咖啡面上灑了Cocoa powder ,賣相吸引。冰凍的咖啡味道甘醇而香甜,味道唔會好淡,有朱古力粉的唂咕香味,正呀!這家咖啡店的水準認真不錯,室內裝修有型有格,唯價格稍為高左少少,可以一試。 繼續閱讀

Hand drip koffee, hot and iced koffee such as mocha, latte, macchiato, risetto. Latte and matcha latte are my favourites. 一直都想嚟食,可惜遲遲未有時間,今日咁啱經開呢頭又冇人就嚟左,估唔到咁晏先嚟都仲有呢個厚厚既玉子三文治睇相就睇得多,實物真係第一次,麵包好軟熟,中間玉子真係好厚,就咁望落去以為會乾爭爭同嚡,點知咬落去先知真係好滑好嫩,仲有小小蛋汁,唔同玉子壽司既玉子,再加埋小小wasabi 同應該係類似沙律醬嗰一類既醬又真係幾match,有小小攻鼻但又甜甜地,難以形容,如果塊麵包可以烘底就仲如,真係外脆內軟😂咖啡師即時問你要唔要糖,之後係你面前即沖,呢杯係cappuccino,面頭奶泡夠滑,飲到有小小酸味,啡味亦出。 繼續閱讀

On average, a cup of coffee can cost between $30-40...sometimes more. According to Forbes’ news article by Rob Asghat, “A savings calculator will tell you that (spending approx $40 HKD on a cup of coffee that) such a once-a-day habit adds up to $133,000 over 30 years if the same amount was invested instead at a modest interest rate (...)”. So, IF you decide to spend your capitalist byproduct on coffee...it better be some damn good overpriced coffee.Omotesando—which according to HK Tatler started out as a humble pop-up—is a minimalist Japanese coffee shop. Known for espressos. I needed something quick today, and I despise espressos—unless I need a quick trip to the lady’s room—the ‘Hand drip Koffee’ is what I ordered. When you enter the minimalist parlour, you order downstairs: “to go”, or you can “stay in”. I opted to stay in, and proceeded up to the counter where you can see the coffee be brewed, and choose whether you’d like a ‘nuttier’ or ‘fruity’ flavour. I choose nutty. Coffee is renowned for being bitter. But bitter coffee is bad coffee. It’s not intended to be bitter. Without sugar, or diluted with milk, it shouldn’t be unpleasant. Bitter = burnt coffee beans. Mine was bitter. OR else unevenly grinded coffee causes bitterness. Either way. I’m bitter as that cup of coffee! Conclusion: $68 ill spent. Service is mediocre, the staff seem to be gazing off into the distance, or busy gossiping. Not very efficient of forthcoming to their customers. The lady who served me gave me a look up and down, I felt financially threatened, especially after I spent $68 on bitter coffee. ☕️ 繼續閱讀

叮叮最愛咖啡,利東街有間日式咖啡聞名已久。等我試試佢~ 假日大概6點黎到,一心想試下Egg sandwich,點知已經賣哂。咁就簡淨低一份既French toast with caramelized banana,另外我地一人一杯野飲。 依度既佈置簡約,而且氣氛好好,多人但環境好靜。細聽只有咖啡師專心烘焙時既機械聲。 Iced Cappuccino每飲一啖會有可可粉既泡沫升上黎,唔知代表咩。但本人覺得好好飲,就好似飲緊一杯靚既紅酒,好溫馴、又易入口。 Cappuccino因為唔係我飲我唔知味道,但望到個專業拉花都唔會差去邊。 French toast with caramelized bananaHow elegant for this dish?熱騰騰既法式西多,一遇既合既忌廉,仲有焦糖化既香蕉,it’s wonderful life! 令我覺得Surprise就係原來都有主食,好似muji café,當然係唔同層次啦,哈哈。食物既價錢我覺得偏高,但佢既氛圍我覺得係抵番哂。能夠提供如此寧靜環境,又好似去左個日本小旅行,叮叮又開心,我就開心。 呷一口,我們展露笑容,很快樂。 繼續閱讀
