What an amazing lunch menu of the 4 courses delicious food😍The bread is super yummy that I highly recommended (photo 1). And the crab and corn salad (photo 2-5) taste very good as well😍the idea of main course and side dishes are cute to experience the pork in another way. Finally, the chocolate tart with olive oil is too good to end the whole dining experience.

beef tartare - your favorite raw protein w/ girolle mushroom and white onion, comes w/ a slice of toast to reduce heaviness of the dish

scallops - with celery, green apple and hazelnut, bit watery and scallops were sliced bit too thin, however super refreshing for appy

pork belly - parsnip, pear and pickled mustard seed, overall ok

dover sole - appaz one of the hotter choices for lunch as we took the last portion the day of, highlight was the verbena champagne sauce - fish not too firm

Bunch with a friend out there today. Overall will give 10 out of 10.. 1- the deco can’t beat, so cute as well as elegant, just can’t stop take photos. 2- food was extremely great, seasoned very well, with lovely presentation. 3- service was warm patient and friendly (the Chinese guy only, the other two women , nah, a bit cold) Now here are the pics, let’s go ~~

其實真的不知道,中環有這樣一間樓底頗高,裝修優雅的餐廳,餐廳整體氣氛舒服,就像一位溫柔優雅的少女。前菜的scallop和beef tartare 擺盤確實一流,但味道上有點可惜。scallop有青蘋果絲作為配搭,可惜青蘋果的量稍為多咗,加上其酸味,味道上搶了scallop的鮮甜。如一片scallop配上幾條蘋果絲,口頭味道上確實不錯。beef tartare就正常發化,沒什麼特別。因為食飯的當天,身體不是太舒服,因此主菜選擇吃魚。魚的份量只有一條魚柳,味道也是正常發揮。Pork Belly雖然比較油膩,但其醬汁中和了它的油膩感,豬肉軟冧,比較推薦。

Went for dinner with friends. Not worth writing much about. The service was professional and friendly and the decor was lovely but the food -which is kind of important - was mediocre at best and the wine list was a disgrace. People say the chef came from Somm. I wish he had brought the wine list with him. They are selling bad, cheap wine at rip off prices and the selection is nothing to write home about. The starters on the 6 course were ok-ish but again you expect more given the reputation and

The starters on the 6 course were ok-ish but again you expect more given the reputation and location of the restaurant. The main of Dover Soul was over cooked to dry. The alternative pork was whatever.

But going back to the wine. Ordered a Mersault at $1200 which was nasty and bitter. Then ordered the next one at $2500 which was clearly badly stored. Went through multiple others to find a decent drop but in the end gave up. We had no wine with our mains. Very disappointing.

The desert was rubbish.

All in, we wouldn’t go back. This is not a place for anyone who knows anything about good food.

Margo 喺名單有一段時間,第五波疫情過後終於嚟試。一步入店,盡收眼內嘅粉紅色予人優雅感覺💕 餐廳分兩層,上層係飲酒地方所以午餐時段關閉,下層就有用餐及吧檯。午餐分為3道菜及4道菜連餐巾都是粉紅色💓點餐後先送上香草蒜蓉牛油,麵包及餅乾,好香好鬆軟😬開胃小食,一人有一粒🥰前菜選了Seasonal Salad ,上檯後侍應特別加上即刨芝士,感覺好高級😂 佢提醒芝士有少咸,但個人覺得還可以😌北海道帶子冷盤,帶子鮮甜及彈口,舖底的青蘋果絲令整體口感好清新😍主菜選了豬肉,只有三小片略嫌少了點。豬是經過16小時慢煮再雙面煎香,難怪肥膏部分都脆脆的而不覺油膩。伴菜的千層薯仔亦非常出色,質感100分。🤤甜品就是Apple Vanilla Tart…有點似apple crumble 的東西,份量很大所以對我很合適😂蘋果沾上焦香醬,恰到好處😍 蘋果下的千層酥有香濃牛油味,兩樣味道都非常配。

主菜選了豬肉,只有三小片略嫌少了點。豬是經過16小時慢煮再雙面煎香,難怪肥膏部分都脆脆的而不覺油膩。伴菜的千層薯仔亦非常出色,質感100分。🤤

甜品就是Apple Vanilla Tart…有點似apple crumble 的東西,份量很大所以對我很合適😂蘋果沾上焦香醬,恰到好處😍 蘋果下的千層酥有香濃牛油味,兩樣味道都非常配。

Learned that the chef is previously from Amber, I can tell the two restaurants share the same vibes but the food quality here is even better💕 Beginning with the starters - the soup, scallops, and beef tartare, I love the combination of the ingredients that gives a complex and unique flavour to the dishes🫕 In specific, the use of celery with green apple highlights the freshness of the scallops 🦪🍏

We had this amazing menu which we basically got to try out nearly their entire menu! We had this amazing menu which we basically got to try out nearly their entire menu! We are talking about 9 appetizers, 4 mains and 4 desserts 😂 Even though portion for each dish is small, our stomach nearly exploded at the end of the dinner 😂 (seriously, who wouldn’t 😂) I actually quite like this small portion size so that we could try a variety!

Have to agree with the general comment that their appetizers are way more outstanding than their mains. Liked their beef tartare and Octopus Terrine with Roasted Tomatoes & Chive Mayonnaise. They are not only photogenic but also get the right touches for both taste and texture! Was intrigued by their Puntalatte dish as the rice like but pasta texture is very interesting! Another photogenic dish that didn’t disappoint.

The other mains and desserts are a bit underwhelming. Done ok but not as outstanding as the appetizers.

Price: HK$800-1000 pp (dinner)

Revisit: 8/10 (for the appetizers & the puntalatte )
