叫左三個pizza🍕1️⃣pesto ham 2️⃣burrata ham3️⃣pizza of the monthsalad全部都係火箭菜🤣唔中意嘅話要記得注意下🫣但唔會話好苦最鍾意係ham burrata夠鹹香同埋burrata creamy spread開唔會dry😋pizza皮外脆內軟😋少少軟軟糯糯嘅口感但係一大半人share嘅話就要叫多幾個啦唔係好大個 一人一件可能唔夠飽🫣pesto個款檸檬味比較突出個人比較喜歡淨係得青醬味嘅上面有開心果碎ham如果多啲就好啦tiramisu highly recommended! ‼️Rich and creamy!!Not too bitter or sweet 酒味都唔會太濃 咖啡味適中🥰🥰 繼續閱讀

Pizza is not the same as before. The server told me the restaurant owner has not changed and the chef and sous chef are still here ….. but for some reasons, their pizzas are not the same as before. Their old menu was a very unique menu offering certain pizzas that cannot be found elsewhere in HK. The recipe for their pizza dough has changed because their dough taste different. The pizza chef for their lunch session is different. Some of the much enjoyed items on their old menu have been modified to suit the HK local taste. Their combination of ingredients are not as good as before. Price has increased, service is different. One good thing is you can bring in your own drink as they don’t serve you water like before. The change is obvious because the restaurant was not full for Saturday lunch. This place used to be packed with people with a long queue waiting outside. Not sure if I would come back ….. This place has just turned into an ordinary pizza place, nothing special.🙁 沒有以前那麼好吃. 應該是轉了老闆和pizza師傅。食材和pizza都變。難怪食客沒有以前那麼多。週六中午只坐滿了一半。以前有的pizza 款式現在都沒有了,而且服務和以前也不一樣。pizza批也沒有以前那麼好吃。突然間,這家pizza bar 變得很普通。🙁 應該也不會再光顧。 繼續閱讀

位於中環蘇豪Pizza 店🍕,朋友介紹話唔錯,揾左個週末中午去試😋。中午時間去唔算多人,鋪面位置大概唔到20個,位置都唔算窄,正正常常。餐牌有頭盤沙律Pizza甜品,但係我地都係主要試佢地既Pizza🍕,所以無點其他。餐牌上面好幾款都想試,所以我地兩個人點左兩份Pizza🍕,店員見我地選擇困難同我地講可以Mix 埋一半一半咁,所以我地相當於試左 4 款🤣。La Camburrata + La Chorizo​​ 🍕🍖🧀($228)有相為證,成舊布拉塔芝士🧀,鋪滿既西班牙白毛豬火腿🍖,睇得出十分有誠意,芝士🧀同火腿🍖質素都係無可挑剔,經典配搭。另一邊 Chorizo​​ 就咁睇略顯遜色,但係辣肉腸🍖有油脂得黎唔肥膩,幾有驚喜。La Zucchini + La Nortadella 🍕($168)呢兩款都係青醬底🫒,都係配左水牛芝士🧀,但係一款系搭埋意式肉腸🍖 Mortadella,另一款系翠玉瓜🥒薄切加番茄乾醬🍅,風味黎講一款係鹹鮮,另一款系清爽平衡,個人比較中意翠玉瓜果款 La Zucchini,比較特別,下次黎應該都會點呢款。整體黎講值得一試,價錢會稍微比外面偏貴少少但係分量質素絕對值得😋。 繼續閱讀

Nicely decorated restaurant located in Soho. The décor of the restaurant resembles a casual, family style Italian shop. They mainly serve pizza, with a few starters and dessert. Their signature pizzas are all handmade. Their pizza had a relatively soft base (the kind you can't eat straight up with your hands), while the crust is puffy, soft and chewy. 😋Since most of their toppings are not very heavy, it worked with the dough that they selected, without the base being overly soggy. I loved the La Mortadella $158 🌟The creamy cheese based pizza with a dash of pesto and pistachio bits on top. The combination worked very nicely. I'm usually not a fan of white base pizza (i.e. without tomato base) but this somehow does not feel greasy. The thin slices of mortadella also had gave a nice savoury feel to it. The La Calabrese $188 🍕was spicier than I thought. Compared with the Mortadella, this feels a bit more heavy with the use of chilli oil and spice. A special chilli oil was also offered but I didn't try since the pizza itself was already quite spicy. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good kick to their pizzas.Their portions are definitely on the large size and the crust is quite filling. We ordered one per person but had a whole pizza left afterwards to bring home. Don't let the humble exterior fool you, will come back for sure to try out other flavours as well! Do expect a slightly longer wait for the food as I guess they cook their pizzas from scratch. 繼續閱讀
