中環蘇豪區一帶有好多特色餐廳,今日搵到一間新開嘅黎巴嫩餐廳,裝修設計有格調,樓底高,分上下兩層,適合私人派對、聚會,仲有各式各樣酒品。🥗Tabbouleh ~塔布勒沙律是中東地區的一種沙律,起源於黎巴嫩、敍利亞一帶。主要由布格麥與切碎的歐芹、薄荷、番茄及洋蔥等混合,並適量加入食鹽、檸檬汁、橄欖油等攪拌而成。🥙Bread Basket 🥣Moutabal ~是一種中東蘸醬,由烤茄子、堅果塔希尼、特級初榨橄欖油,添加了石榴、糖蜜。🐂Sujuk ~辛辣和發酵的香腸,在幾種土耳其、巴爾幹、中東和中亞美食中食用。 主要用牛肉整成。🐓Sawda Djej ~石榴糖蜜雞肝🐟Samke Harra~是一道黎巴嫩菜! 鱈魚用辣椒調味,淋上橄欖油,烤箱烤制,上面放上塔希尼醬。 [ Cocktail ]🍸Cedar Breeze🍸Spicy Za' atar Mule[ Dessert]🍊Orange Muhalabieh~充滿中東香氣和風味的奶油、甜美、濃稠的牛奶布丁,加上橙花調味。

Have never been to Lebanon, but loved the food when we were in Turkey. Decided to try for dinner. Very exciting wine list filled with Lebanese wines. Have only tried Chateau Musar before but decided on a white wine. Good they do a set menu for $650pp for entire table, so saved us the headache of picking what to eat.Here’s what we had.Tabbouleh- Middle Eastern vegetarian salad made with finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, lemon, olive oil and bulgur wheat (with light nutty flavor, similar to couscous only with larger grains). Fresh, clean, and deeply refreshing.Black Hummus- made from black chickpeas, this hummus tasted earthier and nuttier than normal hummus. The tahini (smooth, creamy paste created by emulsifying with oil black sesame seeds that have been roasted and ground) added creamy richness, brightened with lemon and olive oil. We had to ask for extra flatbread to mop up every last spoonful.Halloumi Cheese (traditional semi hard cheese of Cyprus, produced using a mixture of cow, sheep and goat milk), grilled and paired with juicy tomato slices, seasoned with olive oil and fragrant Za’atar (spice blend of thyme, oregano, marjoram msesame, sumac, cumin or coriander).Falafel- deep-fried balls made from chickpeas, served with sharp pickle slices.Plump garlicky Shrimps bathed in olive oil,with toasted pine nuts adding richness and cilantro offering a green, citrusy lift. A bit spicy. Mixed grill- Skewers: Chicken (tender and citrusy) and Beef (juicy and peppery); plus expertly seasoned Lamb Chops. Particularly loved the creamy, bold Garlic Sauce.Crispy Fries seasoned with Za’atarEggplant Fatteh- a cool textural masterpiece made of layers of silky roasted Eggplant, spiced tender Chickpeas, garlicky yogurt sauce, crunchy shards of fried bread and buttery pine nuts.Traditional Lebanese Dessert Selection, including the Baklawa- crisp and buttery layered filo pastry filled with walnut filling just sweet enough and perfumed with a rose water/orange blossom sugar syrup.In summary: this restaurant delivered an experience that felt like a leisurely meal in bustling Beirut. The ingredients were fresh, flavors bold but balanced; menu rooted in Levantine tradition; service bubbling with Levantine generosity.

🤩Cauliflower Lentils Salad 呢道沙律由烤椰菜花、扁豆、羽衣甘藍、檸檬同橄欖油組成,味道清新健康。椰菜花帶焦香,扁豆軟糯,檸檬汁提鮮。Black Hummus 黑鷹嘴豆蓉加入芝麻醬,口感濃郁滑順,,同檸檬汁提味。Zucchini Baba Ghanouj 用焗過嘅翠玉瓜代替茄子製成,味道清爽無油膩感。翠玉瓜甜香配洋蔥、蒜頭同檸檬皮絲,清新又香口Sujuk 辣味牛肉腸帶濃郁辛香同微辣,配酸甜番茄醬,味道層次豐富。Spicy Kafta 辣味羊肉用阿拉伯香料調味,羊肉味濃但唔羶,香料風味豐富。焗番茄增添甜美濕潤感,味道重口但不過鹹,幾開胃。Ashta香濃的牛奶搭配橙花和玫瑰水的芬芳,口感滑順。再加上香脆的開心果,完美平衡了甜與香Pomegranate Passion 石榴汁雞尾酒配伏特加同青檸汁,酸甜適中,酒味輕。石榴果香加青檸清新,再配糖漿平衡酸味,簡單好飲。Lebanese Mint Lemonade 黎巴嫩薄荷檸檬水清涼解暑,檸檬汁同薄荷葉帶天然清新感,加梳打水氣泡感,甜度適中,百搭飲品。
