我好多年前曾經光顧過呢間餐廳當時比左個超級好評佢, 當時無論服務同食物, 都非常出色事隔多年, 重遊舊地, 慶祝老婆生日, 番到黎呢間我地期望好高既餐廳今晚係一個以白松露為主題既Dinner Set, 價格每人HK$1,688 (+10%)我地坐低, 點完餐, 叫左酒, 一直坐...一直坐...一直坐餐廳經理們一直同其他枱既熟客飲酒, 一杯又一杯, 高帽廚師又係度飲緊, 似乎有幾枱係非常熟既客人餐廳經理似乎飲到醉醉地, 連我叫佢介紹下餐牌幾杯調酒, 佢都反應唔到, 剩係答我係「酒加D野」突然間, 終於有人上左第一道菜, 一放低道菜, 經理頭也不回, 又衝左去隔離枱飲杯高級餐廳, 介紹下道菜唔係基本? 好快有個廚師過黎處理白松露我唔知係佢手震, 定張枱震, 定地震, D白松露整晒落張枱度, 我要人手執番D落碟度自己擺盤之後廚師一樣頭也不回, 衝去隔離枱飲酒, 大笑呢道菜, 完全無味, 而且上既時候, 一堆綠色既野, 我其實唔知呢碟係咩黎之後我問餐廳可唔可以介紹下道菜, 佢地討論左一陣, 之後答左我兩個字「帶子」我係電話度上網搵番餐牌, 原來係「醃漬北海道帶子」講真個帶子做得非常差, 口感好差似係非常唔新鮮, 食唔到帶子應有既口感二黎係完全無味, 白松露亦唔夠香, 果陣微微既香味同帶子亦唔夾之後我覺得奇, 法國餐廳, 唔係一般都會有麵包提供? 坐左咁耐, 第一道菜都上埋, 點解無麵包?我又鼓起勇氣, 舉手問忙住飲酒既餐廳經理, 佢地問番我轉頭「乜你未食麵包?」就係咁, 我終於有包食, 不過係第一道菜之後, 而我好耐好耐之前點既果杯酒, 重未黎緊隨住麵包, 個湯黎左, 講真到呢一刻個人都無乜心情, 但Life Must Go On菊芋忌廉湯個湯講真飲落似罐頭湯, 無乜味, 白松露的確係有香味, 但唔突出, 個湯比較失望呢個時候, 經過我再次提醒餐廳我叫左杯酒, 杯酒終於黎, 多謝餐廳百忙中幫我倒杯酒終於進入主菜環節, 呢個係「真空慢煮普羅旺斯式羊扒」呢個羊排係做得幾出色, 夠厚身, 肉非常軟嫩, 羊味亦出到黎配上底下既椰菜花蓉, 味道唔錯之後第二道主菜「羅西尼牛排」呢道菜就無羊排咁出色, 而最令我扣分既點係果幾條甘筍仔, 係充滿渣, 我咬左好耐, 吞唔到, 佢起渣起到卡係我牙逢千幾蚊餐飯, D配料可唔可以處理得好少少? 比少少誠意?牛排聽餐廳講係M6 澳洲和牛, 牛本身係好食既, 生熟度岩岩好最後上甜品, 「栗子蛋白杏仁餅」甜品無特別, 得一個死甜味, 以呢個價位黎講, 呢個甜品都幾Hea終於完左呢一餐, 我途中有同餐廳講服務似乎有改善空間餐廳同我講今日好忙, 間餐廳得6-7枱客, 3-4個經理招呼人, 好忙嗎?當然, 因為大家都忙住係果幾枱客度飲酒, 大笑, 大聲傾計我以為自己去左街市熟食中心食法國菜而其他幾枱客, 包括我, 就成晚享受你地既茶記服務, 就係零服務呢間餐廳, 經過幾年之後, 似乎捱唔過歲月既洗禮, 變成貴價茶記, 似乎今次亦係最後一次光顧

朋友生日,約了在此餐廳午餐,訂位已經說明了有朋友生日,酒店說會mark 低,有生日牌和candle 放甜品,叫我只要點甜品,到時就會安排。本身都幾飽,都故意叫了甜品,但是出乎意料,什麼都沒有。但我也不好意思在朋友面前同侍應說什麼了。雖然是lunch set,味道還是不錯的,頭盆選自助,選擇不是十分多但質素好。麵包是即焗好即serve 的,新鮮熱辣,忍唔住食曬。當天主菜有燒牛肉,暖暖的,肉質tender ,有牛味,Portion 都剛好。

Tucked away in the corner of Mody Road, this French brassiere is located within the New World Millennium Hotel. As it’s a French brassiere, the decor is of a traditional style with a more relaxed ambiance. They had set lunch on offer and I opted for a three course lunch priced at $468 +10% service charge (including tea and coffee). Here are my tasting notes:Baked bread - the bread was freshly baked and served warm with butter. Even though this was not sourdough bread, it tasted wholesome with soft centres and open crumb (big holes inside bread). Quite a big loaf for two peopleBayonne ham, melon, rocket leaves - only French ham produced from certain breeds of pigs and using certain curing techniques can be called Bayonne Ham. There were a fair number of slices on my plate, the ham with slight salty notes paired well with the fresh melon, rockets and the bread. A good starter. Roast Spring chicken, herbs potatoes, carrot, garlic jus - the dish was a hearty meal; the chicken meat was tender with slight crispy chicken skin and a rich jus. I was nearly full after thisFrench lemon tart - the tart shell had the right crunch texture but the lemon curd was slightly on the sweet side for me. Not a bad effort though. La Table were able to offer discounts on set menu for New World Club members (amount of discount varies with different types of membership). Overall, a good place to enjoy a relaxing meal

They recently had a promotion set menu and it included my sous vide veal tenderloin so I went there for dinner.I arrived a bit early but they allowed me to sit there to wait.However, strangely they served the bread(I forgot to take a photo) and the starter at the same time. Even a 5 to 10 minute delay from the bread and starter would be better and changed my impression entirely.The carabineros carpaccio had a rich taste to it but was balanced with the other toppings, especially the figs.The cheese toast on top gave the soup some extra flavor and made it more aesthetic.Besides the juicy oyster, the sauce inside this dish made it even more refreshing and less oily despite being a deep fried dish.However, I was slightly disappointed by the veal. They recommended medium rare which was what I wanted too but it turned out closer to a medium well. It was still tender for medium well but it lacked that melting in the mouth tenderness that it could have achieved.The fillings were rich and delicious but the pastry for the mille feuille was a bit dense.I remember when I came here in the past, they said they had no decaf but this time they finally have it.

同高太去staycation 歎下世界反正都無得堂食甘食下in-room dinning ,當半堂食啦同高太對住個維港食dinner ,係幾爽既當自已出左去堂食下啦staycation package 包左一枝酒,同一個盤菜盤菜可以選擇中式or西式中式盤菜過年已經食到怕怕,所以我同高太肯定食西式盤菜盤菜會跟一個麵包麵包外層都幾香脆西式盤菜,入面全部食材都係燒烤過,整體都幾ok,有蝦,有牛,有豬,有羊,仲有啲蔬菜當中最意想不到入面既燒豬肉超級好食
