同朋友食飯,上openrice睇到呢間食評不錯,於是來一試。看看餐牌選擇不算很多,但前菜,湯,主菜,甜品都有幾款選擇。另外又有一樣不在餐牌裡的廚師推介。我地兩個女仔叫左:Seafood soup-夠熱,裡面有帶子,蝦同尤魚,湯底好味,似龍蝦湯的味,不會很杰,味道鮮Crab cake- 造型有趣,啖啖蟹肉,沾伴碟的櫻花蝦子食。Seafood Tortellini- 好味😋Primb short rib 250g - 真的非常好食,外層焦香,內裡帶粉紅,熟度剛剛好,很有水準甜品-vanilla gelato with double shot expressGelato 偏甜,但配埋濃濃的expresso高啱啱好很美味滿足的一餐,環境舒適,服務貼心,會再去😊 繼續閱讀

香港地,要吃一碟意粉可謂易如反。平又有,貴又有,西餐廳有,咖啡店有,就算連連鎖茶餐廳都有,要咩麵有咩麵,要咩味有咩味,可算是琳瑯滿目,可是要食一碟好的意粉卻難過登天。意粉中最普遍最為人知曉的,莫過於是卡邦尼意粉,濃郁惹味是它的特色。有些人形容它很Creamy很香滑等,其實它應該沒有Cream在此,只是芝士、麵粉及牛油的平衡組合令其美味無比。但是出面的我敢說99%的出品都是失敗,有Cream,失敗;意粉唔彈牙,失敗;沒蛋,失敗,有蘑菇,更是失敗。老實卡邦尼好簡單,是用煙肉的鹹香,再加上芝士及蛋黃的奶香幼滑,組成那驚天動地的佳品。而我在香港覺得好味的意粉三甲必有它選。卡邦尼意粉,望落好金黃,像平時的不太一樣,當然啦!別的店落Cream落得毫不吝嗇,這裡單純的用蛋黃、芝士做醬。然而它很樸素,沒什麼配料只有頂端落些番茜作裝飾。捲起一口,不得了,麵條質感對了,彈牙有麥粉香味。味道對了,奶滑濃郁而不會過鹹。要有的有,絕對的美味。連餐前的意大利香草包及Cold Cut都非常優質,麵色軟熟,火腿脂香淡而肉感重,作為開胃菜,剛好的配搭。其實不多不少,簡單才是最美味。Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. As a big fan of pasta, I think this is  one of the best choices in town with consistent quality.  The menu is simple with about 8 choices but definitely good enough in term of variety. Ask waitress for wine recommendation if you want to have drinks. She got me a glass of white wine to pair with the mildly spicy orecchiette which I found very good. What made me like this place so much is the "freshness" of pasta (while you probably can easily find al-dente in other places in HK but not freshness). Another highlight is the dessert - silky smooth tiramisu with a very "vanilla-tasted" vanilla gelato. I went there for dinner on a Thur and Sat night before. Nice ambience. Oh forgot to say about the bread basket - you can tell even the cold cut on the side is something with quality.  Apparently the restaurant is opened by a chef who previously worked in 8 1/2. Highly recommend this place - more value for money than 8 1/2 with more "hearty" dishes.  繼續閱讀

其實以前返工係附近,一個月都會食一次午餐。自從轉咗工冇咩機會食,難得同阿媽你銅鑼灣剪頭髮💇,決定帶阿媽食意大利粉!今次媽媽都讚到嘩啦嘩啦!頭盆開始講起,熱熱脆脆麵包有番茄味和香草🌿味,配上奶酪芝士非常好吃😋,也可點上橄欖油和黑醋,火腿既不咸也嫩滑!我們額外加點前菜,分別有三種,蟹肉餅,真材實料,吃到一絲絲的蟹肉,粉餅非常薄!芝士忌廉烤焗洋蔥,不是脆脆的那種,但吃起來很滋味,不油膩!切粒八爪魚清爽帶有海水鹽味,彈牙好吃🐙講主菜啦!兩種意粉各有千秋!一種是粒粒意粉,另一種是手工幼意粉🍝。粒粒意粉是配爐魚,皮脆肉嫩,非常鮮甜🐟,意粉配上魚湯,海鹹的魚湯配上粒粒意粉,令人吃不停口,愛不釋手!至於龍蝦意粉,麵質相當嫩滑,shushu 的捲吃,正!若然不是海鮮汁太鹹(始終龍蝦汁偏咸,其實因為真材實料更加咸⋯⋯),那就一定是人間極品!至於龍蝦肉大件大件的送上!十分令人滿足,彈牙又有鮮甜味!正!我成日都介紹俾朋友呢度嘅午餐真係好抵食!我媽咪特別鍾意呢度嘅茶!Twinling 甜品方面,係唔錯㗎!雪糕非常好食,雜莓雪芭!檸檬撻方面,比較特別,他的撻皮不是脆,牛油味不重,但滿口都是果仁,檸檬醬方面,還是覺得自己做得比較好吃😋不過價錢相當實惠!叫埋都無妨! 繼續閱讀

My husband and I have been to Involtini before and it was fantastic. This was the second time we have lunch in this restaurant. We got a window sit which can enjoy the city view with sunlight. We ordered an "Homemade Fettuccine alla Amatruciana" and "Homemade Tagliolini pink prawn, seafood sauce", with coffee and we paid extra for the Tiramisu. The pasta just made my heart sing! I promise that you will know how the differences of homemade pasta against the Normal one. It was just SO GOOD!! unfortunately I didn't take a photo of my dishes but I have a photo of my Tiramisu which is also delicious 繼續閱讀
