Angelo而家已經去咗ritz carlton到做主廚,但係佢開嘅呢間餐廳今年都仍然有米芝蓮推薦~味道同價格都相對地親民.♦ Weekend Brunch ⋆ $638Weekend既下午只有一款Brunch供應,Cold Cut, Salad, Tapas同Pasta都係all you can eat.另外仲會有一份主菜同甜品。.佢嘅tapas有幾款都幾出色,我最鍾意嘅分別係軟殼蟹、Escargots 同Shrimp and Scallop😍Escargots仲reorder左!.意粉有三款,黑松露risotto有好濃嘅芝士味,但我最欣賞嘅係佢嘅墨汁意粉。墨汁鋪喺底,非常鮮甜,而且仲加咗pesto去煮,都算係我最鍾意嘅墨汁意粉之一!.可惜main course麻麻哋,我揀咗wagyu sirloin 但冇咩牛肉味,肉質亦唔嫩,食到一半放棄咗 繼續閱讀

At a quiet alley in Happy Valley finds @locandadellangelo - authentic Sicilian cuisine that impressed my senses!WOW.. from the colours to fragrance... I already surrendered to this dish. With carabineros, the sauce is super rich and filled with prawns flavour! Linguine absolutely al dante with a hint of eggs telling you it’s homemade. I can help to squeeze the head and suck the juice in it, just wow! Finally, I would never waste the delicious sauce and dipped them all with the baguettes!Appetiser was Pan Seared Tuna with chopped tomatoes, beetroot and corn. For lunch, I wouldn’t expect it to be fancy, instead, ingredients are really fresh and blends well with the salad. 聽說這間餐廳來頭不小,Chef 係 Robochon 得意弟子,當然要去朝聖,睇吓可否「刀仔鋸大樹」4 Course 1080 or 5 Course 1380 Wagyu x Foie Gras Burger : 包外脆內軟,咬落10分Juicy ✅Pan Fried Baby Squid : 即係蒜蓉煎魷魚,都可以,煎得剛剛好,不會太硬蟶子配Chorizo : 全晚亮點,蟶子半生熟,爽脆、sChef巧妙地用上Chorizo,好夾 ,「🉐️」紅蝦意粉: Home Made Pasta , 太過Al Dente , 硬得滯,蝦汁味唔夠濃,始終Da Domenico 係最好Main Course Lamb Chop : 如職員推介,肉質10分柔嫩,其實個人覺得因為Medium Rare 嘅關係肉質必定嫩,但一啲味道都沒有,醬汁沒有,配菜與主菜根本不合拍,我認為「差」Pan Fried Blue Lobster : 第一,即係龍蝦連殻大過隻碟,根本沒有活動空間,細心度大打折扣,第二一啲味道都冇,配菜亦都同主菜完全不夾,第三肉身大新及尾部十分之硬但頭完全係生嘅,其實最好嘅做法係師傅同你拆殼、好似食鐵板燒咁淨肉煎、一來師傅容易掌握,二來上碟靚,仲忍唔住同侍應反映,佢同我講我哋預備緊買碟,我覺得一間好嘅餐廳未完成千祈唔好出比客......... 甜品普通到不得了總括嚟講:雖然蟶子及頭盤好得,但係如果餐廳連主菜及甜品做不到,其實也不能算上好食呢個價錢我相信大家有好多選擇........ 繼續閱讀

米芝蓮推介生於西西里島的主廚曾於世界各地餐廳工作,最後選擇於跑馬地一條寧靜街道上開設名下餐廳.前菜點了deep fried foie gras risotto ball-好特別,丸子裡面混合了鵝肝同risotto.Main course點了busiate trapanesi-大蝦意粉,意粉好煙韌好濃味,未食過呢種意粉,一試就愛上了Linguine mancini-龍蝦意粉,呢個反而無蝦果個咁濃味,如果濃味d就好Baby pork rack-俾佢外表呃左,我以為什係羊架🤣好好食軟硬適中 繼續閱讀
