Karena Cafe (已結業)

反正昨晚媽咪去飲無飯開！我打算到新蒲崗 Mikiki 重溫 Karena Cafe 的精緻立體拉花咖啡！  可是，店子已結業！ 當時，我已一早起稿，還打算幫襯兩次才一次過出食評！現在，是時候補出這篇食評吧！ :) 未走進店子，已見門外貼上不少雜誌報導其招牌彩色 3D 立體拉花咖啡！ 這裡光潔鮮明，牆上的黑板還說明牛奶、奶泡及咖啡的份量比例；讓食客一目了然！ 用上來自意大利的咖啡機，咖啡師悉心弄好立體咖啡後，由他親手送上結食客！相當貼心！  同時，他可以看到食客的興奮雀躍表情，他也感到有滿足感！ 下午茶餐 (2:30 ~ 5:30)有四款選擇，由 $54 起彩色 3D 咖啡 - 原價 $58 (跟餐 +$48)黑白 $48 (+$38)另設加一服務費  精選下午茶餐 多士、窩夫、青菜沙律 $54很驚喜！  原來多士並非簡單一塊烘過的方包，而是兩件滿載吞拿魚餡的的多士，多士的口感則好像蒜蓉包的金黃鬆脆，  吞拿魚混合清爽的洋蔥粒，令人一試愛上！ 沙律是寥寥可數的沙律菜，沒有什麼特別可言！連最基本的沙律醬或黑醋也欠奉，卻有點失望！  如果，當作點綴的話就算了吧！ :( 窩夫即叫即製，質感綿密香脆！ Mochocino 跟餐 +$48奶泡質感細膩挺身，讓奶泡貓貓可以 hea 嘆在咖啡中！十分優悠！咖啡混合朱古力，入口偏甘苦，略帶甜味！:)咖啡混合朱古力，入口偏甘苦，略帶甜味！咖啡師很細心，附上一枝小飲管，讓食客細味咖啡之餘，又不會弄毀立體拉花，值得一讚！可選擇代糖、白糖及咖啡糖，配合不同食客所需！很週到！:)…查看更多

年初五開工大吉!係新蒲崗返工~好多食市都仲未開~我堂細佬又難得約我食LUNCH~諗住行遠啲去MIKIKI食~行左個圈~好多間都食過晒~係未試過依間~LUNCH時間去到得1枱食客~員工好似新年放假MODE未瞓醒懶得招待我地~即時影响心情~求期叫左2份SET LUNCH~本來想試下轉立花咖啡~但係都未睇完就收左我MEUN~最後我地叫凍檸茶同凍啡算鬼數~沙律+南瓜湯:味道濃~OK!蕃茄大蝦意粉:細佬話一般無乜味~三文魚白汁忌廉意粉:無特別~三文魚過熟~意粉太硬~總結:環境幾好~服服麻麻~LUNCH可能會去下~DINNER一定唔會去~唔會推介比朋友!!…查看更多

Last month, I read an article about Karena Cafe's 3D art coffee. I have been meaning to try that for a while now. It was time I did some self exploration in San Po Kong. Good initiative to start this month of February I would say. As a precaution I arrived early; about 10:10 a.m. We do not want to get caught up with crowds, do we? Well, I was the only customer when I got there. As it was too early, there was only one barrista/waiter at the front. And boy, he needs to lighten up! No sunshine; no smile; no "hello". Quite robotic. I wonder if he was fully awake. At least he got "nicer" when he took up orders. Since I came mainly for the 3D coffee that was so famous here, I only chose a simple breakfast meal: French cinnamon toast (with ham). This was quite a let down. What happened to the cinnamon? I could barely taste it. It was just regular French toast that was warm - going on cold. I waited for the coffee for 5min, but could not stand it anymore. I had to dig in before the toast really went cold. Who knew when the coffee was going to be ready?  Luckily, the coffee was all worth the wait. It was the highlight of my Sunday morning. Coincidentally, the coloured 3D Mochaccino was as I had imagined it: blue (I had been thinking about Doraemon lately) and in the form of a bear. Yay! Note: Ah, yes. One does not get to choose the pattern.I did not want to break the foam, so I only added some sugar on one side. It was a little bitter, but still fine. The only thing I would suggest is to try to serve the coffee at the same time as the food. It would be good to improve communication with the kitchen and have a head start with the coffee. 見過報紙推介，就慕名去飲咖啡:去到唔太多人，我地快手睇menu 想食mei,Cappuccino: 係隻白色熊仔，唔忍心攪亂，只用飲管係旁邊飲Chococinno: 白色貓咪，好可愛ar蕃茄長通粉: 有酸甜味，但唔太熱炸薯角: 欣賞佢鮮炸，夠熱窩夫: 配cream, 藍莓，士多啤梨，甜甜地都不過不失，士多啤梨正常，朋友覺得藍莓好酸粟米片: 有牛油果粒，肉醬，番茄粒，覺得似送酒小食多d, 比較正常其實今次重點係非常用心的立體拉花咖啡…查看更多

同Aeris去街,周圍都多人唔知去邊到食lunch好,上網見到呢間3D拉花好得意呀,一於去試下,順便行下Mikiki商場,可能新蒲崗實在太偏,去到時冇乜人呀。要了兩杯不同的3D咖啡& full english breakfast。Color for Karena 3D art coffee,$48,cappuccino,是彩色的立體拉花咖啡,彩色要多$10,都幾貴,好想要kitty or keroppi呀,不過冇得指定,是隨機的,給了我粉紅色豬呢>_<,不過都幾得意,因為是3D拉花,好多奶泡呀,都幾甜,咖啡味道普通。Karena 3D art coffee,$38,是黑白的立體拉花,mocha,Aeris的,好可愛的白熊仔呀,仲面紅的呢。full english breakfast,$69,有雙蛋伴煙肉、腸仔、火腿、焗豆&多士,味道普通,煙肉太硬了。食物上一般,但3D拉花咖啡真係好靚,值得一試,唔知甜品又好唔好食呀。…查看更多
