武漢肺炎繼續肆虐,冇得去旅行,d假都冇用, 唯有平時放咗佢, 去吓行山,massage, 食飯啦。。。。 武漢肺炎你快d走返去武漢啦, 全地球人都係無辜架,你唔好再出嚟害人啦。。。話說打邊爐一向都係我地嘅comfort food, 而家冇得去X大人, 我地唯有發挖過第二間啦。。。 咁啱見到個youtuber去咗呢間嘢食, 好吸引, 等我地去試吓先~ 7 點前離坐仲再平d, 我地橫掂放假, 就食個早邊爐啦 一去到, 見到都幾多人, 估唔到平日咁早都有咁多枱客,如果去食真係要book位 (好彩我地有book).坐低就揀set, 差嗰少少,我地食貴少少個set, 揀咗個牡蠣湯底, 好快就上兩盤牛肉俾我地, d牛望落好靚, 都好大盤,我地實食唔晒, 所以叫佢拎走一盤,唔好嘥嘢。。。。 最後發現我真係好英明,因為佢真係太多其他嘢食.我地出去拎調味同嘢飲, 佢真係痴線,連d酒都任飲。。。。 d韓國燒酒幾十蚊支都任你飲, 嘢飲又有好多choice, 連菠蘿汁同芒果汁都有。 由於呢排食得太多鳳梨,所以我揀咗芒果汁嚟飲, 入面好多芒果肉, 同埋我發現。。。 有得揀維他朱古力奶。。。 痴線架, 個腦細係咪唔識計數架 出面實在太多嘢食, 生同熟都有,我地真係試唔晒咁多。。。。 如果要食晒, 我應該要響度食足一日, 好恐怖. 佢scan QR code自己落單, 可以order豬肉,刺身同芝士撻呀,牛角包。。。。 佢d刺身其實ok, 不過叫咗一轉,試吓就算, 因為太多其他嘢食。。。。 佢個鮑魚好變態, 係任食,仲要係幾好食,我地都叫咗兩轉, 我食咗4 隻。。。。 個腦細應該數學攞U...... 係咪癲架, 任食。。。跟住要講吓佢嘅海鮮, 出去自己拎, 全部都生猛,d蝦勁跳, 痴咗線,蜆類都有3 款,我唔知叫咩名,只係知道佢地叫肥美。。。。 最大隻嗰款最好食,另外兩款其實都ok唔錯。 個聖子仔都好肥美鮮甜。。。。 真係痴線, 呢d都任你食, d蝦咁新鮮, 食落超彈牙,冇得輸。。。。 平時食放題任叫嗰d, 佢成日都嚟得慢or miss咗d海鮮or嚟得好少,呢度任你拎, 成堆倒落去, 真係過癮好多,不過真係食得晒至好, 唔好浪費食物, 乖喇~ 佢仲要好抵讚,響海鮮附近有洗手盤,拎完海鮮洗埋手,乾乾淨淨返位繼續食最後食甜品,我試咗佢個芝士撻,我自己覺得同出面排隊廿蚊個嗰d差唔多,好好食呢餐真係好癲, d嘢食成本真係唔少嘢。。。。 佢d雪糕雪條都係任食, 好多款俾你揀, 係有貴價雪條同movenpick雪糕, 自己出買都十幾廿蚊支, 個腦細係咪癲架。。。。 全部食材都唔係cheap嘢, 佢應該係short咗, 呢餐真係物超所值, 好快可以回本再食凸佢。。。。 真係人都癲呀!!!!! 我一定會再嚟架我地最後響飽到食唔落嘅狀態離開。。。。。 繼續閱讀

同FD去食BOOK左7點台 提早15分鐘去到門口 有員工同我地講要搭正先比入去 咁我地就落返樓下M記坐一陣然後我地準時上返去 入去寫紙仔 咁我地諗住廢事阻住個門口 諗住坐低先寫 結果門口個女員工就叫停我地 要我地寫完先比入去咁好啦 企定定係到寫囉 但後面有另一台到左 佢門口唔係大 個女員工就叫我地入去坐低寫 唔好阻住人頂你 又係你叫我地寫完先比入去 而家又叫我地入左去先 你挽哂啦? 算 我忍。入到去坐低 有2個睇落比較大年紀嘅靚仔好有禮貌地 幫我地開爐同講解可以去拎海鮮最後30分鐘截單 個兩位靚仔黎提醒我地 咁我地就落左牛角包同芝士達但等左好耐都未黎 夠鐘交台啦 就有另一個好後生嘅叫我地交台咁我地就諗住兩樣野未到就算啦起身走人 但年紀較大個位就叫我地食埋先 慢慢唔洗急大約等多十幾分鐘左右 2樣野到左 諗住拿拿聲食完走啦係依個時候門口條八婆就走入黎 態度好差咁同我地講 你地夠鐘交台好耐架啦然後就叫個後生嘅過黎汁台 你老未 我地中食緊個包同達 一路食一路汁最後求其咬左兩啖就起身走人 食鬼到成肚火你地收10點 我地食7-9 後面都已經無客 加上8點台D人都未食完 你地有排都末收得工洗唔洗咁Q樣趕人走?? 唔恨做都唔係咁樣對客人個兩位好好人嘅靚仔大哥收碟個時同有問題問佢地都好有禮貌咁答我地但係個門口個八婆就免 比錢黎受氣 以後都唔會再幫襯 繼續閱讀

朋友隨意book 呢間所謂嘅韓日放題,上去已經嚇親,環境已經唔開胃,先先個爐可以求其放一邊 ,我哋3個人😬地方迫,人貼人,同朋友輪流出去想攞火鍋野食完全反胃,菜唔新鮮,我哋食7:30,全部好似食剩嘅食物,大家都攞隻吉碟回來,枱面碟牛,完全肥到一個點,除左9:00已有人叫我哋埋單,全晚冇人理我哋,換gas叫完,順便加湯,叫完又唔理,服務態度差,冇禮貌,帶子刺身攞個透明膠兜 載醬料比我哋,見到都唔想食,總之一個字「中晒伏」仲收人$290連加一,見識過就知咩係劣質😑😑😑🙄🙄🙄 繼續閱讀

JK Brother本身我哋都已經嚟過一次,第一次俾我哋感覺唔錯,又有海鮮又有小食仲有牛肉都約抵食,所以今次都即興再嚟食多次,不過第二次俾我哋嘅感覺就唔係咁好啦😔今次我地book咗5點,我哋大約四點十左右到,一出lift,等lift嘅位置非常細,所有人都迫埋同一個空間入面,根本都出唔到lift,我哋多口問句點解唔入得去嘅,其他人同番我地講侍應同佢哋講未夠鐘唔入得去,現場嘅人都開始有少少鼓燥,畢竟疫情底下要大家身貼身等位,的確有啲唔係咁好。最後其他人同返侍應講我哋出邊嘅情況,最終都俾我哋餐廳入面等入位(等夠5點比我地入去)。未入未入去食,俾我哋感覺已經唔係咁好啦🥺至於牛肉方面,我哋今次嗌左 【美國Prime牛板腱 $248 (7點前離座價錢)】,肉質唔算嫩滑,有少少乾身,我哋望到隔離枱另一款【美國穀飼肥牛 $218 (7點前離座價錢)】 ,牛肉嘅脂肪嘅佔比例都幾高,應該有7:3左右,不過我哋都唔太好牛肉嘅脂肪,所以都好彩冇揀到呢款🥶牛肉頭兩盤都唔錯,但去到後面refill質素開始下降,可能因為廚房解唔切凍,嚟到都仲係硬梆梆成舊牛肉,碌熟咗之後都有浸雪藏味🥶至於海鮮方面,呢次嘅海鮮直頭令我哋好失望😭我地撈咗啲聖子同埋蜆,但食落其中幾隻都好臭好腥,直頭有陣尿壓味,食到對筷子都好臭,頂唔順換過對。食到呢頭,真係無乜心機食埋落去。。本身諗住熟食可能會好啲,嗌咗個熟蠔試吓,但點知都係好臭🥺🥺我諗海鮮呢到真係麻麻地。。不過唔係全部海鮮都咁麻麻地嘅,我地試咗個醬油鮑魚,的確幾入味,口感都煙韌彈牙,都幾值得一試👍🏻另外亦試咗佢地啲甜品,芝士撻同奶黃牛角包都幾唔錯😍芝士撻芝士味好濃郁,芝士饀好creamy!奶黃牛角包都幾特別😂食到入面真係食到啖啖奶黃味😆兩樣野出到黎仲好熱辣辣,真係唔錯✌🏻總扣黎講,我覺得JK Brother熟食方面係做得出色過佢地主打嘅海鮮同牛肉嘅🤔不過都可能因為我今次黑仔啦,食親嘅都已經臭咗,所以如果淨係旨在食海鮮同牛肉嘅朋友可能就要諗諗啦😟至於佢地嘅衛生環境我就要有所保留啦,小編我拎咗個杯同埋佢地個湯羹,但見到仲係好多漬,好明顯就係未洗乾淨🤢另外仲見到有隻細曱甴痴住係小編隔離啲牆罅位,真係好唔開胃。。再加上無啦啦飲飲吓野見到有隻野飛咗落杯野到。。 繼續閱讀

Summary: Hard to beat price (the cheapest option meat), plenty of food options. BUT a bit of rooms to improve on the broth, sauces, and overall presentation.  It's borderline ok for me mainly because of the sukiyaki soup base (too sweet) but I still give ok as overall as I will give benefit of the doubt on the other soup base. No seafood for lunch price FYI.The Goods: Price - it's very cheap for all-you-can-eat shabu. Variety of food at this price is also good.The Bads: Quality of some buffet items is a bit lacking, although it's ok for the price. Wish they have more variety in dipping sauces. Tight space. Damage: We went for the cheapest (because why not) for Saturday lunch at HKD88 (+10% SC), that's HKD 97 per person. A more expensive price is at HKD148 + 10%, which has better meat quality. This price is all inclusive but there's NO seafood for lunch - I'd be surprise if they have for the price.The shop is tucked away in a building on third floor.  It's an old building do the lift is also old and tight. The shop itself is also quite tight. We were seated at the table next to the walk way, which makes it easy for us to go grab food. However, there are more table inside and if the place is full it'll be very hard to get out and I think you'll get knocked in the back from time to time (although the table behind me was empty so it's ok). The clear plastic curtain is to separate the tables, but I think it gets in the way when people wants to get through, and I got slap in the back once or twice. It's okay for me honestly especially for the price, but it's not for everyone.The meatThe meat we got for the price is as shown. It's a very fatty piece of meat (maybe 50% fat), and also served on polystyrene foam tray. The meat is ok; it's not as tender as I would hope and a bit too fatty, but then again, for this price I can't complain much. The one thing I would comment on is the choice of serving tray. Looking at it, I bet it's reused (don't know how many times). I have no problem with it (as a Thai, this is nothing) but it doesn't present well at all. I would not recommend order at this price but if price is the most important factor then it's not a bad choice!For the soup base, we ordered sukiyaki, which in hindsight feel like a bad choice (at this shop and in general). Don't order it, as short as that. It's too sweet and salty. It'll taste much better if they just water it down and put less sugar. Also, the pot is HUGE for the burner. It takes a while before the pot is boiling. I would think they could do with a smaller pot or put in less soup at a time.Self serviced sectionsLet's begin with the counter for hotpot items. The vegetables are quite standard and fresh, and they have 2 types of lettuce, Chinese cabbage, corn, radish, Enoki mushroom, and Shiitake mushroom. All of them are ok except corn which I think it's not as fresh as it should be. In this photo there're also imitation crab stick  and konjac noodle. The crab stick was frozen solid and almost impossible to break (tastes ok after we got it out).Right above the vegetables are meat balls and other stuffs. I didn't try all the meat balls, but of those I tried, I think they have too much flour in the ingredient (not enough meat). So, I don't recommend any of the meat balls. There're shrimp wonton (the empty tray in the photo - showing how good it is) which is pretty good, because it has chunks of shrimp in it and taste quite nice. There's also fish maw but it's gone by the time I took this photo - also ok. They also have instant ramen, and udon (I didn't try).For shabu shabu, I think the third important thing (after the meat and soup base) is the sauces. This is where I think they can improve. They have 2 types of flavoured soy sauce, which if you ask me tastes almost identical. They're also very salty (not watered down) so it feels more like Chinese style sauce than Japanese. That combine with the broth, which is very strong as well, makes the whole meal feels a bit too powerful. As for condiments they have the usual spring onion, chilli, garlic, and fried garlic. They also have sesame sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup (for other cooked food).Moving on to cooked food section, I like the fried station the most. They have the fried tofu skin and fried fish skin. The one comment is they didn't remove the silica packets when putting the tofu into the tray; works ok but does not present well. They're both good so I could recommend (personal fav). On the right hand side, they also have Thai fish cake, spring roll, fried Takoyaki, fish siu mai, and fried banana flavoured dough (?).  Of all these, Thai fish cake is surprisingly good. It's not as spicy as original but that's understandable (not everyone eat spicy), and texture is a bit dense, but other than that it's good. The spring roll is ok; a bit wet inside but it's crispy (as it should be). I wouldn't bother with the other ones honesly as they're just dough/flour. Next section are cooked dishes, they have fried salmon bones, stir fried beef with Enokii mushroom, soy sauce chicken wings, and stir fried udon. They're ok but I would rather skip to the main thing (hotpot) and deep fried section. As for drinks they have plenty of choices, but no coke. They do have bottled water though which is quite unusual (but I like it!)Lastly for dessert section, they have soft tofu, milk pudding, and mango pudding. I only tried milk pudding in this which doesn't taste that great - there's something off about it - I think it's too thick. The right hand side to this photo are the Korean condiments; picked baby squid, sour seaweek, kimchi. There's also another freezer (no photo - sorry!) that has green tea/red bean ice cream filled mochi, and sweet potato ice cream. The mochi is ok but I wouldn't recommend the ice cream.Some final thoughts.... I think the restaurant should streamline their menu a bit, cut out some that aren't particularly good and focus on the ones that do. For the price I think they don't have to offer this much, which will make inventory control harder.  They could also rethink in the presentation; I bet they use it because 1) no capex, and 2) save freezer space. It probably work well though as I the restaurant looks quite full - there's always demand for cheap food I guess. Anyways, below is the final photo of the menu. Enjoy!  繼續閱讀
