一心想吃海南雞飯，所以餐牌也不用瞄，便點了。對方則要碗喇唦，正合我意，又可以偷吃些少，Cool~~我喜歡吃海南雞，某程度上是因為懶，貪佢啖啖肉，不想吐骨。呢度既出品，同是褪了骨，肉質嫩滑，小弟認為已經合格了。常言道，食海南雞，三色醬的戲分，絕對不下於雞肉本身。個人而言，最欣賞還是黑漆漆的三色醬，跟雞肉從來是絕配。薑茸和辣醬，在我的角度，只是二、三奶而已。油飯當然也不是配角，可惜這裡的出品，頗令人失望。要試試朋友的喇唦，循例先呷口湯，辣勁未算強，慢慢滲出椰香，合格的。幾款配料，蝦是比較遜色，但驚喜位是發現螄蚶，而且味道不錯。

Hainanese chicken was tasteless, even the sauce. Laksa noodles were well over cooked. Pork knuckle was too salty. Only the glass of tap water was decent.Rubbish restaurant. End of story.

我同FRD行完街就想吃點小點，見到呢間店個LOGO又好似幾特別錦，就試下呢間，不過我地都排隊排左半小時，但入到去個氣氛我又感覺不錯。嗌左個新加坡喇沙、蜜椒烤豬膝和蘿白糕。新加坡喇沙 ~ 好地道好正，很值得再去吃一次!蜜椒烤豬膝 ~ 賣相不錯，吃下去有點麻煩，不過不錯，很蜜汁啊~~蘿白糕 ~ 都算不錯，炒得很有穫氣，價錢都算超值，不錯!雖然店鋪有點少，但最緊要氣氛各樣既總體感覺都不錯就已足夠!

假日圓方泊車抵，唸住黎行下，經過katong門口，見佢poster個喇沙好吸引就決定食呢間。個喇沙set$88，黎到既時候係暖既，唔係熱既，啲麵好似未煮熟咁，啲蝦生生地，一個字差!我只可以講，坐得舒服，仲有係餐飲杯柚子蜜比較好……

Passed by and dining companion wanted to try this new place at Elements - the wish of the one paying is my command. The set dinner had rather generous portions and drinks were included - mangosteen tea was a traditional safe choice while oats citrus honey was ...creative. The Hainan chicken was very tender and juicy, the bak kut teh was also quite nice. The rice mixed with chicken oil and the stir fry vegetable were just standard. Really thought there was no need to include "prawn" or "crab" in the already-too-big set; the pathetic prawns were overdone and swimming in sauce and were certainly past their primeOverall, a thumbs-up for the Hainan chicken and the bak kut teh - hope they'll work on the other dishes too.
