同閨蜜去食Afternoon Tea揀咗ODEA 1881 Heritage唔少人都讚環境靚,食物有水準的確既對海景,白色+木質係幾靚似足法國殖民地風格嘅維多利亞式庭園寫意之餘,有輕奢感10月去食咗款三層架下午茶以銀色鳥籠設計,雀鳥+籐葉+水果裝飾幾得意每層押花+小珍珠裝飾點綴,有大自然色彩,適合打卡Tea Set以法式鹹甜點為主,幾精緻大多以水果為主食材,有少少馥郁果香有2款英式鬆餅+5款鹹點+4款甜品,幾的骰鬆餅有原味+Cranberry Scones唔算太鬆軟,偏硬,但幾重牛油味配有傳統clotted cream,亦有無花果桑莓果醬、香橙薑果醬,前者幾香滑,2款果醬唔太甜鹹點有法國芝士提子撻,舖滿金箔,望落矜貴內餡以芝士、提子混合,但芝士味唔夠濃,只有提子乾味日本牛肉及椰子泡芙似迷你版牛角包,內餡係牛肉碎,有肉香海藻日本帶子、芒果三文治係麥包夾芒果肉再擠有醬料同帶子肉裝飾,芒果肉係幾香甜龍蝦伴菠蘿、香草青瓜表面佈滿香草,內層係龍蝦肉同青瓜有層菠蘿果肉,酸甜中有爽口龍蝦肉同青瓜乳酪蟹餅、菠蘿蜜、蝦片就係蝦片上放蟹肉碎,擠上醬料蟹肉幾鮮甜,蝦片要盡快食先脆口甜點有荔枝、野草莓芝士餅,造型似栗子,鮮紅色配尖頂金箔底層有餅底,入口綿軟,芝士味唔濃,偏甜柚子芒果撻撻皮好快就變得唔脆表層係焦糖cream,內層夾雜柚子、芒果算比較有果味,但都係甜車厘子開心果法式蛋糕唔鬆軟,似cup cake嘅蛋糕感,開心果味欠奉頂頭車厘子軟淋淋,算有果味,蛋糕甜味較輕最中伏係一杯白桃椰子奶凍質感係液體狀,就算影相太耐會溶化,奶凍都唔係溶到水質程度入口椰子味過重,甜味又重,但無白桃味除咗一般咖啡或茶,加咗杯cocktail$58無酒精雞尾酒/加$78酒精雞尾酒果味特調嘅雞尾酒係有微微果味,不過太貴 繼續閱讀

🌹今年生日,是選餐廳的時候,揀選了一間位於尖沙咀1881內的餐廳,食評大多數是評價下午茶。個人不大喜歡食甜點,所以在晚餐時間去感受一下食店環境,食物是其次。🤣🌹我們坐室內位置,內裏不比外邊差,一股歐陸風,配上播放音樂,很喜歡這種環境。翻開餐牌,設有套餐,及散叫,價錢定位較高,最後決定單點較為適合!點餐🍽餐前麵包🥯🌟🌟🌟🌟免收費,給我們時是熱的,口感鬆軟&脆Pan -seared scallop 🌟🌟🌟🌟餐前小吃,賣相吸引,味道清新Foie Gras crime brulee 🌟🌟🌟🌟鵝肝甘香Spaghetti w/lobster 🌟🌟🌟🌟龍蝦🦞味濃,肉較細件Casarecce Pasta 🌟🌟🌟較為普通Seared Green🌟🌟🌟🌟新鮮翠綠Strawberry mouse cake🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟用來當生日蛋糕慶祝,很合適,賣相美個人評分食物💙💙💙💙環境💙💙💙💙衛生💙💙💙💙服務💙💙💙💙抵食💙💙💙回頭率💙💙💙 繼續閱讀

This is my third time coming here and ODEA hasn’t disappointed me at all. The cheese sticks served at the start are buttery yet had a light texture. The little baguettes they served were decent but enjoyable when paired with their special honey olive oil. As for the starters, I recommend the beef carpaccio. The horseradish dressing is mouth watering and suits the beef well without overpowering it. As for the escargot, the mashed potatoes underneath it stole the show, reminiscent of Robuchon’s potatoes but less heavy. I’d say that the escargot itself was just ok, tasty nonetheless.For the mains, the lobster pasta leaned on the saltier side, especially the tomatoes. We also ordered a side of mushrooms and sweet potato fries that were enjoyable. Simple but good. The best part of dinner was dessert. French toast with a brûlée top is divine as always. The praline ice cream ties it all together. This is definitely for the people who likes dessert on the sweeter side. The pear mousse apple dessert was very interesting. Although I’m not a big fan of fruit desserts, I can appreciate the technique that went into it. It’s a delicate and refreshing type of dessert. I’d say it’d be more enjoyable in the summer.Overall, a solid restaurant to enjoy good quality French cuisine without the stuffiness of Michelin starred restaurants or the commonality of bistros. ODEA is a fine middle ground. Perhaps the mains weren’t awe inspiring, but the starters and dessert were able to make up for it. 繼續閱讀

so far食過好味程度數一數二既就係呢間位於1881既餐廳啦~整體黎講係一個好滿意既下午茶體驗,我地被安排坐室外既座位,嗰日天氣又好,成個尖沙咀既景一覽無遺,加上食物咁出色,真係好開心❤️❤️❤️❤️鹹點包括:Lobster Sandwich, Crab Macaron, Hoikkado Scallop & Ham, Wagyu Beef Puff, Chestnut & Pumpkin Tart 🦞🦐🐮甜點包括:Raspberry Chocolate Almond Tart, Matcha Chestnut Praline Cake, Vanilla Star Macaron, Mandarin Mousse 🧁🍰個人覺得鹹點超級有驚喜,超級好味!尤其個lobster sandwich 同crab macaron,味道好有層次,食到心心眼😍😍😍😍 甜點有水準但未至於驚艷,scone黎講都幾鬆軟🥰🥰,佢有比一個好新奇既mango papaya jam, 但係我個人都係prefer傳統既jam嘻嘻😋😋😋😋😋- 繼續閱讀

補祝朋友的生日飯、再加上疫情梗係要食好小小整體經驗吾錯,前菜好好味、特別別係三文魚真係非食不可主菜叫左魚,感覺一般,sauce同魚吾夾、小小偏甜但吾難食加$叫左牛扒,好好味 繼續閱讀
