#levain 😋😋😋😋😋hmmm thats place doesnt focus on serving ppl or earn money, they focus on making good bread. i hv meet their boss at shau kee wan, very busy person, his dad very nice too serving us free fruit.this place claim to be the first store. small. but good. waitress too busy will forget u. but still making good meal. bread cheap and goodcoffe taste good.will come back❤️

每次都好有禮貌請問唔該,小心翼翼咁買包,呢間灣仔店請的服務員一個惡過一個,之前一個上年紀的阿姨已經又急又燥,但每次好禮貌相對佢相對都會態度緩和d,今日4.20遇到個年紀後生的女仔根本係當自己係老細(應該都係老細親戚先會請)巴閉得不得了,揀包到收錢全程態度又惡又串,連我老公咁好脾氣都話請一個咁惡嘅員工博趕客,以後唔會再嚟,事後同朋友見面講起原來佢都類似經歷又係遇到嗰個後生女服務員之後冇再幫襯受氣,作為一個香港人幾乎去過本地90%麵包房,中環文華啲麵包咁出色都識待客之道,呢間就算sourdough做得好但長期聘請呢種零教養的員工,睇到勁多人喺社交媒體網站唱,本地人都唔一定要幫襯你喇!本地好多麵包店啲sourdough都越做越好越優質,呢度係香港個個做生意都進步緊!換左老細本人你會唔會為買麵包次次睇面色受氣?香港唔係冇得揀OK?

Passed by this bakery near my new office in Quarry Bay, they sell bread in small portions and huge loafs. Heard that they have their own yeast to ferment their dough. All of the bread look attractive and the biggest surprise is that you could buy them in an entire loaf. If I have to organise a party, I’d definitely buy a loaf or two. There’s a plantation section near the windows, and you could also browse and buy some of their unique cactus. Prices are set at the higher end, each stem was labelled with their names. Could be a unique gift, I think! Haha.

呢度嘅sourdough 當然係經典最好嘅,朱古力brioche 都好得。但係唔明收銀妹妹年紀輕輕戾氣極重,脾氣極差,講唔清楚客人要咩煲,驚佢夾錯反而俾佢鬧話「我梗係要夾開其他包,先夾到嗰包」,問係唔係今日做起嘅,叫人自己睇話冇牌嘅就係今日整。但係全場大部份都有牌,咁即係大部份都唔係即日新鮮包?天啊,今時今日仲有咁嘅服務態度,好想知佢係唔係老闆本人⋯⋯或者親戚之類😅😅

食過好幾次,都是take away麵包是不錯 但服務嚇人1. chestnut Brioche $38包體好食鬆軟配栗子令到更好食但栗子旁邊有很多糖漿 太甜當日是一位伯伯收銀 好殷勤有禮2. Brioche $26好香好鬆軟好好食當日是一位長髮較年長女服務員無乜禮貌 令我都唔想再幫襯3. Pretzel $20未食過 pretzel 見comment話呢間不錯不過太重鹼水味 我麻麻地當日女店員是年輕長髮, 我行去第二個麵包櫃指住個包話要呢個女店員「呢個 即係邊個」決心再好食都不再幫襯了
