Lunch wz fd@上環, 有附近返工嘅人帶路, 黎到li間好有bar feel嘅Bistro食burger🍔, 坐高枱高櫈嘅環境chill過附近好多餐廳wor.🍴150g 薄切西冷砵酒漢堡 (HKD105)我食li個burger嘅肉係原條西冷人手薄切出黎ga! 感覺好似据緊扒咁, 肉質好嫩咬落完全無筋, 仲juicy到猛咁滴啲肉汁出黎添. 而熱熔喺肉上面個層車打芝士🧀更有淡淡嘅特別香味, 其他配料最突出一定係砵酒x焦糖化嘅洋蔥🧅👍🏻甜甜的😊, 成個burger之中, 西冷比例特別重, 即刻覺得好抵食!🍴雞肉香草🌿手工通粉 (HKD78)店家嘅手工Rigatoni 紋理凹凹凸凸令到每一粒通粉都非常掛汁, 手造嘅口感真係好食好多, pesto sauce調得好好味, 雞肉又多, 仲有車厘茄平衡返個starchy感, 最鐘意係每一啖都帶d帶絲cheese啱哂我li個芝士控.🍴芝士醬薯條&汽水 (+HKD28) 加$25就有薯條+汽水, 我見原來仲有得+多$3要個Blue cheese/ cheddar cheese醬. 想講BLUE CHEESE醬係唔可以錯過ga !!! 薯條成桶仔咁黎差啲食唔哂🤪. 繼續閱讀

La Casa Bistro is a place I go to every so often when I want something simple and filling. They make great handmade pasta for a very reasonable price and in need of a quick bite. I know them to always be consistent. Boyfriend and I were in Sheung Wan and we decided to go have dinner there as it has been a while. When we arrived it appeared they had revamped the place with a whole new menu.They now focus on burgers. But these weren't the typical  burgers with patties. They offered a variety of burgers including one that was just sliced beef.They still offered pasta and what appeared to be new salads which were just the burgers minus the buns.As the new item was burgers, boyfriend decided to try a burger and chose the Show Off Bull which is 150 g of Angus Beef Sirloin and decided on a set ($112) which includes a drink and a side. The burger was slices of seared beef strips with so much sauce, it dripped every where. The cheese was nicely melted. There was some carmelized onions and lettuce for crunch. All was held together with a very solid soft bun.For sides you have a selection of three items: fries, fries with cheese sauce and fried chicken wings. Boyfriend ordered the fries with cheese sauce which was served on the side.  The serving of fries were quite generous. They were decent fries. Crispy on the outside but still fluffy on the inside.I had the pasta and had the beef meatball spaghetti set ($82). The set here came with only a drink. The pasta was homemade and al dente. They were nicely coated with a very aromatic pesto sauce and a generous topping of fresh Parmesan cheese. The meatballs were great. Soft and fluffy. Nicely seasoned.La Casa has always been my go to place for inexpensive but excellent pasta when I'm in a rush. But now they have added burgers to the menu. A welcome addition. 有守護神福福郎的店,一定要幫襯啊!!同事告訴我這家店有一隻隱閉的福福郎!好奇的我,當然趁四日連假來探究一下!順道來享受它有名的手工漢堡和fresh pasta!這家店地方不大, 裝修以深木色的美式情懷和簡約的霓虹光管為主, 座位只有大約十個, 都坐滿了。。。 看來生意不錯!是不是拜一眾網紅的加持?可能是罷。。。因為這家店在網絡上的人氣一直不差啊!而且美食靚相俯拾皆是,加上價位以中環的物價來說並不昂貴,在眾多有利因素支持下,要爆紅是不難。那不知食物的質素如何?好不好吃呢? 現在。。。就等慕名而來的福福郎為你揭開La Casa 霓虹光管下的美食神秘面紗吧!為避開人潮,今次選擇take away !黑松露野菌手工闊條麵 (Set H) $98套餐包括:Fresh pasta 本地手工闊條麵 (1盒) + Soda Water 一罐麵身比一般預製的pasta稍軟, 咬下去有一種紮實的口感, 可能是來自人手製作的關係。。。。。。來自那厚薄不一的麵條,帶給我舌尖一種獨有的觸感, 就是一種天然的粗糙感。。。配合了微香但不太濃的松露醬汁, 怎麼形容好呢??就是「對的時候亅遇著了「對的闊麵條亅, 我也不知道是麵條找到了知音人、還是知音人找到了合味道麵條!值得一試!Wicked bull 不良牛餐 (Set C) $98套餐包括:經典安格斯芝士漢堡 + 香脆雞翼(2件) + Ginger Ale 一罐安格斯牛肉肉味香濃, 麵包鬆軟有麥香,合格!不愧為店家的招牌美食。。。但我個人偏好還是喜歡「對的時間、遇著對的闊條麵亅!雞翼配附上的甜酸醬汁來吃,味道也不錯,見下圖:。。。🦉是日金句:「你想念的,不是那個你曾經愛吃的手工闊條麵,而是那個陶醉在吃手工闊條麵裡的自己。」(改編自台灣暢銷作家肆一的名句🦉)+ ==============================有興趣可以按左上角的「貓頭鷹頭像」或到 openrice 的 「福福郎食評家專頁」訂閱我的餐廳介紹blog!Relax,and just subscribe! 。。。🦉============================== 繼續閱讀

今次就同閨密去左上環搵好野食👭🏼見到一間burger小店裝潢都幾靚咁一於試下🥳-🌟經典二人套餐 $208真心覺得呢個二人套餐好抵食🤤包左一款前菜、兩款主食、兩款小食同兩杯飲品🥤勁豐富咩都有得食🙆🏻‍♀️又可以試到burger又試到手工製既意粉🍝-🎈雞肉蘋果沙律🥗呢度既沙律選用羅馬生菜配上雞肉同蘋果,食落好新鮮🙆🏻‍♀️作為前菜好開胃~-🎈日式汁燒豬腩片漢堡我同閨蜜都覺得呢款口味既漢堡好特別,其他地方好少食到🤤所以就叫左呢款而食落真心好有驚喜💓夾著配料既包面同包底都好鬆軟,食到有牛油香味,應該稍微用牛油烘過一下😳而裡面既豬腩肉配上日式醬汁食落好juicy🙆🏻‍♀️仲要有埋生菜整體口感十足🤩-🎈黑松露野菌闊條麵 +$20呢個一打開好香黑松露味,食落就覺得黑松露味冇想像中咁濃郁🙈闊條麵好有口感好彈牙😆不過其實黑松露同野菌真係超完美既配搭🥰-🎈芝士薯條及香脆雞翼全部都係即叫即炸的~香脆雞翼既炸粉不會太厚🤗完全做到外脆內鎖住肉汁的感覺😍至於薯條配上芝士醬,太邪惡了吧!-🎈朱古力雪糕奶昔 +$48呢度既奶昔係用上mövenpick雪糕😚飲落口感幼滑,充滿著超濃既朱古力味🤩不過飲完成杯真係好有罪惡感😭😭-🔸La Casa Bistro📍上環文咸東街2號地舖 繼續閱讀

近來 , 筆者好像是中了 burger 毒,hotdog 毒,很喜歡那種入口澎湃,滋味無窮的食後感~ 當日 , 筆者就去到 上環-文咸東街 , 一間名字響噹噹以售 burger 和 pasta 為主打的 "La Casa Bistro" (又稱 La Casa Burger & Pasta) , 一嚐究竟 ~餐廳面積雖然不大 , 卻滿有美國風 , 頗有氣氛的 ~Menu ~150g Angus Sirloin Burger 安格斯西冷漢堡 : 單售$92/個,套餐價$112除漢堡包外還包一份小食及一份飲品,小食可選酥炸雞翼(2隻)/芝士薯條/薯角~ 這款皇牌漢堡 , 是在兩片軟熟及煎香的麵包中夾入 150g 的安格斯西冷牛肉片及其他生菜、蕃茄片、酸瓜粒、熱溶芝士等配料~ 西冷牛肉片片有口感,肉味香,並非吝嗇地切成薄如蟬翼的樣子,吃下去是相當的滿足 ~Classic Angus Beef Cheeseburger 經典安格斯芝士漢堡 : 單售$78/個,套餐價$98~ 安格斯牛漢堡扒肉厚且結實,充滿肉香且肉汁豐富,配搭上酸瓜粒、芝士、洋蔥、生菜等等,味道相當平衡,吃落卻不油膩,衹有 juicy juicy ~酥炸雞翼 : 外皮甘香酥脆 , 肉質鮮嫩多汁 , 香口又惹味 ~這店的 burgers 肯定是 finger-licking good!本篇完 ~ 繼續閱讀
