因為佢係Restaurant week winning list,所以上星期就去佐試下佢。Gough’s on Gough位於中環歌賦街, 門囗不大,但餐廳的裝潢高雅,佢既黑白幾何圖案地板,自然木色為主的餐桌配上高身皮製梳化和水晶燈,格調十足!講返個restaurant week lunch menu , $208 , 3個course including appetizer , main and dessert 。我選了fish cake as starter ,之後有fish and chip , then end with a lemon tart 1)Cod brandade with fennel and orange ,一般2) Battered Cod, chips and minted mushy peas 個炸魚薯條做得好,個魚好滑,不過今日點佐太多炸野, 有啲膩3)Lemon tart ,酸度適中係一個好嘅完結 繼續閱讀

I've always heard about Gough on Goughs but the price has always been prohibitive. when restaurant week came around I was so happy to secure a lunch booking. sadly, it was not what I had hoped... entree was some cold cuts of meat and bread, main was fish and chips... typical pub food though it was cooked well. the lemon tart was so sour it was uneatable. the second dessert was some berries and whipped cream. the waiter was very professional though I don't know why they cram the customers into one corner with only one waiter, when 75% of the restaurant is empty and 5 other staff members are standing around and chit chatting to each othermaybe due to the cheaper price of restaurant week they decided to serve lower quality food and service😅 繼續閱讀

這天是5月之星的朋友生日,去這間Gough's on Gough享受一下fine dinner. 之前和閏蜜們來過一次吃lunch, 這天晚上我們也沒有點dinner set,Alacart點食物,感覺好像比上一次食lunch更豐富和好味,這次因為人數多,約15人,點了魚子醬三文魚、crab cake、beef tarter、fish tarter、crab toast 等做前菜,主菜點了willengtane beef。對這餐Fine Dine感到滿意,食物質素高,環境好,極多打卡位,所用的餐具也講究,每個人用的主餐具也是不同圖案,有趣! 繼續閱讀

尋日有外籍同事生日, 我哋一行三人決定請佢食佢優質西餐。呢間鋪頭外面望落去平平無奇,但一入去就見到佢有一條好高好長嘅旋轉樓梯 望落去非常之高檔。上到去座位唔多但每張都好闊落舒適,沿途嘅侍應都笑容可掬親切有禮。佢個lunch menu好抵,大概200蚊到就有3個course,starter,main dish 同dessert.我叫左三文魚,佢煎得幾好。 個皮煎得好吹鹹鹹香香,冇燶到,而且肉汁仲keep到少少嫩口,唔會過熟。 三文魚下面鋪咗一啲沙律。成個送都幾好味,美中不足係有少少偏鹹令我最有驚喜嘅係佢嘅甜品我哋叫咗custard tart with 雪芭。 個custard tart有微脆嘅焦糖係面同好refreshing嘅雪葩。令到本身有啲飽嘅我食慾再起。推介大家一定要試下! 繼續閱讀

友人同我慶祝生日,帶我嚟到Gough’s on Gough。一入門口就比個潛水員嚇親,之後就比條樓梯吸引住。生日當然有book位啦,一坐低即刻有張生日咭!仲要係手寫㗎!好sweet環境又靚,啲碟隻隻唔同,真係好靚,大愛點菜!order咗法國生蠔 - 好新鮮好甜威靈頓牛 配鵝肝 - 第一次食,以前次次都唔prefer叫,係驚佢會好滯,點知又無喎!入面舊牛嫩口,個酥皮鬆化,份量幾大,食完都好飽。至愛鵝肝一般好食,外面唔夠脆。仲送咗兩杯氣酒同埋朱古力。太飽無叫甜品,但佢都好體貼咁送咗小甜品,仲出乎意料咁好食脆內軟,為今餐飯畫上完美嘅句號。啲staff服務好好,係咁介紹菜式,招呼周到。貴係貴咗啲,間唔時試吓口手 繼續閱讀
