kale 羽衣甘藍菜依家 common o左好多呢但吸引我 o黎 ge 倒是竹炭 burger 兩個 burger 都好 mini味道唔錯～ 但太少了～sweet potato fries 幾得意，甜甜地飲品兩杯都唔好飲

店名：KALE地址 : 上環永樂街1-3號世瑛大廈1301室好味指數：7.7／10價錢：$38（via @sugar_hongkong :💲18）Beef Sliders Sliders size 就如一個mini burger, 口味選擇有Chicken, falafel, tofu, halloumi, 而beef 和halloumi為人氣之選。Beef sliders入面有蕃茄 、牛肉 、生菜 、沙律汁，食起上泥好清新，肉又夠juicy，但係份量真係好細，如果女仔食起碼要食2-3個先夠飽。 

This is an old review which I forgot to post but I should really visit Kale again because they have new wraps according to their facebookOn this visit, I had the beetroot drink which was natrual and sweet.For food, I always have my favourite fries because they are freshly fried roots.Along with the fries, I had creamy avohoummus.

Salad ($75)出街食多數都油膩又多味精，間唔中都想清新下食下沙律。Kale既沙律比起平時既沙律唔同，唔會得生菜、蕃茄咁寡。菜用上kale羽衣甘藍，近年好hit既superfood。食落比一般菜硬身有口感，而且味道濃郁甘甜，淋上黑醋就非常突出。紅菜頭煮得軟身易入口，味道清新。配上烤得香軟既蕃茄、南瓜、翠玉瓜，食到蔬菜既香甜。飯入面藜麥，藜麥口感細碎有咬口，令飯變得特別又有口感。份量真係唔少，女仔一定食唔哂。食天然食材就係唔洗計卡路里，食得飽飽又可以keep fit。

This place is quite deserted on Sunday which is nice. I can see how jammed it can be at lunch hours on a weekday.We tried all four sliders -- beef, crabcake, grilled cheese and tofu. My friend and I had lunch at Kale. We were seated at the bar tables next to the windows. The place was crowded but quite cozy; I am not a huge fan of their open kitchen though as my hairs smelled like cooking oils for the whole afternoon. I had a large salad with Halloumi cheese. 呢間樓上cafe雖然店鋪面積唔算好大,不過野食就唔錯Beef SliderSlider既size比想像中細,但呢個還比掌心細既super mini burger係為一個小食真係不得了口大既朋友應該可能可以一啖食哂但咪睇佢細細粒咁以為佢無料到,佢中間夾左好多野架!最底層隱藏左片酸瓜,上面夾一塊小牛扒,上面有少少沙律醬,最後有生菜同蕃茄除左酸瓜我唔太鐘意之外,其他配料都好正!塊小牛扒好juicy,一咬啲肉汁飛哂出黎,加上蕃茄同沙律醬減少油膩度同增加juicy既感覺,食完唔係好夠喉,好想再食多個呀!質素可以話出乎意料之外呀!另外仲叫左個Sweet potato fries呢度啲番薯條都好正,炸到金黃色,但唔會油膩,又唔會話好乾,好脆口不過最重點都係旁邊既醬,佢唔係用茄汁比你點番薯條,而係用左肉醬即係類似平時食肉醬意粉既汁咁,第一次用肉醬點番薯條,感覺幾特別真係點下一條又一條其實cafe環境幾舒適,適合一班人入去吹水當日去到既時候有一班人,約4-5人係度彈結他,唱歌,感覺好似開緊mini concert咁可以有一個空間比人好free咁同朋友聚下,唔錯

幾個好姊妹為美少女慶祝生日，用餐地點當然由壽星女發辦，最後揀了主打健康食物的Kale。Kale位於商業大廈樓上舖，地點雖不顯眼但非常就腳。門面的招牌很低調，但只要認著上圖木門便知找對了。店名Kale取自Super Food羽衣甘藍，是一種甚具健康價值的蔬菜，與餐廳行走之路線互相呼應。推門而進，左方設有一個巨型木架，擺滿有機包裝食品、身體護理用品、介紹綠色生活的書籍等等。右方則是開放式廚房，適值繁忙的午市時段，只見店員埋頭工作、忙過不停。原來這兒採用半自助模式運作，顧客需要先到收銀處落單，然後便會獲發單據，當食物準備妥當，店員便會把出品送上。舖頭面積遠比想像中狹小，全店能容納10多人。裝潢則來得簡潔俐落，牆壁由藍白兩色組成，猶如晴空也似海洋，散發一種自由自在的感覺。這兒絕大部份都是單邊座，其中對窗位置特別受歡迎，遠眺前方，還能夠從樓宇之間看到海景。和熙陽光偷偷的跑進來，少了一份拘束，多了一份寫意。雖說裝飾樸實無華，但某些地方仍見心思。其中椅子的造型煞是特別，配上一對仿單車腳踏，設計新穎有趣。可惜沒有椅背的關係，久坐便發覺不太舒適。餐牌就只有一張硬咭紙，可想而知食物款式不多，主要是沙律、薯

有次跟友人飯後來試過南瓜芝士蛋糕。那清甜的南瓜，跟芝士十分夾，口感軟滑、厚實而不溜，質素之高，令我們約定一起再來吃午餐。各有各忙，總是約不到日子。留在中環上班的日子進入倒數，貪吃的我最後沒有守承諾。可以散叫沙律，又可以配雞胸、牛肉或者slider。選了沙律配兩個小漢堡。沙律有6款，kale, quinoa, roasted veggies, beetroots, pasta, chef's salad。除了chef's salad外，5款都要了。kale上淋了酸酸的醬，很開胃。藜麥跟糙米混在一起，硬硬的，十分有嚼勁，酸酸甜甜。紅菜頭鮮甜，帶爽而不硬。烤南瓜皮微硬，肉質又甜又腍。螺絲粉沙律竟有港式小炒的可口香氣。翠玉瓜烤很香，椰菜花則較淡，勝在夠爽。每一款都比預期好吃。Slider要了豆腐和falafel。一黑一啡，像對可愛的小孖寶。豆腐的豆味很香，但跟其他素食店一樣，口感偏硬和嚡。配蕃茄和青瓜，加一層酸瓜做的醬，很清新。falafel也是滿口的豆香，雖然跟茄汁味道匹配，但頓失健康的感覺。再次光臨，果然值得。唯一不喜歡是，雖然陽光射進來，令人心情豁然開朗，但午飯時間人多時，十分嘈吵，跟想

Healthy eating is always something that is top of my list when it comes to eating. When I'm not eating out, my meals are fairly balanced and healthy.
