近期見到呢間既食評好似退步左，上年黎食做research 個時，個個都對呢度既野食質素讚不絕口。今次紀錄番上年既用餐經驗。上年男朋友帶左我黎慶祝生日。呢到個景係真係值得一讚既。餐廳坐擁180度一覽無遺的維港兩岸景色，可欣賞到美麗五光十色的香港夜景。🌃我地被安排坐於其中一間廂房好似包場咁，幾高私隱度，得幾張枱，不過只可以細細聲講野，環景唔大。 我哋叫左4 courses menu。餐包送到時是暖的，是健康的提子乾穀物麵包，配上黑松露牛油和橄欖油，麵包已經好驚喜，非常期特佢既main。接落黎係beef carpaccio，牛肉好新鮮，加左小小麻醬，原來個味係咁夾，火箭菜好甘香。 鵝肝多士睇相唔洗多講🤤之後係粟米甘筍蘆筍帶子濃湯，非常濃郁嘅粟米味，好似成個粟米打咗入去，帶子係煎香左嘅，配埋蘆筍增加口感，非常鍾意個湯 Main1.香煎慢煮沖繩阿古豬配意大利白豆 大大件厚切豬肉，又要整得熟又要好食唔能過火都好考功夫！意大利白豆身為伴碟都好好食 令豬味加點色彩！2.牡丹蝦與櫻花蝦意大利麵配海鮮忌廉汁 麵底扁幼整個汁掛哂係麵到！甜度適中，蝦乾好食得黎令口感更加咗 正！3. 燒春雞呢碟就不過不失最後，我哋叫咗Tiramisu 同埋Daily Surprise ，蛋糕碟上面寫咗Happy birthday。我好滿意呢個安排。我認為無野可以挑剔。唔知而家個廚師係唔係轉左呢

4 Courses menu($427連一杯wine)*Funnow app package—以下為個人主觀意見—Appetizer-Braised Japanese Top Grade Ablone對於鮑魚嘅quality我覺得係可以接受嘅, 食落去唔會話好韌但係係有口感嘅， 整體感覺我覺得配料偏少， 正常fine dining應該會有好多唔同嘅配料係一個dish上面， 但今次淨係得鮑魚蘿蔔同埋少少蠔油汁(汁吾肯定)， 基本上成嗰啲就係食鮑魚嘅原味其他嘅配料唔能夠突顯出佢嘅味道又或者有另類嘅配搭Soup- Pumpkin& Crab soup整體上個湯都係smooth嘅，飲得出南瓜嘅甜味， 但係佢哋喺湯入面加左蟹肉， 雖然係令到個湯嘅價值增加咗，蟹肉都算係新鮮唔霉， 不過變相影響咗整個湯嘅口感， 明明個湯係飲落去係滑嘅突然多咗嚿蟹肉就會令到口感變差， 個人認為可以將佢變chowder湯又或者將蟹肉打蓉。Main course- beef tenderloin對於成個main course我唔太清楚， 以下將會以我這個人食到嘅味道作猜測， 我覺得佢應該係一個煎嘅牛柳配一個普通嘅燒汁， 值得讚既係佢牛煎出嚟嘅熟度係唔錯嘅， 同個汁一齊食係match嘅而且係味道唔錯。Dessert- 唔知係咩嘅cake食落去其實唔太甜在我個人眼中係幾好嘅我知所以話唔知係咩，係因為我有食 到橙味但同時又食到cream cheese 又好似普通嘅芝士蛋糕但係之後又有啲白朱古力味然後佢係用海綿蛋糕底。我稱為呢啲叫盲測， 如果係咁嘅情況下我覺得都幾有驚喜或者係我味覺有問題！？😂整體服務上嚟講，我過到去侍應話冇我嘅reservation 結果要我等咗一個鐘， 整件事其實有啲失望 到最後 只係送多咗支礦泉水。雖然 我最後被安排入一間細房 但啱房嘅隔音唔太好，聽到隔離係開緊party，唯一優點係可以睇到海景。喺整個用餐經驗嚟講由於我係上網買嘅package但當時侍應冇解釋4courses menu包嘅嘢係乜嘢，亦都唔太詳細去解釋每一碟菜令我以上嘅評論好多都係靠個人猜測。 而且我上網睇 佢本來嘅menu 牛柳係應該會配鵝肝 而且蛋糕嘅portion會大啲，可能係因為網上package比較平令佢哋有少許嘅調動但係menu上冇餐包某程度上 對於男生嚟講分量可能偏小， 喺飲品方面package本身包一杯cocktail但最後淨係畀咗紅白酒都係有啲失望希望如果有下一次嘅話可以有所改善。自己喺openrice都見到對於呢一間餐廳都有唔少類似嘅評價希望佢哋可以作出改善CP值 6/10賣相 7.5/10味道 7/10

For its price, you can get considerably better quality craftsmanship, food quality and attentive services.Called a week in advance for a reservation for my lady’s birthday, and called again 30minutes before my arrival, the chef took my reservation and confirmed my reservation, when I arrived they said my reservation don’t exist, I understand you might not have a system to manage your reservations, but surely shouldn’t be missing when customers have called a number of times to confirmed. The food itself, the quality of ingredients is very average, nothing distinctive, yet you wouldn’t call it bad, the design of the food felt mediocre at best. Taste of the appetitizers were very bland, when the waiter was introducing the food, he actually forgot the names of some of the dishes and the sauces that goes a long with it. The steak served had a overwhelming amount of sauce that’s completely eliminates the flavor of the meat. Lastly when they served desserts, it was my gf bday, and they almost served the cake to the opposite table and part of the dessert fall apart before served on the table.Overall, don’t expect much from this restaurants, for this price, you can go some where with better overall food quality and service. Not sure where did the good previous comments come from, but perhaps will visit again when quality overall has improved.

Went to notte with so much hope however was an empty trip, 2 reservation call-> no bookingTry to enjoy Dinner on 6th JulyMade a reservation by 1st phone call on June 23rd, restaurant feedback confirmed and all good with a menu item change request, goodMade a confirmation phone call on 5th July (1 day before) around midnight, restaurant feedback confirmed and all good with the menu item change, even ask if its for birthday and will mark something at the dessert or somethingWent up to Notte on 6th July to celebrate birthday for 2, only to be told there's no record of such.explanation was that "the colleague who took the call took a sick leave", no record now and no table available even worst, when we are leaving for other option at the lift, can hear loud n clear from the kitchen saying "it happens, that guy took sick leave, no record ah ma"

Really not worth the money!! The food was average (although the sea view was nice)...and the dessert.. I almost thought it was cake from maxim bakery We also had the tuna steak which was pretty dry. Could have just gone to a five star hotel instead... would never come again
