Went with family for what was supposed to be a happy occasion. Waitress accidentally poured all the sauces on my nephew. Not one apology. Had to ask them to clean the area where the sauce all was on the floor. Asked for management and they didn’t speak a work of Cantonese or English. Very bad attitude towards a resolution as one lady that came out claiming to be the manager. She only offered to take off the service charge to which of course I was not satisfied with. Finally another gentleman came out who knew a little English. Offered 50% off the bill to which was still not satisfactory as we barely even touched the food. End result, manager lost his temper and ushered us out of the restaurant and said we did not need to pay.

今天和上次那位天水圍友友到屯門的筷子基店吃炸雞和牛肉炒粉絲。一開始店員說用餐時間為90分鐘，可是菜品上桌時已經過了30分鐘，太不耐斯了😡😡而且有個職員阿叔一直以超不耐斯的眼神看着顧客，感覺超不舒服的，不過其他年輕職員都很讚👍🏻
