這次來到太古城中心的 MOS Burger，忍不住點了份**15件摩斯雞塊配三款醬汁**，結果真心覺得是一場比預期更精彩的味蕾體驗。雞塊外層炸得酥香金黃，內裡則依然保有嫩滑多汁的口感，不油不膩，絕對有水準。三款沾醬包括芥未蛋黃醬 ，蛋黃醬，和他他醬，而當中表現最搶鏡的，非**芥末醬**莫屬。微辣帶甘的芥末味與雞塊鹹香完美融合，帶出層次感又不掩蓋雞肉原味，連不特別愛芥末的人都會一試傾心。環境： 太古城中心分店空間明亮整潔，座位舒適，是個適合小歇片刻的好地方。 價格： 份量十足，定價合理，以商場餐廳來說性價比算高。 食物質素： 雞塊炸功不俗，肉質保持鮮嫩，醬汁用心調配，整體品質穩定。 食物種類： 漢堡與炸物等也相當有水準，是令人會想回頭再試的。如果你是炸雞塊愛好者，建議直接挑戰15件，再配芥未蛋黃醬一決高下。

When you felt not as hungry as you could finish a bowl of noodle/ rice, Mos burger was a perfect pick. And this was my first time too.I picked their Mos burger with cheese in set with a large fries and a cup of Coke Zero. It was served in a basket neatly. Burger was in a paper bag with an opening which you could eat it without messing your hands. Burger was on a saucy side. It was a tomato based onion sauce. Tangy and flavourful. Beef patty wasn't smokey but juicy and moist. Maybe because of the sauce and beef patty weren't as hot, cheese didn't melt. Tomato was fresh and juicy. It it will be nicer if some lettuce can be given for the extra crunch and freshness.Fries were freshly made. Burning hot. Crispy and inside was silky. Not bad.Staff was patient and friendly. Patiently listen to my order even it took me some time to read the menu. When the food was ready, another staff was nicely to again check my order to confirm everything was there. Not bad.

又到牛媽去覓食嘅時間啦！今次牛媽去咗MOS Burger食左個魚柳包套餐！其實牛媽一直都好喜歡吃MOS Burger嘅魚柳包！魚柳包內加入咗洋蔥粒，從而增加整個包嘅口感，包身亦都十分鬆軟，非常之好吃！薯條亦都係牛媽喜歡吃既粗身薯條

I was apprehensive about trying MOS Burger in this particular food court because unlike every other outlet there was no queue. Now I know why. The burger tastes like thin, cracked cardboard, worse than you would get with a cheap, bulk bought frozen patty. The burger was swamped in a tasteless sauce which was supposed to be spicy but tasted of nothing. It was overflowing with diced raw onion which made it smell unpleasant but at least added some element of flavour to an otherwise awful burger. The fries were limp and undercooked, i couldn't finish them and neither could anyone i was with. Truly terrible food.
