生日最開心是什麼?於我而言,莫過於自己不用費心、便可以嘗試一些新餐廳,哈哈,我就是這樣的膚淺!不管最終會成為喜歡或不喜歡的一家,帶著輕鬆探索的心態去體驗,倒也是件樂事!今年老公為我安排了「Juno」,我問要不要 Dress Up,老公說 Causal 便可以了,還補上太拘謹妳不喜歡的一句,能與世上最了解自己的人生活,可以省卻很多口水,留待用餐消化之用!除了 Causal,「Juno」也屬於我倆喜好的小型餐廳 ,主理意大利與地中海菜式,總體食物很穩陣及有一定水準,在定價不高昂的前題下,引證 2025 米芝蓮必登推介並不是虛名。 雖然沒有太多驚喜, 但也值得一試與支持!Chicken Liver Pate HK$120 是不錯的頭盤選擇。 雖然只是雞肝,但意外地肝香十足,質感也是討人歡心的厚滑,為味蕾帶來滿足的自家製滋味。當然來一口酒精點綴,更是美!另一款頭盤是選用了北極甜蝦的 Pink Prawns Carpaccio HK$160,混著 Burrata、Mozzarella Chesse 兩款芝士,北極甜蝦的細膩甜美依然突出,足證貨真價實!我在想假如多一點 Citrus, 整體滋味會否更突出?!意大利菜當然少不了 Pasta ,挑選了當中一道推介的 Paccheri Salsiccia HK$210。自家製的寛管意粉厚彈煙韌、掛汁力強,口感叫人喜悅!然而以豬肉腸、豬面頰肉、南法紅辣椒粉構成的蕃茄汁,沒有想像中的惹味,味道較偏向自然醇和的風格!Braised Ossobuco HK$280 是主菜,跟上一道同是意大利菜式。小牛膝燜燉得軟硬適中,讓人品嚐到牛膝的肉感與特質。而軟滑的薯蓉配上牛肉汁,絕對令人大樂,配菜的炭烤意大利青瓜也非常好吃!這道菜定價平易近人,光是自己買料的預算,相信也做不來!看到別人在吃 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela" HK$520,我們不禁心動起來,挑戰二人份的砂鍋沒有難度!皆因香氣太誘人、蕃茄濃汁太迷人、Fideo 意大利麵太逗人、西班牙紅蝦太撩人,最終 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela"  成為整晚的大愛人!像金魚不知飽的我倆,默默地一碗吃完再一碗,直至讓鍋底見天才罷休!我選了「Juno」唯一推介的  Tiramisu HK$100 作甜品,誰不知裝上蠟燭後,成了我的生日蛋糕!推介果然不錯,夠香、夠滑,濕潤度拿捏得準繩,是我嚐過最好吃的 Tiramisu 之一。猜不到,後頭還有「Juno」預先為我準備的 Tarte Tatin,哈哈!頂著快要爆開的肚皮吃下來,沒想到看似不起眼蘋果塔非常好吃,低甜度配合甜香綿密的焦糖奶油,十分讚,假如能呷一口熱咖啡更是不得了...... 可惜肚皮受不了,留待下次吧!也許是生日暫借的青春?也許是青春回歸的幻覺?我倆當晚放任地吃了兩道頭盤、兩道意大利麵、一道主菜、兩款甜品,與及一支白酒!離開時有著飽到差不多要吐的感覺,那樣被我評為快感的特殊情況,隨著年月的增長,實屬來得要比稀土還要稀有與珍貴的偶發事件,多謝 「Juno」,多謝老公!Read More

趁Resteraunt week有優惠,嚟到上環試依間地主打中海菜嘅餐廳。西班牙甜椒有芝士碎,味道溫和唔苦,幾開胃。椰菜花濃湯滑順細膩,帶有奶香同椰菜花鮮味,上面仲配有蒜蓉多士。布拉塔流心水牛芝士creamy,入口軟滑。意大利蘑菇寬扁意粉麵質好煙靭,出乎意料嘅好食, 菇味唔算濃厚,味道係剛剛好。炭烤海爐魚魚皮烤得香脆,但魚肉嫩滑一啲都唔乾,配埋羅勒麵包糠同埋蕃薯片增加成道菜嘅味道層次。紅桑子與百香果,百香果泡沫配紅桑子同焦糖杏仁,味道極酸,酸過杯薑汁檸檬特飲;而且個人麻麻哋泡沫口感。下次會未必會再嗌。Tiramisu甜度適中,入面有咖啡浸手指餅,甜苦平衡。環境方面好好坐,服務好周到,而且店面好靚好有特色,適合打卡。唯一美中不足係因為樓底高,所以少少聲音都會放大,即使餐廳內少人,都會感覺嘈雜。周末晏晝用餐限時一個半鐘。推薦!Read More
