很特別的新派日式fusion菜,特別的烹調方法。菜式一如既往的特別,味道清新,恰到好處。記得以前nobu 在intercontinental hotel 的裝潢是比較明亮的。現在nobu重回regent hotel,裝修是比較暗,貫徹了麗晶幾間食肆的裝修風格。想想可能是因為晚上燈光暗些,好方便欣賞醉人海景,香港的夜景真美。我跟商家吃到差不多11時,侍應才來請結賬,要打佯了,也沒有要打擾提醒我們離開。服務很好,環境寧靜,非常適合商務聚會。

Have you guys ever heard of a dress code? Yes I understand that this is an expensive restaurant that is well known around the world. I also understand that having a dress code is important in these places. Yes an email of confirmation is sent every time a person books and there is also an attire section that provides all the details about the dress code. But… not everuone checks that section and that is our fault too. But in order to remind others I believe that you should highlight the dress code part and give a call before the guest comes and remind them that there is a dress code. Additionally, the dress code only limits what men were and not women. Is this sexist? You never know. This is because when the staffs remind them that there is a dress code only when they arrive, is very provoking and it makes other doubt themselves. Thoughts like, “You’re saying that I’m not wealthy and worthy enough to buy long pants?” Often spark in a persons mind at that moment. So as a feedback, I recommended that you guys should remind the customers a day and give them a phone call rather than an email to remind them that there is a dress code.

久仰大名的一間餐廳,適逢Restaurant Week有套餐,於是去試一試。晚餐$688/人,再加咗$280 sake tasting。前菜揀咗脆米配香辣免治金槍魚和牛他他配法式奶油多士。講真個和牛他他有啲失望,因為太多sauce,蓋咗和牛嘅味道。沙律就不過不失啦。主菜揀咗牛柳配紫蘇莎莎同手握壽司拼盤。個牛柳唔錯,紫蘇新鮮嘅,但牛就冇乜驚喜。壽司就比較普通,但係wasabi並不是鮮磨的。稻庭蕎麥麵配天婦羅就正常發揮啦。全餐最欣賞係清酒同甜品。甜品嘅泰式青咖哩雪葩非常之新穎,亦都有驚喜,幾好食,另外就係伴碟嘅芝麻醬亦都非常香濃味。Overall環境氣氛服務幾好。
