作為和牛黑手黨的副線沾麵店,Mashi No Mashi的人氣一直高企🔥今天週末來訪幸好早在開店前15分鐘到達,成功排在首位。準時開門入去,首先在自助購票機選好餐點,選擇非常簡單📱主食三款是激辛武士沾麵、特製和牛沾麵同和牛丼,加上和牛餃子就是全部食物了。餐廳只有10個座位,一張L字型吧檯圍著師傅炮製和牛沾麵,裝修以金屬風為主🎙配上自家吉祥物猴子大師,零距離接觸到烹煮過程。當師傅用火槍烤和牛時,油香佈滿整間店,不過煎和牛餃子的油鍋油溢味很重,影響食欲🥲這裏另一特色是上菜時會用雄亮的聲線以日語喊出食物名稱,再擺出一個型格姿勢🤲🏿不愧黑手黨之名,真是相當有氣勢😎🍜特製和牛沾麵 | $150 | 8.5/10採用了尾崎和牛牛腩代替叉燒🥓肉味十足有嚼口,麵條過冷河後有彈牙口感,粗度適中的太麵很掛汁。沾汁湯底用上和牛邊角料餚湯,有咸香味道😋不過牛肉的油脂感略少。🥩和牛丼 | $180 | 8/10上檯就嗅到炭燒油脂香氣,拌開橙黃色的雞蛋🥚吃一口嫩滑的牛肉,不過建議可多加飯量,因為肉片拌飯非常開胃,醬油更提升了滋味感😋 繼續閱讀

Fortunately the restaurant is quite generous with the wagyu. It is beautifully pink, tender and highly marbled🥰. The rice is a bit dry but stirring an egg in it makes the texture more pleasant👍🏻 .🍜 特製和牛沾麵 Tokusei Wagyu Tsukemen $150(4/5)食完麵可以加上湯落沾麵汁飲,可惜湯味道太鹹😥✧You can add soup to the broth after finishing the tsukemen. A self-service kiosk is installed so you get to pay before getting in💰 Tummy recommends you to go during lunch time since my friend once waited for 45 minutes at night during weekdays but still could not get in.😢𝘞𝘢𝘨𝘺𝘶 𝘋𝘰𝘯𝘣𝘶𝘳𝘪 HK$180Probably the highest CP value wangyu donburi in town! 🍱 There are around 4-5 pieces of wagyu within one bowl and almost the same mass as the rice 🍚  The wagyu is being slow-cooked and burnt using a flame gun🔥 The wagyu is also of high quality - you can see the marbling of the meat. 🥩 When you swallow them together with the yolk, it gives a buttery texture and juicy flavour 🤤 There is also some minced beef in the rice with some spice which further enhances the flavour 🌶️ 繼續閱讀

嚟到呢度 當然要食佢哋個打卡和牛丼飯!睇個賣相都知道分量十足 面頭鋪滿堆到成座山咁嘅和牛肉片 牛味相當之濃郁 肉質仲好嫩滑又Juicy🐮再撈埋個蛋黃一齊食 真係好好食😋 繼續閱讀
