香港作為一個美食天堂,有各式各樣嘅美食,要搵一間美國菜或者意大利菜一啲都唔難。但同時要食到呢兩款菜式,我又數唔到有幾間。而呢一次專程黎Lo Spazio 就一次過滿足曬兩個願望。Parma Ham with Melone呢道菜好開胃,擺盤亦好精緻,用鹹鹹地嘅Parma Ham 配好甜嘅哈密瓜,再加黑醋汁同蜜糖做點綴,好似成幅畫咁。Arancici 頭一次食到呢款意大利小食,用意大利飯同芝士炸成波嘅形狀,再配以特製嘅醬汁,食落有濃郁嘅芝士味同特別嘅口感,值得一試!Chicken Tender炸雞手指,炸得好香口,雞肉肉質一啲都唔嚡,配上沙津醬,感覺好清新。Seafood Risotto墨汁海鮮意大利飯,啲墨汁好黑好有光澤,飯粒粒粒分明,好似一粒粒黑珍珠咁,食落有咬口,軟中帶點煙韌。Risotto 當中亦有海鮮嘅鮮味。Grilled octopus 呢道燒魷魚用上一條好大條嘅魷魚鬚,用燒烤嘅方式帶出魷魚獨特嘅鮮味,配上外脆內軟嘅薯仔,令人回味無窮。Molten Cheese CakeCheese Cake 我就食得多,但炸都係第一次食,食落口感有啲似炸雪糕,有濃郁嘅芝士味,兩個人Share 一份就剛剛好,唔會好滯。本身仲想點一個美式Back Rib ,但真係太飽,下次再黎試多d 美國菜。 整體出品穩定,環境雅致,銅鑼灣晚餐嘅好選擇! 繼續閱讀

今晚同朋友想慶祝一下,係Openrice見到呢間餐廳好似唔錯,於是就book位試下。餐廳燈光柔和,到達時都見到不少情侶正在用餐。廚房採用開放式廚房,可以看到廚師的煮法。餐廳店員主要都是講英文的,所以如果想食就要留意一下。看過餐牌後,店員為我們介紹了一款紅酒一款白酒,另外我們亦點了幾款菜式。紅酒Tempranillo,非常易入口,唔會"拿"喉,還有少少的果香味。白酒Airen,很適合女仔飲用,甜甜地唔會好苦,果香味都幾出!Parma e Melone,巴馬火腿配上蜜瓜,巴馬火腿咸度及厚薄都適中,再配上鮮甜多汁的蜜瓜,令人回味!Chicken Tenders,炸雞柳,雞柳不會炸到好乾,還有肉汁,還可以食到雞肉的鮮味,附有他他醬可以點,但個人覺得就咁食已經好好味!Scallops,帶子同埋附有食落似糯米質感的配料。帶子煎得剛剛好,很彈牙!下面白色的配料食落除左似糯米質感,仲好似食緊D魚子咁!味道有D似薯蓉,好有口感!旁邊仲有紅椒味的醬料!呢個菜式幾特別!Fattuccine alla Bistecca,牛扒羅勒醬扁意粉,出乎意外地好食,牛扒煎到大概7成熟,鎖住了肉汁。咬落去外邊脆脆地,內裡鬆軟。意粉是用羅勒醬整的,味道剛剛好。再配有多汁的車厘茄,完美!Cream Spinach,忌廉蘑菇菠菜,每次食西餐都會想食,呢度既菠菜唔會整到好cream,少了一份好滯的感覺。但仍食到好濃既忌廉蘑菇味道,而且上菜時仲係熱辣辣!Tiramisu,又係估唔到咁好味!睇落好似平平無奇,但味道非常出色。cream不會好漏,咖啡粉同酒味剛剛好,食落軟綿綿,有豐富的口感。總括黎講,呢間餐廳服務很好,店員會主動加水,而且態度熱情。食物質素很好,上菜追度會因應你食野既追度而上,而且熱辣辣!一定會再同朋友黎試下其他菜式! 繼續閱讀

It was the day before my best friend getting married, we went for a lunch to discuss about the rundown of the day.As we had a few stuffs to buy in Causeway Bay so we picked this restaurant which located in Henry House.It was such a surprise, the food is incredibly delicious and fabulous. I could not imagine I can enjoy this level of deluxe cuisine at this very reasonable price. The restaurant is not too big but each of the table is spacious, the atmosphere is enjoyable that make us feel so relaxing to talk.there is a open kitchen but here never been covered in soot.We ordered 2 set lunch finally. The menu is simple but providing enough choices to choose from.I really like the appetizer here, this poached egg mushroom toast is super delicious, a very yummy big pouched american egg on top of a lot of seasoned mushroom, when you cut the semi-cooked egg in half, the egg york come out like a liquid.So Tempting!The toast is quite crispy and the middle is warm, when you eat it with the liquid liked egg york, the feeling is a strong eager to order one more and more!Another appetizer is a little dish of clam in butter, herb and white wine. It's a bit salty but a taste of the freshness of seafood, very strong fragrance of butter and the soup is very rich and creamy. A perfect match with the fresh clams. What a masterpiece of this!This is Grilled bonesless chicken thigh, meat is juicy inside and it marinated really well. Even with the skin with sauce removed, the chicken meat inside tasted still very good and the texture is quite tender.Lastly another main dish, pan seared Norwegian Salmon, even more tender than the chicken, the fat in between every single layer of the fish meat is melt. Divine!! If you do not like the fishy smell, just squeeze a few drop of lemon juice on it.After a very sweet talk to my best friend, the staff served us 2 little pieces of cake to end this lovely lunch. :-) 繼續閱讀

工作實在太辛苦了,這天決定獎勵一下自己,約定好友請半年假,放工後火速到銅鑼灣吃飯、睇戲、行街街。我已經不是第一次來Lo Spazio吃飯,總覺得這家餐廳非常高質,價錢合理,lunch set 由HK$88起,當中已包括starter、主菜、飲品及甜品。 starter 的選擇很多,共有5款,當中的沙律及餐湯是免費,其他的都是需要額外加錢。 Spiedino di Samone 其實就是三文魚串燒,三文魚切成正方形粒狀,非常厚身,中間還放了點翠肉瓜片,魚肉肉質嫰滑,肥美甘香,加上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,吃後很醒胃。 Vovo in Camicia雜菌粒雞蛋多士,雞蛋口感滑溜,加上有大量蛋漿湧出,以及蒜粒沙拉醬,濕潤了雜菌粒粒及脆卜卜的多士,令口感變得更甘香。Burger steak以漢堡包來做主菜,伴著白飯來吃,吃時確實有點像吃著漢堡,不過,漢堡扒的口感非常juicy,不會因為煎香後而收乾水份,口感嫩滑,帶有牛肉香味。 Salmone Scottato三文魚扒雖然不算很大塊,但非常厚身,魚肉口感結實,煎香後魚皮香脆,油香豐腴,入口啖啖肉,而意粉加了大量的忌廉汁,口感圓潤,很好吃。是日甜品是小蛋糕,加上朱古力醬,味道剛剛好,不會過甜過膩,吃後感覺非常滿足。 大個女生吃很飽飽的,埋單也不到HK$300,非常超值及抵食。 繼續閱讀
