最後一間算係fusion野我本身就唔識既不過因為去韓國旅行係catchtable見到有間米芝蓮既韓燒餐廳分數幾高叫做born & bred之後係google再search下呢個名就見到話佢原來係香港開左間分店叫做moo-lah再上佢地網頁睇下個餐牌又幾特別wor有清湯腩又有咖哩牛腩飯雖然個價錢都幾貴但見到佢話全部用上1++最高等級既韓牛咁去韓國旅行之前就試下先香港想食靚西真係好多都要去到soho區呢間moo-mah位置應該就係以前荷李活道壽喜燒mori個位果間又係一直想食都未食過都係黎到門口先見到原來有個中文名叫做牟樂入面主要就係bar檯位另外仲有門口窗口位檯底好似日式餐廳咁有得勾住個袋檯面都好似呢一帶果幾間拉麵店咁可能born & bred都有d名氣?入到店內見都係韓國客我就係唯一既香港人餐牌網上面有睇過但現實睇又唔同左價錢平左最貴既都唔過二百不過就無左中式糕點既甜品咁其實係八寶清湯腩食都已經要百二蚊呢度環境更好有前菜沙律收198唔洗加一都算係咁佢雖然唔係新鮮牛但都要係韓國空運過黎餐牌有寫明話全部都係用1++韓牛雖然我都未試過唔知同和牛差別有幾大落完單就上沙律入面有兩粒蕃茄好好好甜本身上網見佢地有個刈包幾吸引但網上睇menu就無既而家睇見到有得加錢食一場黎到都預左食貴野都係要試下既刈包形狀包皮就好熱好軟入面係一大塊韓牛肋肉加埋沙爹醬成件事真係幾fusion不過塊牛比較硬一野咬落去就咬唔開結果就一啖食左了而且真係好熱熱親個咀後來有第二位客黎因為我有要到個包所以我個麵就比較遲上個清湯牛筋腩可以選粉麵飯咁我就緊係揀河粉即場睇住年輕師傅煮麵佢係先上個麵再倒湯係有d儀式感既始終收呢個價位都係要做番d野既即係好似去食mashi no mashi咁佢上檯果下就一定會擺pose個湯佢話用純牛去煲完全唔加香料純粹係個牛湯個牛湯飲落就唔濃既係好清澈順口既同坊間一般牛腩麵店又有d差別肉方面就就有四塊牛腩加兩件牛肋肉三大件蘿蔔同一條菜真係第一次食韓牛牛味都有但唔算好重都係傳承新鮮牛果浸強好多亦都唔去到傳承果種入口即溶既口感不過都算係比較軟既牛筋就好晶瑩呢個位就好好蘿蔔食落完全無渣同都幾甜河粉就爽既唔會散晒但就比較淋身我就比較鍾意呢度既牛筋同蘿蔔檯面有三種辣椒油試左自家製都幾辣下個味太勁我覺得會破壞左個湯就唔太建議洗手間幾企理最後都食左二百五無加一無左甜品但有薄荷糖可以拎價錢就一定係貴架既咁佢味道唔差經理都好熱心去宣傳雖然佢都算係外國餐廳但唔似其他soho區店舖咁用晒外國人係度係用廣東話溝通既成間店舖感覺有d似viet而食物就未係傳承果種可以驚為天人既味道可能真係新鮮牛更加重要不過都叫做試過下d特別野成個體驗係舒服既佢地夜晚就再貴d即係韓牛牛扒加個清湯腩咁所以個清湯腩都可以話係招牌黎之後我都食左born & bred但就唔係經理推介話地底果層既omakase純粹試下佢地正常既韓牛燒有位韓國oppa全程負責燒牛肉成個體驗係幾舒服既不過我都係鍾意食番和牛果隻油脂軟淋口感 繼續閱讀

店內不大,需要提前在網上預約才能用餐話梅番茄沙律🥗(前菜)  這個前菜充滿梅子味.連蕃茄味都基本吃不出😂🔺招牌清湯韓牛四寶牛筋腩招牌清湯韓牛四寶牛筋腩:湯很好喝,肉較少,有米粉/鹼水麵可以選擇,四塊牛肉應該是不同部位 但吃起來區別不大。雖説是茶餐廳菜色,分量也少少的,但價格確實是韓牛水平呢。然後河粉也就還好(碎濕濕)湯底主要是蘿蔔的甜味.根本沒有牛肉本身的味道.然後有兩款辣油及一款辣椒醬可以調味.其中有一款是自家製.店員亦有推介+他們自家製的辣味蒜蓉油.但這碗要是不加點調料真的沒甚麼‘‘味道’’ 繼續閱讀

Born and Bred是首爾韓牛燒肉店中,其中一間最Descent的, 憑着主理人出身於韓牛供應商的背景, 提供著更高質素的韓牛,常常說韓牛的肉質介乎和牛和美國牛中間,所以烹調的手法可以更多元化,除了燒肉,也可以放湯,所以這家Born and Bred在香港的分店,提供的不是燒肉,而是牛腩麵,是要動輒百多元的清湯韓牛牛腩麵,相比起九記更為天價。午市的清湯牛腩麵配上沙律和甜品芝麻卷,作為韓國人竟然對芝麻卷有興趣,甚至將它放在自己的菜單,這也是主理人對香港的欣賞之情,芝麻卷不會太甜,略嫌芝麻香味比較單薄,整體味道比較淡然。主打的清湯韓牛牛腩麵,湯底清澈,沒有太多油花,味道就是清純的牛骨高湯味,蘿蔔腍而無渣,麵身用上香港常見的銀絲麵,沒有過濕,整體表現合格。牛腩看起來有點乾,但吃起來相當腍,而且上層的皮和脂肪也是夠彈和香,吃得算是舒服,但只有四大塊的牛腩,吃完不夠飽,性價比差了一點。Born and Bred, a renowned Seoul-based Korean beef restaurant, offers premium Hanwoo beef thanks to its owner’s background as a supplier. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Moo-Lah twice for lunch, and let me tell you—it never disappoints! From the food to the service, everything is top-notch and superbly priced.First up, the **Plum Infused Tomato Salad** is a burst of freshness! The plum sauce brings a delightful sweet and sour zing that perfectly complements the juicy tomatoes and vibrant greens. It’s a must-try for any salad lover!Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the “Signature Clear Broth Noodle with Korean Beef”. This dish is a real winner! The broth has a gentle sweetness, and the Korean beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooked to perfection with just the right amount of chewiness.Here are some standout details:1. Each bowl is pre-warmed with boiling water, ensuring your meal is served at the ideal temperature.2. The cherry tomato and plum juice combination is simply divine, setting the stage for the beef dishes.3. You can expect only the finest quality beef—Moo-Lah doesn’t cut corners!4. The Netflix "Culinary War" kickstarted the Korean food invasion in Hong Kong. Born & Bred is one of the big names that landed here. Moolah is their sub- brand featuring the renowned Hanwoo Beef with different recipes. Recently they commenced the 4 course Char-grill Dinner Menu showcasing different parts of the cow. Although not exactly the same format, one can get a glimpse of Born & Bred ( Asia Top 50 Restaurants) without flying.We opt for the Short Rib Lettuce Wrap and the Top Round Steak. The short rib is juicy and tender and full of beef flavour, and consumed together with the lettuce and sesame sauce, the taste is very rich and fulfilling. The Top Round Steak is Char-grilled to perfection. The caramelized crust is smokey and the meat has chewy texture and is bursting with meat flavour. The meal ended with their signature brisket noodles.The soup is clear and flavourful and their noodle is extremely al dente.Overall, it's a delightful Hanwoo experience without breaking the wallet.
