最近同朋友們去左上環嘅HONJO食飯。呢度主打fusion日本菜。餐廳環境寬敞,裝修別緻,有英倫風,好啱喺到慶生或慶祝各種特別日子!黎呢度食佢哋嘅omakase menu。同一般omakase有別,以fine dining嘅形式,有多達13道courses。喺開始omakase之前,仲會有welcoming drinks同埋佐酒小吃枝豆。welcoming drinks係即場調製,可以揀cocktail或mocktail。今次揀左mocktail,係Jasmine base搭配pineapple等清爽水果元素,好refreshing!飲完嘢之後就會帶去omakase嘅特別corner享受10多道美食佳餚。呢個menu嘅13道courses包羅萬有,無論係海鮮、肉類、魚類、主食、甜品等都食得到!混合日式同西式,fusion異國風味相當特別!每一道都有chef簡單介紹所用食材同做法。珊瑚沙律。海藻沙律配柚子松露dressing。酸爽清新得黎有層次,蓮藕唐揚好脆,配搭三文魚籽,增添鹹鮮風味!炙燒三文魚薄片。炙燒過嘅三文魚油脂豐富,魚香突出,但配搭酸甜芒果可以balance返個油脂油膩感。帆立貝。呢個帆立貝鮮甜得黎,配搭松露洋蔥同埋柚子醬油啫喱,仲有濃厚煙燻香,味道豐富!海蠔。呢個生蠔好新鮮。有濃厚鮮味,配味噌sauce同埋crumble,有鹹甜鹹甜嘅風味!韓風牛肉串。呢個牛肉串有啲似日式嗰啲免治雞軟骨,不過變左牛肉同埋韓國風味。韓式辣椒醬dressing配garlic mustard,特別惹味!炙燒和牛。chef即席炙燒嘅和牛。和牛入口即化,肉質好軟嫩,柚子胡椒可以提味,惹味得黎又唔油膩!吞拿魚。呢個吞拿魚混合埋牛油果同埋三文魚籽,好飽滿嘅吞拿魚牛油果卷咁,好滿足!大蝦。King Prawn蝦肉爽口,牛油香菇汁濃郁又唔搶,牛蒡蓉好香口,成個配搭好夾。竹。又一道好特別嘅tempura。炸竹筍蟹肉,爽脆得黎有啖啖有一絲絲蟹肉。紫蘇葉增添清新,黑飛魚籽提鮮。豚角煮。主菜之一豚角煮入味得黎肉質又夠腍。脂肪比例啱啱好,四川胡椒微辣,白蘿蔔爽脆解膩!烤雞肉。雞肉雖然唔算好嫩滑,但係佢個紫蘇蛋黃醬好加分!炒飯。炒飯入面材料都唔少,有牛肉、風乾火腿、蔥、溫泉蛋等,灑上金箔更顯矜貴。抹茶蛋糕。最後嘅甜品都唔馬虎!抹茶海綿蛋糕鬆軟濕潤唔甜膩,Baileys cream酒香濃郁。以呢個甜品作結好滿足。 繼續閱讀

雖然不是開在黃金地段,但一進門就充滿格調。門口是小酒吧位置,熱熱鬧鬧呢。這間餐廳最貼心的地方,就是侍應和主廚都超級熱情,很喜歡和客人聊天,一班朋友去特別熱鬧,每道菜都會介紹背後意念、用料和故事!味道和賣相都令人讚嘆。Coral海藻沙律頭盤沙律的配柚子松露醬,清新開胃,擺盤充滿峇里島風情,原來靈感來自於主廚的峇里島的太太呢。Tataki炙燒三文魚薄片同芒果酸辣醬好match,口感層次豐富。Scallop帆立貝搭配味噌釉的濃郁鹹香,入口即化。紫蘇醬碎屑點綴其中,帶來一絲清新草本風味,完美平衡帆立貝的鮮甜Oyster海蠔好有驚喜,松露洋蔥同味噌燒烤風味令人回味無窮。Beef 韓風牛肉串牛肉烤得外焦里嫩,肉汁鎖得恰到好處,搭配微辣濃郁的韓式gochujang辣醬,芥末籽醬的辛香與蒜香,帶出甜辣交織的風味。Aburi 炙燒和牛濃郁多汁,柚子胡椒同韓式醬料好提味。Tuna 吞拿魚&King Prawn火蝦辣味同鮮味平衡得好好,令人停唔下來。豚角煮入口即化,四川椒嘅微辣好開胃。Chicken 烤雞肉用慢煮的方式,按照35年前主廚媽媽的私房菜食譜,雞肉出奇地嫩滑,但外皮就很脆口。Yakimeshi炒飯都好有特色,炒得粒粒分明,配搭溫泉蛋,豪華又美味。抹茶蛋糕來到甜品環節,蛋糕鬆軟香濃,配Baileys忌廉同抹茶雪糕,完美如尾。整體來說,食物精緻、服務貼心,絕對值得一試! 繼續閱讀
