I do not usually take the time to write a negative review and like to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt when in the 100hkd range. Perhaps the chef had a bad day or who knows what. Nosh has somehow managed to provide consistently terrible food. Advertised as a healthy choice, you can expect half of your dishes to consist of rice with 2 little piece of meat and undercooked vegetables. not into meat? That is ok. You can also go for a tofu or meatless option. In case of the tofu they will make sure not to season it and throw it on your dish straight out of the pack. Started to take serious healthy diet a few days ago and thought this one might be a good choice. Ordered it through online dining platform and was quite disappointed. I mainly was looking for a plain steak for lunch which is only meal I allow any meat for myself. The steak salad totally missed my expectation. I know plain steak would hardly be delicious but never thought it could be so badly prepared. I forced myself to take one piece of the steak but could not help to throw up ... !!! Unbelievable I had only one small bite of the boiled egg and was totally done with this saladHowever I was really hungry and had the foresight by ordering another combo of roasted salmon with fried udon. I am not going to take the udon but the roasted salmon was as expected - safe choice. Poor me! And there was a side salad, ordered it only for my fav quinoa. Portion is a bit small though.
