係中環石板街行上少少就到 OpenRice book 位weekend brunch set有買一送一優惠 人均大概$300Bread Basket有番茄包 普通法包同脆片 如果可以再反熱多少少就會再好食dAppetiser 拼盤 份量少少每樣都試到啲 望落精致 員工仲會現場加上黑龍江魚子醬 雖然如果隻餐碟唔係用紅色嘅話睇落應該會再靚啲😂是日餐湯carrot soup Main course 揀咗pork loin 普普通通正常發揮連餐飲 OpenRice 留comment仲有魚子醬雪糕送 雪糕偏冰 不過間餐廳唔係主打食雪糕嘅都理解😂員工大致有禮 有優惠嘅話都值得一試嘅 繼續閱讀

This restaurant is located at the Pottinger Hotel in Central. We went there at a quiet Sunday in the mid of the long stretch of the Labour Day holiday and it's also for the celebration of my birthday. The waiters are very polite and attentive. He recommended the 5 courses caviar set dinner. It came with caviar tasting with champagne.The breads were served warm and soft. The variation of appetizers were delicate. The lobster bisque was just right and tasted good. The steamed abalone with dry caviar in angel hair pasta was delicious. The main course was roasted free range chicken (三黄雞) which was very tender and juicy, skin was crispy. And even the dessert ice cream with caviar. What a perfect meal for birthday celebration. Highly recommend this place for special occasion and celebration. In addition, they serve coffee with warm milk, a commendable hospitality.For improvement, I think the music could have been matching the ambience and the theme of French cuisine the better. 繼續閱讀

星期日晚和太太慶祝生日!OpenRice 介紹,所以去試試,超好味、有氣氛!招牌菜3黃雞皮脆肉嫰啱啱好!值得再試!其他食品都有可打卡亮點,另外有魚子醬雪糕!天使麵意粉都好吸引!員工介紹好清楚,服務亦好。環境清静! 繼續閱讀

頭盤有三道菜有蟹肉沙拉,沙拉蝦及南瓜surprised有印度胡椒餅,如果有薄荷芝士醬就好啦。海鮮湯香濃,很有口感,充滿層次及亦鮮味滿滿。mocktail 很開胃,配合菜式,值得一試。主菜是雪魚及鴨脾,個人認為鱈魚比較好味。鱈魚皮香脆,亦保留到鱈魚的鮮味,值得一讚。鴨脾配以蜂蜜,令鴨味提升層次,而沒有鴨蘇咪。魚子醬配雪糕又是新的體驗。大家值得來打卡試一試。環境非常美及寧靜。想靜靜地同朋友傾計打卡,一流👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 繼續閱讀

又係Restaurant week 既餐廳😻今日嚟到石板街酒店嘅Huso 食brunch 次次嚟都一定要free flow package 由sparkling wine 到紅白酒都唔錯紅酒仲係Lafite集團出品仲有意大利北部既Chardonnay呢個wine pairing 相當滿足😻😻 5款appetizer,最驚喜係喺面前將魚子醬放上薯仔蛋沙律。Main course 最驚喜係duck leg confit,坊間好多時食到又咸又乾既鴨脾,呢度用左鵝油油封再慢煮鴨皮脆口,鴨肉香滑juicy不膩。 大比目魚都相當嫩滑鮮甜加點dessert🥄配杯☕️Americano,真係perfect match ! 繼續閱讀
