Just had an unforgettable dining experience at  ! Every dish was a delightful celebration of flavors. I started with a refreshing green papaya salad 🥗 that was zesty and perfectly crunchy. The fried turmeric white bait 🐟 came next, golden and crispy, bursting with flavor.The wok-fried local whelks and clams 🌊 were sautéed to perfection, enhanced by a spicy black pepper and tamarind sauce that made each bite unforgettable. Then, I enjoyed the luxurious abalone 🐚, tender and paired with coconut fish sauce and pickled radish.The USA beef short-ribs 🥩 were a highlight, juicy and rich, topped with chicken liver sauce and crispy lemongrass for pure satisfaction. Black Sheep series for dinner at $298 Papaya salad ⭐️3/5This was a bit disappointing. The dish was a bit bland and I feel there was not enough sauce. The dish was a bit dry Bo Thieu (prime beef ribeye) ⭐️4/5This was really nice, beef was tender and cooked to your liking. The beef flavour was strong as well which I appreciate. Cai Trang Xao (Wok-fried cauliflower) ⭐️4/5This was flavourful and full of "wok hei" taste. Seasoning was slightly on the heavy side but nonetheless a great dish Crispy chicken wings ⭐️4.5/5This was my favourite among the starters. The wings were served piping hot and the insides were very juicy. The mains come with a DIY kit to do your own rice paper rolls.TO highlight were the rangers valley wagyu and pork collar. The wagyu was tender and with a strong beefy taste. The pork collar was tender as well but slightly salty The sides were a highlight as well. Fried rice were super garlicy and the egg to rice ratio was spot on. The fried eggplant was surprisingly good. Since some of us do not eat coriander, the sauce came on the side and I highly recommend it. The sauce is slightly sweet, with a strong umami base (could barely taste the coriander). 成日都會經過,覺得個裝修好靚😍(不過掛住食忘記咗影😆)終於有次團餐食啦!整體食物都算唔錯,上菜速度都幾快,所以午餐時段都爆爆地,記得要提早Book 位!今次每日都試晒Menu 上嘅食物😆大家最推薦係個雞,夠Juicy 又夠厚肉,份量適中!而個前菜沙律塊蝦片係必試!另外個汁都好開胃,酸酸甜甜,very refreshing 👏🏻至於魚就一般般🐟鱸魚(好似係)都有啲難煎得夠好食,但就一定唔係腥而個豬頸肉比較似半肥瘦叉燒多啲🐷我鍾意食燶邊所以我都係大推!另外牛🐮維持到水準,雖然睇落生咗啲(我鍾意七成),但入口都夠Juicy,唔會煎要似橡筋!另外最喜歡係杯越南咖啡,因為係加煉奶!可惜我掛住飲無影相🤣所以大家下次自己親自試更好😆Read More
