【武士主題時尚串燒Bar】時令日本雞肉炮製鳥燒
武士係日本重要嘅文化之一,亦係中環呢間日式串燒Bar嘅裝修主題!為咗呼應店名「KATANA」武士刀之意,設計師特別以不規則嘅金色支架,代表刀光劍影嘅感覺,牆畫又加入Q版武士達摩,每個角落都好IG-able,感覺好新潮時尚。食材大部分來自日本,以鳥燒為招牌菜式,另有海鮮、牛肉等料理。

Katana by Sakeh is a Japanese restaurant that offers a wide variety of dishes that are sure to please any palate. From skewers to grilled dishes, tempura to rice dishes, and more.The skewers are a standout dish, with a variety of options that are all delicious. The Lychee Pork Roll is a unique and flavorful option, with tender pork wrapped around a sweet and juicy lychee. The Japanese Eel skewer is also a must-try, with succulent eel that is perfectly grilled and seasoned. The Asparagus Pork Roll and Okra Pork Roll are also delicious, with the vegetables adding a nice crunch and flavor to the tender pork.The Grilled Mentaiko is another standout dish, with salty and savory Mentaiko eggs that are perfectly balanced by the refreshing slices of cucumber that come with it. The Saikyoyaki Cod is also a winner, with tender and flaky cod that is grilled to perfection and served with a sweet and savory sauce.The tempura dishes are also not to be missed, with a thin and crispy fried skin that is perfectly seasoned and adds a nice crunch to each bite. We tried the Kainomori Seafood Tempura, with a variety of seafood including scallops, oysters, prawns, and Bombay Duck. The Vegetable Tempura is also delicious, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and mushrooms that are perfectly fried to crispy perfection.The Tamagoki Mentai Don rice, the sweet egg rice is perfectly cooked and the Mentai adds a nice kick of flavor. The Mini Oyakodon is also delicious, with tender grilled chicken and eggs that are perfectly seasoned and served over a bed of fluffy rice.The Eel Sticks are a unique and interesting dish, with a crunchy surface that is covered in colorful grains that add a nice texture and flavor. The eel is tender and flavorful, making for a truly delightful dish.To wash down your meal, be sure to try the Niida Jinenshu Junmai Genshu sake. 呢間日式串燒Bar日本以武士裝修主題,裝修型格時尚, 藍色牆身配上金色裝飾,入面暗暗地好有feel。安藝虎 土佐錦 無濾過純米吟醸 300ml $338款純米吟醸標榜無濾過,米味濃郁,入口偏甜。和牛他他 $98生牛肉混合檸檬汁調味、洋葱、䓤花等調味,味道清新,做前菜唔錯。自家制月見免治雞肉軟骨 $48軟骨同雞肉比例適中,軟骨增加咬口,沾上蛋漿食,好香口海膽天婦羅 $168 紫菜包住海膽再拎去炸,外皮香脆食落啖啖海膽,食到海膽嘅鮮,都幾大件。鰻魚脆脆 $98鰻魚新食法,香脆外層加上炸脆脆粒同七味粉,中間用蒲燒鰻魚,皮外脆內軟鰻魚口軟滑,有6條份量都OK多。和牛味噌朴葉燒 $228賣相好靚,全部都係紋理靚嘅和牛,配上麵豉醬味道超濃郁,下面仲有好多蔥、菇。有個爐熱住啲和牛唔洗擔心凍左。西京燒銀鱈魚 $188銀鱈魚肥美厚肉,魚油十足,魚肉輕輕蘸上甜甜地,兩件大大件,魚肉好滑好吸引😊真係誠意之作迷你鰻魚飯好有日式風味😛鰻魚份量厚度適中,醬汁甜甜地好味道,啖啖魚肉配珍珠米,熱辣辣好吸引 繼續閱讀

上星期食過日式串燒🍢,老婆又心思思想再食😅,經朋友推介,我今日就帶佢去位於中環士丹利的“KATANA BY SAKEH”😆。店舖裝修時尚簡約,牆身畫有藍色🔵嘅花紋圖案,配上金色的吊飾及支架,視覺效果好靚之餘亦有好特色🥰,令整個場地氛圍好舒適,好適合一班朋友傾偈、飲酒🍺。餐牌📔內食物選擇非常之多,可以要求店員下單或使用QR code📱。海膽天婦羅 $168海膽甘香無腥味,外層薄薄的一層炸漿,非常鬆脆🥰,內軟外脆口感分明😋。海之盛天婦羅 $168海之盛有蝦🍤、池魚🐟、帶子和蠔🦪,全部都新鮮味美,同樣炸得非常鬆脆,令口感、味道更豐富😋。煙燻沖繩黑豚肉 $108豚肉🐖味香,煙燻味濃,質感柔軟帶油香,加上厚切令口感更佳,好食😋。迷你鰻魚飯 $108鰻魚🐟燒得香口,肉質肥美嫩滑😋,加上鰻魚汁再配珍珠米一齊食,無得輸😍。鰻魚脆脆 $98鰻魚🐟被一層薄炸漿包裹,肉質更加軟滑,外脆內嫩又多汁😋。厚切牛脷芯 $78厚切牛脷芯👅肉質軟腍有肉汁,點埋白芥末酱,牛味🐂更出味道更香😋。芥末燒牛小排串 $68牛小排肉質軟嫩,同樣牛味香濃,油脂豐富,配埋芥末酱更顯牛香。免治牛肉棒 $58免治牛🐂牛肉味香濃,牛肉入面混有軟骨,口感豐富😋。紫菜芝士年糕 $58年糕表面包有紫菜,內裏軟糯夾雜芝士🧀香味,紫菜令整體味更香😋。雞皮紫蘇蝦卷 $48雞皮🐓香脆,紫蘇味突出,蝦卷🦐彈牙,三者味道融和又好味。自家製免治雞肉軟骨 $48免治雞肉🐓混有脆口的軟骨,口感豐富,肉味香濃。仁井田 自然酒 生酛純米原酒 300ml $338🍶入口順喉,味道香醇濃厚,有米香味,這支真心好飲😋😋。總括而言,食物質素出色,價錢合理,店員服務細心又勤快,環境舒適之餘又好有格調,好適合一班朋友摸住酒杯底傾下偈。 繼續閱讀

好朋友生日,去左佢工作既中環找間好餐廳。良朋歡聚當然要去soho區啤一啤,邊食邊飲邊傾,人生樂事,於是找左間日式串燒店開心下。安藝虎土佐錦無濾過純米呤釀($338)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)串燒店所提供既酒可以講五花八門,menu入面講解既每款酒既特色之處,愛酒之入值得一黎。講返我地個款安藝虎土佐錦無濾過純米呤釀,入口非常香,會感受到米味係口腔慢慢散開,甘味旨味都係我同朋友喜歡既,雖然對比其他酒會感到辛口,但啱晒2個男人邊吹邊嘆。燒鳥組合($128)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)咩都想食既話當然要叫拼伴咩都有d啦,呢款燒鳥組合雖然都係雞肉,但就用左雞蠔肉同上脾肉,味道方面就有既鹽燒、汁燒,仲有特別既柚子胡椒,啱晒我地。餐廳燒既雞肉十分嫩滑,而且每口仍然保持肉汁,肉汁配埋面頭既調味,正。自家製月見免治雞肉軟骨($48)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)好中二呢款串燒,本來以為免治雞肉口感比較單調,但加入軟骨之後,將整條串燒都昇華左,雞肉軟淋,軟骨則脆口,配上滑溜既鮮雞蛋,口感層次level up。厚切牛脷芯($78)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)筆者平時都中二食下牛脷,無論茶記牛脷焗飯或者燒肉放題,都喜歡食牛脷。雖然係咁,但餐廳既牛脷仍然令筆者有驚喜。牛脷一上枱,見到十分厚切,燒到四邊有d焦香但同時又保留牛脷中心既軟嫩,放入口中完全係味覺與口感享受。鹽燒牛肩胛裡肌($58)(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)除左牛脷,筆者亦叫左牛肩胛裡肌呢個平時好少見既部位,從賣相已經見到串燒師傅既功架,牛肩胛裡肌燒得剛好大約7成熟,係灰啡色既肉表面,仍然見到少少血汁,未放入口已經知道必定生熟恰好。鹽燒調味更加突顯香濃牛肉味,牛魔必點。西京燒銀鱈魚($188)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)食過幾款肉,筆者都點左d海鮮平衡一下口感味道。呢份西京燒銀鱈魚絕對唔比肉類失色。平時屋企或者中菜館都係蒸魚多,但西京燒同銀鱈魚卻係絕配,香燒魚肉完全釋放左銀鱈魚既油脂甘香,而西京味噌就正正中和左油膩感,加上外脆內嫩,十分滿足。海之盛天婦羅($168)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)日式餐廳當然都要點天婦羅佐酒啦,唔好以為海鮮拼伴就一定係便宜貨無料到,餐廳既海鮮天婦羅確實十分足料,除左原隻大蝦,仲有蠔同帶子,而且十分鮮味。炸漿方面,好薄身,口感鬆脆,配搭新鮮材料佐酒一流。和牛味噌朴葉燒($228)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)好少地方有得食朴葉燒,於是點左試下。好喜歡食材配搭左味噌醬,當牛肉燒得半生熟,油份四溢既時候,味噌醬就中和左牛肉既油膩感,但同時配搭落蔬菜則令味道變得豐富。迷你親子丼($88)(⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)食過咁多小菜串燒,最後點左一個親子丼。不得不感到驚喜係整個飯既配料係多過d飯,雞肉煮得十分軟淋,同早前既串燒又係2種食法,配上同樣軟滑既雞蛋同珍珠米,整個親子丼配搭恰度好處。另外要點名提及配料入面既洋蔥,十分香甜。雪葩桃味($98)(⭐⭐⭐⭐💢)食過串燒小菜同丼,最後以雪葩為今次晚餐劃上句號。雖然係最後一道菜,但筆者對佢印象仍然十分深,因為餐廳係將雪葩放入原個白桃入面,超吸晴!每啖食落都有濃濃既香桃味,加上雪葩軟滑清甜,平衡左剛才既肉味串燒味。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~KATANA by SAKEH 中環士丹頓街8號地舖👍地點方便👍出色串燒👍歡聚必選 繼續閱讀
