呢間係一間好有水準嘅炸物店,基本上你諗到嘢佢都有責。包括蛋、串燒、菜,佢所有嘢都係炸得幾好食。我特別推介串燒、炸年糕同埋牛脷。炸的外層,唔會太油、唔會太粉,剛剛好。餐廳內也沒有油煙味。佢好有日本風格,裝修得幾好。佢將舖頭大部分地方,都用木去鋪。然後你可以坐Bar臺或者坐喺卡位。卡位舒服啲嘅,不過吧枱呢就close啲。咁睇下你鍾意邊啦。最好先book定位,因為都幾乎滿座。大概一個人落樓就二百幾三百蚊,咁要你成日來呢,就做咗會員卡就會抵啲嘅。

發現吃過兩次也沒有試過串揚系列實屬可惜大板名物串揚是介乎於串燒與天婦羅之間串燒被一層薄薄的金黃炸衣包著之前旅行也沒有吃過,終於下定決心要試一試店內先提供凍椰菜片及串揚汁作為開胃菜可慢慢考慮點單及等待食物選擇價值$178的一人餐,可任選七款串燒或串揚混合有些款式需要另行補錢前菜 – 沙律羅馬生菜頗新鮮翠綠,還很冰凍醬汁有點像醋,出面比較少吃到可爾必思梳打水可爾必思日本極受歡迎的乳酸飲料配梳打水,口感清爽而細膩酸甜味配搭更出色串揚分別點了五款雞肉紫蘇卷串揚紫蘇葉味道獨特,帶有桂花香氣,酸甜中帶花香芝士串揚半溶拉芝狀態很惹味,又不膩口牛串揚頗嫩口海老串揚肉質新鮮紥實,口感脆口彈牙北海道帶子串揚厚身又細密,保持味道濃郁鮮甜串燒則兩款辣肉香腸串燒,香腸由新鮮豬肉製成,經煙紅椒粉、蒜頭等醃製過,再經煙燻及風乾,烤香後非常香甜,質感柔嫩三文魚煙肉串燒結實飽滿的三文魚烤出多餘油脂,煙肉又增添一份煙燻香味三文魚燒飯糰茶漬三文魚的魚味慢慢融入茶中,變成清淡的魚湯燒飯糰的珍珠米較乾身硬身,加上茶也不易爛,還有些飯焦更加入些柚子皮、蔥花等增添清新感

🍢Kushikatsu Fried 串揚🏮—————🍘Salmon Roe 三文魚籽海鮮球HKD 39💭This was basically salmon roe stuck to the top of a deep fried shrimp+fish ball with tartare sauce. An interesting combo, the shrimp+fish ball was bouncy in texture and quite fresh but there was way too much tartare sauce and prob won’t try it again. 其實即係三文魚子籽,塔塔醬和海鮮丸,海鮮丸彈牙新鮮,略嫌太多醬,淨係普通。🤔🍘Fish Roe & Kelp 子持昆布HKD 33💭This was super interesting, the fish roe was super crispy. 幾有趣嘅新嘗試,子持非常脆口新鮮。🧐🍛Curry Rice 咖哩飯HKD 25💭A very comforting style of skewer that just can’t go wrong. 這款好難唔好食,熱辣辣食唔錯。😋🍢Kushiyaki Grilled串燒🎏—————🍥Enoki Beef Rolls 金菇牛肉卷 💭The beef had too much of a gamey flavour and the centre part of the enoki mushrooms was a tad under seasoned. 牛肉好騷, 金菇中間部份略嫌調味不足。😕🍥Grilled Freshwater Eel 燒白鱔HKD 35💭Had a mild fishy flavour which I wasn’t a fan off and the slice was quite thin, but as good as I was expecting. 有少少腥,比想像中薄身,有少少失望。😭🍥Shitake Chicken Meatball 釀香菇 HKD 29💭This was nice combo, very juicy and well seasoned! 這款調味唔錯,好多汁🤤🍥Beef Tongue 牛舌HKD 27💭This is probably the only one I would highly recommend, very tender and well-seasoned, a decent size too, love its chunkiness. 最推介這一款,肉質園林,調味夠,份量算唔錯,鍾意佢切得夠厚身👍🏻🍎Fried Apple (Cinnamon Sugar) 炸富士蘋果 HKD 25—————I really wanted to try their fried ice cream cake but it wasn’t available that evening. The fried apple reminded me of an apple pie without the tart base, love the sweet apple flavour, but feel like I could easily recreate it by buying some good quality apples, and popping it into the oven with some sugar and cinnamon. Would say that quality was average, might visit again if I am really craving skewers and probably be more selective with what I order.
