想不到光顧完此處的weekend/Sunday Brunch buffet後不久,店子便關門大吉了。來吃時也估計不到竟是最後一次呢....本不是專程來吃的,原因只在於一家三口路經這裡,碰巧又剛到吃飯時間。拿着大包小包的我當然不欲四處亂竄,看到這兒環境挺舒服的,而且相信東西也不會太難吃。心想,這應是最方便的選擇吧....被安排坐在一張旁邊有一台大梳化的餐枱上嘩.....正入於極度疲倦狀態的我,登時也醒一醒神呢....安頓好小朋友後,第一時間出去巡場。食物的種類不太多,只是五至六款意式appetizer及熱葷,加一個烹調pasta及奄列的小檔,再連埋drinks 及dessert corner,僅此而已。可幸的是今天自己甚感疲怠,胃口不大,不然如此陣容底下,一定會感到不夠吃的了.....隨便先揀了些煙三文魚及火腿與及燒雞沙律來吃。料不到這兒的燒雞肉甚嫩口;煙三文及火腿煙燻味尚可,但後者卻覺有點過鹹;沙律只是將一堆雜菜放在一起,幸好有濃稠的意大利黑醋相伴,這才不會寂寞....試了一只奄列,貪心地加了大部份的配料進去 ---- 青口、蝦、紅黃椒、蕃茄、洋葱及煙肉粒,實在是不折不扣的豪華版。蛋煎得漲卜卜的,賣相極吸引,不過吃起來卻略嫌不太夠滑及內藏的蛋汁太少....肉類方面要了煎小牛排一小片及乳豬件。前者肉質很夠淰,肉味也頗足,而且用了充足的黑椒及蒜茸調味,甚香及惹味;吃第一件乳豬時只覺已被攤涼,皮已不脆,食味自然大打折扣,不過第二件由於是吃新鮮的,皮就脆口得多,連肉也是帶微熱的,鹹香味就能彰顯出來,自然便好吃了.....Pasta選擇了不太常見的貓耳朶粉。吃落Al dente度十足,用了蕃茄醬去同炒,酸酸甜甜極開胃;用料跟奄列的一樣是極盡豪華 ---- 鮮帶子、蝦、anchovy及意式肉腸無一不缺。要弄得難吃,實在困難....肚子已飽,吃多點甜品便可鳴金收兵。香蕉蛋糕是真正的"蕉味不濃";奶凍很滑,亦很夠甜度,但最重要的奶香卻欠奉;芒菓慕絲的芒味還可以的,但質感卻是死實實....飽得很,但看到較少見的Biscotti stick,也忍不住吃了一些。糖霜下得很重手,甜到漏,咬落脆卜卜,過癮...真的飽到十二分了是時候走人。旁邊的小朋友卒之睡着了,但餐已吃完。究竟何時才可吃一頓安樂茶飯呢 ? 真是天曉得.... 繼續閱讀

位於TST 的Habitu 餐廳結束, 舉辦臨別任食計劃, 三百幾元可以任order, 好像很優惠, 便和朋友去吃. 去之前已經看過之前的食評, 說等候時間很久.去完才知道, 最重要是它一開始的策略已經錯了!一去到我們便叫食物, 份量是正常的 (即4個人每人叫一個湯, 一個頭盆, 一個main course). 湯和drink都好快來了. 心想也不是要等很久. 可能是因為這晚客人不是很多. 但食物卻很久沒有來. 來了一客什麼魚, 只有一支益力多咁大! 最經典既係, 有一個意粉, 好大隻碟, 只有一條意粉!! 你無睇錯, 係得一條大約10寸長既意粉, curve埋. 當然仲有汁同少少肉. 佢好明顯係想用減少每份的份量策略! 以為香港人一定會狂order. 其實如果你比返正常份量我, 我都會正正常常咁order. 或者你比多d意粉比我, 食到我飽晒, 就叫唔到其他貴既野食啦. 你而家咁樣, 即是逼我狂order既啫! 之後, 我地只好每次都order4份, 同埋order好多. (真係辛苦晒洗碗既亞姐!)不過佢都好醒, 特登唔出咁多份比我地. 例如order左4份蝦, 佢只係出一份比我地. 咁一隻蝦又好難分黎食既, 即是有3個人未食到. 於是我地又要追樓面waiter哥哥.又有一次, 我地叫另一個waitress姐姐落order. 佢聽完我地講要乜, 但係乜都無寫低過. 之後果次order既食物, 當然係無黎過啦. 如果你唔係負責落單既,你可以話比我地知丫, 唔好等我地以為落左單, 起杜呆等. 不過又可能是公司既策略, 總之客人order的東西就減半, 或減晒.到人客既怒氣達到某一火滾程度, 穿西裝經理就會出現. 問我地而家仲要乜野. 之前果d 單未黎既, 就當粉筆字咁抹晒去. 而由經理落既食物, 就好快有得食, 同埋齊晒咁多份 (同埋係用同一隻碟上).又係公司策略, 等時間差不多了, 總不能讓人客餓住走架, 就一次過比食物你. 咁你又唔好意思之後再叫野食 (其實跟住就已經係last order).Conclusion: 不能否定, 佢既食物是好味的. 不過佢咁做, 只係會令到人客好火. 樓面成日比人追單, 好難做. 雖然lee間分店結束, 但係仲有其他分店架, 影響人客去其他分店意慾.Tips: 雖然只係仲有幾日, 如果有人會去, 記住搵經理落單. 繼續閱讀

Heard from my friend that Habitu is going to close and having a 'Goodbye' menu. So, I went with my honey to taste it.I saw a lot of people saying that the service is not good, but I don't have such feeling. They explain detailly on the menu and the drink list. Maybe I arrive earlier, so less people inside and the speed of the food is not affected. Back to the food. The food is very good. I specially introduce the lobster soap. Also, the pama ham pizza is also good. I love the beef spagatte and the mushroom risotto ae well. For desserts. I love the Tiramisu most.Since the set provided us all the food with one price. We actually tasted all appetiser and desserts. Other than that we ordered 2 half pizza, 2 risotto, 2 spagatte.But I thing that is not really good for me is the drink. We have not taste the wine, so ordered some non-alcohol drink. The taste is really not very good. BTW, last night is the first day serving with this menu. I think the service is a bit affected. I can see some people need to wait quite a long time for the food after 8:30pm. But for me, I just enjoy my time with my honey, so it's really fine for me and I have immediately call my friend to invite them to go next week. 繼續閱讀

Habitu's Goodbye Carnival, an all-you-can-eat dinner offer, is paving its way to say goodbye to Hong Kong. It is determined to leave a lasting baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad impression to us.It charges $368 per head or $488 with wine or champagne for 30 items from starters to desserts. You can choose to order as little or as many items you like. It says unlimited servings on the menu, what it doesn't say is the waiting time is also unlimited. The manager explained "Every table is ordering 10+ items, the kitchen is busy. It's going to take longer." He was polite enough, but obviously not customer-oriented. Don't come and tell me about your logistical failure when I have been sitting there for an hour waiting for the hot dishes.The food was actually not too bad. Except when it got late, and the chefs were obviously upset, the spaghetti and risotto were undercooked, the king prawn was burned. the dessert, to be fair, was nice. and I could tell they were struggling to maintain their classy presentations. but maintaining both à la carte quality and all-you-can-eat quantity are really too ambitious. Why do they have to introduce this unlimited serving dinner plan and scrap their à la carte menu? FAIL~~~~Can't they leave with a bit more dignity? 繼續閱讀

喺海港城遊咗一圈,先決定食Cafe Habitu。唔抵,貴~ 龍蝦湯:好香濃,不過略醎。最可惡一大個飛碟碗裝住一小碗湯,搵笨;鵝肝意粉:鵝奸好好味,意粉唔lum,硬呱呱, 可能未熟晒;Jesus,你做食牛扒要medium咩?黑松露辣腸pizza:讚,好味!Minty Peach:勁多薄荷葉碎浮晒上面,成杯都係mint味,完全飲唔到peach味,唔得! 繼續閱讀
