This tiny coffee counter gives the most authentic coffee experience I've had in Hong Kong, or anywhere in Asia. Their baristas know how the coffees taste, and recommend something from 20 different origins. The place is really clean but they were less concerned with pretty artwork than an awesome tasting brew, shot or drip.
I had the Kopi Luwak (a bit steep at HK$290/cup!) from a plantation in Aceh, Indonesia which had that smooth, dark chocolaty taste like the real stuff! Hand drip method, and they were slow and careful, and it was served in a fancy cup. coffee was hot. taste was excellent. Next time I'll try the 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain (HK$130).
Service was friendly, definitely worth a revisit.
