疫情實在令人逼得太緊,本以為會逐漸好轉,怎料到又會突然反彈,甚至破百宗。心情被這個肺炎又搞得十分崩緊,趁着平日下午,約了朋友食個下午茶,放鬆一下心情。朋友提議,食些甜點會令我心情好點,於是我們就找了在尖沙咀the One 的 Gram Cafe & Pancakes,很久之前曾在日本食過,我確信食個pancake 會使我開心一點。Gram 有不少Pancakes 口味選擇,我和朋友就各點一份,以兩種口味互相試下。▢ 1.  Tiramisu (意大利芝士蛋糕班戟)食Pancake,如果一直食甜的話會令到口腔非常甜膩。所以我們先食Tiramisu 的班戟,原因是Gram 將Tiramisu 的味道弄得偏向香濃的咖啡味,再夾上豐富而順滑的吉士忌廉醬,令整個pancake 既充滿陣陣咖啡香,而又不失陣甜的吉士忌廉味。食過Tiramisu pancake 後,口內帶些少咖啡苦香,繼而承接下一道pancake。▢ 2.  Mixed fruit & chocolate (雜果朱古力班戟)之後再食上這份充滿果香味的雜果朱古力班戟,就會完全將剛才的苦香咖啡味完全地中和及過渡,以免令口腔過於甜膩。Pancake 分別有士多啤梨、香橙、奇異果及藍莓四款,再鋪上朱古力醬,口內充滿着甜蜜蜜的滋味。不得不讚的還有Gram 的忌廉,忌廉打得非常香滑,入口即溶,就是日本忌廉的感覺。疫情下食返個甜品,真的會令人心情舒暢。 繼續閱讀

自從前兩日食咗梳乎厘pancake之後,呢幾日一路都好想再食pancake。但又好似冇理由隔兩日又食多次同一間,所以今日就嚟咗呢間好出名食pancake嘅Gram Cafe & Pancakes到食pancake啦。我地揀咗兩款pancake,一款係薑汁栗子,一款係雜果朱古力pancake。薑汁栗子 $108呢款係期間限定款,佢寫明係秋冬之選。一諗起聽朝就開始轉涼,依家食定個秋冬之選嘅pancake好似幾好。Pancake外圍比滿滿嘅栗子蓉包圍着,仲有一粒粒嘅栗子碎。一切開中間,會見到有兩塊厚厚嘅pancake,中間夾住少少朱古力醬。店員建議我哋一開始唔落糖漿同埋唔落薑汁咁樣試一試先。一食落去有濃濃嘅栗子味,二好特別嘅係pancake有少少鹹味,而呢種鹹味同甜味竟然出乎意料地夾,融合得啱啱好,好正。成個pancake唔會太甜,好啱我食。再試一試落埋個薑汁,個薑汁係呈奶白色嘅,應該都落咗啲奶。本身擔心個薑汁會好甜,點知原來個薑汁係完全唔甜嘅,但就有濃濃嘅薑味,不過薑嘅辣味就只有少少辣,所以唔會太嗆喉。我覺得呢個薑汁好正,所以一次過倒晒所有薑汁落去啲pancake度,薑汁加埋栗子蓉同埋啲鹹鹹甜甜嘅pancake,成個味道好豐富,大滿足。雜果朱古力pancake $108呢個嘅賣相好靚,有三塊相對薄少少嘅pancake,上面滿佈五顏六色嘅水果,包括奇異果、士多啤梨、藍莓,仲有橙添。仲有少少朱古力醬,又唔會過多。隔離有一大堆cream可以自己加。呢個pancake嘅口感比起個薑汁栗子嘅厚pancake,會相對厚實啲,都係好好食嘅。同樣地,都係甜味之中夾雜少少鹹味,而呢個鹹味都係調味得剛剛好,絕對唔會令人反感。試一啖cream,個cream好濃郁,充滿奶味。同樣地,個cream本身係唔甜嘅,所以可以放心咁搽落去塊pancake到。因為個cream好好味,所以我係厚厚咁樣搽上啲pancake度,塊pancake同啲cream配合得相當之好,好好味。雖然呢度嘅pancake唔平,不過真係好好味,我應該都會再嚟嘅。臨走前發現佢有set lunch嘅Menu,係一至五嘅lunch time供應嘅,見到佢好抵, $58都有湯、甜品、飲品同埋一個pasta,等我下次都試吓先。 繼續閱讀

Long time no pancakes! My last pancake experience was probably at Flipper's years ago! This time we came by The One and wanted to find somewhere for afternoon tea so found this pancake restaurant. This pancake restaurant was specialized in pancakes with shops throughout Japan. They said that their pancakes offered soft and fluffy texture, which made me so looking forward to it.There were around 8 types of sweet pancakes and a few salty pancakes on their main menu. Each of us picked one of our favourites to share.Caramelize banana 焦糖香蕉班戟 $98+10%There were 3 pieces of pancakes with two big halved bananas covered by a thin layer of crispy and sticky caramel. A lot of crushed walnuts were sprinkled on top together with some sugar icing. Some smooth cream and a mini jar of honey were served on the side. The whole plate smelt super nice of banana and caramel when served. You could taste the real flavours of the pancakes more in this dessert plate. They were really the soft type and served slightly warm. They were quite different from the airy and souffle type of pancakes as they made you feel more substance in it. The caramelize banana was sweet and smooth with some crispy and sticky texture and was good to eat with the not so sweet pancakes. I also ate the pancakes with the smooth cream and honey on the side. Tiramisu 意大利芝士蛋糕班戟 $118+10%It was my pick because it seemed to be quite a creative combo of tiramisu and pancakes. Indeed, there were 3 layers of brown pancakes with two thick layers of vanilla custard filling in between topped by cocoa powder and bottomed by coffee powder. The whole thing was decorated by some cream and a thin slice of chocolate with numerous crushed chocolate chips at the base. Although the pancakes were brown, they were not really chocolate flavoured. Maybe some liquid coffee had been added to the pancakes? It was good to cut the whole thing into smaller parts and eat the smaller parts all at once so that each bite contained soft pancakes, smooth vanilla custard, together with cocoa powder and bitter coffee powder, as well as crispy chocolate chips. I liked the complicated texture and flavour of this combo and it was not overly sweet at all. Beware that the cocoa powder might make you cough as you eat it! I was glad that I had tried out some different pancakes here. Seating was quite comfortable and it was quiet for a private chat. It was appreciated that the server served our pancakes at the same time so that we didn't need to wait. 繼續閱讀

逛街後尋覓晚餐落腳處,尚未到甜品時間可見班戟店未見人龍,朋友與我靈機一觸不如先食甜品後食正餐。餐廳位於廣場4樓為半開放式鋪面,開陽設計乍看已知未見人流,決定先吃甜品吧!門口例必擺放招牌三層梳乎厘公仔,跟之前我在泰國分店那個跟人一樣大的相比,這算是芝麻綠豆的大小,但同樣帶出班戟的鬆軟感,令我倆更有衝動品嚐。以草綠及淺木為主,嘗試將大自然帶進餐廳,整體感覺舒適寧靜。餐廳一角的圓枱中央更放置一棵仿樹,大自然氣息大增!五分鐘內食物便逐一呈上,三片班戟夾著兩層吉士忌廉,入口即嚐到甚為濃郁的咖啡朱古力味,其後帶出班戟裡的牛油咸香,十分意外班戟竟有如此突出的牛油味,大大減低了甜溜感,不禁一口接一口,加上吉士忌廉的綿密滑留,為較乾身的班戟質感得到中和,整體味道就如喝著一杯Mocha。眼前啡色的Tiramisu與綠油油的草併起來心曠神怡,不禁跟朋友說:「幸好樹陰無蟬,你不用撲入我一雙肩了~」說完也知爛得很😂。另外朋友點了一款較清新的雜果班戟,三塊班戟上都放有橙連皮、藍莓、士多啤梨及奇異果,原味班戟微暖且同樣帶有牛油咸香,水果雖然略欠果鮮甜,但總算不酸,兩者配搭後更顯清新不溜,吃前沾上旁邊的軟綿忌廉,令生果與班戟更融和。我倆互相分享食物同時互相分享心事,服務員很好不時為我們添水。在樹下用餐感覺如野餐般寫意,心情也豁然開朗,吃著吃著也漸漸飽肚,看來甜品不知不覺已經變成了我們的正餐😂。 繼續閱讀

2020年10月7日 星期三今晚同老婆喺尖沙咀食完晚飯,見時間尚早就諗住喺附近行多一陣街先,行完都大概八點左右,係The One見到呢間日本過江龍疏乎厘班戟,其實之前都已經試過,一直念念不忘,老婆就話不如當去食甜品當時我哋去嘅時間大約八點左右,但係見到裏面仍有好多人,於是就諗不如外賣班戟返屋企慢慢食見到呢個招牌疏乎厘班戟原來直接夜晚8:15都仲有得賣,不過只限五個,由於唔係太肚餓嘅關係,所以今次冇叫到另外仲見到餐牌有新口味班戟,睇圖片都覺得好吸引,於是最後叫咗其中兩款外賣拎走返到屋企一打開外賣盒拎個班戟出嚟嘅時候,班戟仍然係十分企身。呢一個叫做Rocky Street,其實係Tiramisu味,咖啡味好重,而且有好多吉士醬,不過一啲都唔膩,味道好平衡,上面仲有朱古力碎添。至於班戟仍然係好鬆軟,入口即溶至於第二款班戟,上面有大量蘋果粒,食落去好Fresh,同下面既醬好配合,唔會太甜,仲帶少少酸味,幫助消化,同埋冇諗過咁大份,一個人真係食唔晒,好彩有老婆同我一齊分享 繼續閱讀
