聖誕節🎄當然要食聖誕大餐啦,我同男友就揀左位於尖沙咀嘅OM Tapas 食西班牙Christmas Brunch有沙律,前菜小食,甜品仼食,主菜就不是仼吃,可以係menu 上四揀二。樣樣食物都係即叫即整,全部都熱辣辣,好好食。但係好多都係炸物,怕熱氣嘅話就要適可而止沙律要了兩款,點了我最愛的番茄,好甜又多汁,一點都不酸。蘋果沙律爽甜又清新,好味!冬菇調味恰到好處,咸咸地,入味又爽嫩。第一次食炸豬耳,外脆內軟,口感味道都不錯。茄醬肉丸,酸辣汁食落又幾醒胃。蟹餅不同泰式個款,冇咁彈牙芝士好邪惡,芝士控必食,我自己就只吃了一件,怕好滯蝦細細粒,彈牙惹味。炒飯粒粒分明,不會太乾或太濕,好鐘意佢嘅煙韌口感,味道酸酸地,海鮮亦好味,但少左啲。呢個主菜好好味,精髓在於個條粗大的牛骨!入面嘅骨髓雖然好肥,但牛味香濃,加上黑椒和鹽調味,味道好正,質感軟綿綿,入口即化,夾住脆卜卜嘅蒜蓉包一齊吃,正荷包蛋香滑好味有營養,薯餅香脆可口魷魚圈外層脆口,入面煙韌甜品係西班牙油炸鬼,外脆內軟,蘸上朱古力醬,很不錯呢Cream Catalan, 味道有啲似custard cream,如果有塊焦糖脆脆係面就 perfect 喇!香口野,最啱就係叫番杯啤酒歎番下Estrella 1 pint $75我們食到捧住肚子走 繼續閱讀

OM Tapas adds to my nearly unbeaten record of not successfully finding a restaurant that I like in the Tsim Sha Tsui area as far as European cuisines are concerned. Either the market is just too scarce in terms of demand, or I am just terribly unlucky. OM Tapas is not horrible horrible, but it’s still a far cry from a tapas joint/bar in Spain. Food tastes like what locals might call “soy sauce Western cuisine” (meaning Chinese-style Western cooking), and presentation was disappointing. Services are just nearly okay. Seating is not particularly comfortable. Food RundownFor starters, we had grilled bone marrow and cod brandada with sakura shrimp tortillas "What on earth is that?” was our initial thought as we stared at the bone marrow and the “cod brandada” (has anyone ever seen a cod brandada that is flooded in ketchup?) I really am not sure what I have eaten there. This must have been the two worst tapas I have ever eaten or seen in my life. For mains, we had fisherman’s stew, Galician steak, Spanish ratatouille and roasted cabbage & pear. We also had a seafood paella for two (although they were separately served, on pans that weren’t hot).Fisherman’s stew was, in essence, a piece of prawn, two clams, a scallop, one mussel and a slice of fish swimming in a broth of onion and tomato soup. The seafood was not fresh, and the broth was very Chinese. Galician steak was terrible. It was 100% done and the chef decided to drizzle a lot of oil over it, which as I understand is not a particularly Spanish way of preparing steak. And if the steak was Galician, the chef has done a wonderful job at making it not seem so. Spanish ratatouille was a stew of diced vegetables and that was that. There is not much to comment there.Roasted cabbage was a disaster. It was drowned in oil, so much that you would smear your face full of it if you tried to eat the cabbage. We were really not sure why that was necessary.Seafood paella was pretty much your everyday rice (with tomato sauce), with the same frozen seafood decorating it.For dessert, we had wine poached pear and rice pudding.The poached pear was very nice. Rice pudding was also okay. Maybe a little sweet but that is a personal preference thing. I might add that this was a Restaurant Week menu ($399 +10% per person), so it was supposed to be representative of the best the kitchen has to offer.  繼續閱讀

一間西班牙餐廳,食物完全沒有西班牙味道。佢標榜佢既顧問團隊係曾於不同既米芝連既西班牙餐廳工作,為客戶獻上真正既西班牙菜式。沒有西班牙風味不要緊,但味道差,苦,燶。係完全不能接受。「一句垃圾」首先蒜香辣椒蝦,所有蒜頭都係焦黑燶哂,一入口係苦,成個口都係苦味第二道菜地中海茄子燒焦左既茄子再加芝士....茄子有加孜然粉(四川口味??)黃色一粒粒係好似玉米粉碎...一入口溶哂,口應好差。成件事一入口係苦再食感係pat pat ,係要堆吐返出來。地獄廚神既朋友第三道菜係間餐廳推薦牛骨髓牛柳,一上碟我就影相,大家睇清楚牛柳係全熟,一條條似係餸頭餸尾唔要既部份。重要超乾,牛肉乾juicy 過佢 繼續閱讀

48-month bellota ham ($198)肉質甘香,唔鹹,不過肥左少少同有少少筋Barcelona bombas ($68)炸薯波,好香脆,中間有豬肉碎撈咗少少青椒碎,旁邊加左少少mayonese 同辣醬,好香口Squid Paella ($288)粒粒飯都係黑色😻😻,Paella通常都好穩陣,雞湯煮過嘅飯好難唔好食,另外我好鍾意邊邊嘅飯焦,當然多啲八爪魚會更好,不過我覺得好抵食Grilled Iberico Pork shoulder ($158)黑毛豬個邊邊都係燒得脆,不過肉質一般,比較韌,上邊係菠蘿粒,唔係咁撘,因為感覺似咕嚕肉,low左Churros & Chocolate ($82)新鮮炸起,冇得輸,外面脆脆,裡面好似棉花咁,朱古力醬好香可可味,亦唔會好甜!如果有埋vanilla 雪糕就真係正 (超貪心) 繼續閱讀

下班经常路过这家西班牙店,恰逢亚洲万里行联合open rice的餐厅周活动,中午每人168元的套餐非常划算。「是日餐湯」南瓜汤,做法很健康前菜 :香煎蟹饼 西班牙奄列,蟹饼超出预期,因为蟹肉成分接近100%,没有掺杂太多面粉,西班牙奄列可能不够突出,普通的鸡蛋饼,味道已经忘掉。「西班牙墨魚飯」吃过海鲜饭中的上上品,米饭火候适当,添加配料烹饪后口感不腻。西班牙汉堡,忘了拍照,其实就是牛肉汉堡啦,多夹了一个糖心蛋,牛肉饼比正常汉堡厚度都大,肉质偏硬偏瘦偏瓷实,性价比可以说很高了。甜品,没兴趣,很甜很甜…… 繼續閱讀
