食完第一次學人寫下野,餐廳環境開陽舒適,食物高水準,用料精緻講究,這裏吃和牛有在日本才能吃到的味道,鰻魚也值得推介,皮脆香口有驚喜,另一個鮑魚海膽魚子醬做前菜也不錯。 繼續閱讀

One of the finest yakiniku places in town, everything was up to standard. We ordered premium wagyu 5 cuts course and premium 7 cuts course, it was really satisfying and u get to try all of their rare cuts and their signature Nikushouyaki (sirloin), which was my favourite from the meal, it was served with rice and egg yolk sauce, definitely delish! I think the price for the courses is fair given the quality of meat they provided.. but the wagyu sando was relatively overpriced, $4xx and the portion was really small… The 5 cuts course was only $468 but this sando cost almost the same as the course…But TBH it was a pretty good sando tho, the wagyu cutlet was super tender without excessive greasiness, went really well with the buttery toast, despite the price was kinda ripoff , I think still worth trying if you are the first time here.. 📍NikushouCame back to Nikushou as I was craving for their amazing crispy eel and their superb yakiniku. It has easily become one of my favorite yakiniku place in Hong Kong, alongside 298 Nikuya Room. This time we opted for the premium wagyu 5 cut course. All grilled by the skilled staff, all cuts were grilled to perfection! You can see that their wagyu is of great quality by the marble! Literally melts in your mouth 👅 Their signature sirloin is a show stopper with the egg yolk poured on top is just nom! Their grilled crispy eel with sansho sauce never disappoints! The eel skin was crispy like chips! Can’t recommend it enough! Also got to order their curry rice this time. The showstopper is the chili oil served on the side! Have to pour every single drop as it’s so damn good. No need to order the ice cream as it’s meh. With both experiences, they do tend to grill everything in such a rush regardless of how booked the restaurant is. If they could slow it down slightly, the whole experience would be a lot better!
